They have cheated me and i haven't recived any recipet or vouchers

Few days ago a call from unknown saying aitel 4g tower installation for that we need iho card and said that we have to pay 16500 for iho i paid and they send me receipt voucher ...i dont know its fraud or not please help me if it is fraud than i will share thier all contact
