I am currently writing from usa. This complain is about website igp.com this is online shopping website.. Online and complete form is indian gift portal.. This is happing with me second time.. I m currently in usa and ordered rakhi gift for my brother who is in kotkapura punjab india. I ordered on 28 jul 2017.. Order number is 1089409.. And scheduled date was on 1 aug 2017 i was keeping a check since then and there is no status available.. I m continuously calling them but nobody from igp team is bothering to pick up the calls and respond via email.. It's rakhi order and today is rakhi festival in india and from 2 am till now it's been 3:23 am now in usa and i m in front of my system and waiting where i can get any update.. This website is patethetic and having poor customer service and fraud.. Please take strict action against this website so they people should stop harassing customers like me.. I request you to take strict action against this website as soon as possible.

I bring one point in response to above comment by IGP team...
IGP didn't play any role in delivering the product but Fedex team did everything from tracking finding and deliver the product to my door..As I mentioned earlier..IGP didn't bother even contacting me through phone or email and tried to track the product..my product delivered only because of fedex team especially one person from senior team and play an inportant..IGP team didn't do anything and now when the product is delivered they are sending a note and taking a credit..which is absolutely false and I don't support this behavior..and in future I m not considering IGP .com for any future gift products..That's it..
Thanks again FedEx team and whole credit gives to you.. Khudos to fedex team..
I found worms in the imported chocolates. May be it was too old to be edible. Since it was customized gift pack. There was no expiry date written. As I opened the chocolate the infested worms were out in numbers.
