I have been trying to book refill from last week via online.
Each time i book, i get the reference no. But later it will be canceled, i get sms asking to contact the dealer for reasons.

I have called today to know the reason, you are saying there's no reason.
So, may i know why are you canceling my booking.

Find attached snapshot where a number of my bookings made in last 2 days were canceled without reason. When i call the distributor, they don't say anything and say everything is fine and go ahead with the booking. Once i book, it gets canceled in few hrs.

Pls help here and guide to book refill.

For which I have 10 rupees coin of rupees 1000 which is not taken by them and making arrangements with me for not taking the money

    I have a gas cylinder connection No 33883 at the Surjit Gas Depot, RK Puram, New Delhi.

    I ordered for the gas cylinder on 29 August 2018 and on 1st Sept I got the booking no 826130 and I was told that I shall get my gas within 1-3 days.

    on 3rd Sept I got a message that your cylinder is delivered with cash memo no [protected].

    Today is 14 sept 2018 and I have not received my gas cylinder as yet.

    I have phoned Surjeet Gas depot at least 8 times and have personally gone there once. Every time they say it will reach today. It is first of all very difficult to get the depot by phone.

    Surjeet Gas depot always does this and is not customer friendly at all. This gas depot either has to be discontinued or should be penalised for its dereliction of duty.

      I have purchased petrol 900 reward points on 12/09/2018 17.58 hrs my car at M/s. RAJALAKSHMI Enterprises. I open petrol tank lock after that i have seen the meter 573. something. did not seen zero in meter. I have driven the car from coimbatore to ooty but Mettupalayam reached reserve meter shown. But petrol bunk people or metre cheated for me. I and my daughter had suffered did not reached at home and late night also. This is very serious issue for me. anything happened negative my family will suffer. Kindly look into the matter take necessary action immediately otherwise i will go to consumer court. fyi.

                  I have booked a gas cylinder on 15th August 2018 . On 8th September 2018 I got a message that my cylinder is delivered with the cash memo number. But still today, 11th September I didn't get any delivery. I have called the distributor several times but they are delaying the delivery every day.

                  There is some serious black marketing of gas cylinders going on which directly effects the honest registered customers. I called indane customer care and they didn't even bothered to ask any details . They just replied "sometimes this happen you will get the delivery ".

                    Amar service station is a fraud. The petrol pump owner was standing there today morning as we got the petrol filled. After we left the service station we noticed that the petrol had not been filed. Sadly were going to manipal hospital as my father was not well. Didn't have time to go back. The meter said 20lts but later we realised that they had not filled the petrol.

                      Though smoking is prohibited in and around petrol pumps, today while i visited alfa petrolium, near kalali overbridge, kalali, vadodara, i saw staff smoking cigarrates in presence of all staff. I am not against any one, but for safety of staff and customer i am lodging complain so that in future nothing wrong will happen. Sorry and please do not take personal.

I filled petrol in bike rs.320 and i give my sbi debitcard and amount diduct from my account double 320, 320 but anyother problem they call me amount not received so give me cash and i give cash 320, and he said diducted amount will deposit in your account but amount not received yet what can i do???

                          On 03 rd sept 2018, i pulled into this iocl petrol pump to fill my car fuel tank. While pulling in, i noticed that the fuel meter was reading 10 lts. I was directed far too ahead of normal position so that i couldn't see the meter reading. I switched off the engine and opened the fuel tank cap and said full. One guy was standing besides me and another one immediately started to refill my tank. I suspected something funny. So i came out of my car to see a meter reading of 11 lts past already.
                          I objected, as meter zero reading was not shown to me. All petrol pumps show meter zero reading before they start refilling.
                          I did not fight early morning and also my wife was in the car.
                          But definately, the two guys were hand in glove in this racket.
                          I am sure, they were filling up cans of five litres each, as then exactly the meter was showing 10 ltd before.
                          These two cheaters need to be booked. And this early morning operations stopped.

                            I am altamash ali khan. I am a consumer of richa indane at siwan, bihar. My consumer no. Is 5112. Last three to four months, subsidiary is not coming in my account. Previosly it was come in my axis bank account. Meanwhile i had opened an account in icici bank, automatically the same has to come in my icici account. Due to some reason i had to close my icici account. From that time to till date subsidiary amount is not coming in my account. I went to richa indane to tell my issue. A staff has given me a toll free no. And advise me to talk on that no. Nothing happened. That is why i am sending the mail. So it is my request to you that kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.

                              Today I went to Indian oil company outlet in Chennai Banglore highway in sripermbudur, and I asked them to pour RS 1000 petrol and he said ok, I gave him 1000 in card payment and when I started it started to show some problem in acceleration pick up and in doubt I showed the mechanic and he confirmed it's diesel so the bunk people has poured Diesel instead of petrol.please take action for my loss

                              I have poured petrol for rs 1000 in chennai - banglore highway and after pouring car strated to show some trouble in pick up, after showing to the mechanic he said water is mixed in petrol that's the reason for this. Because of this i have lost my time, money for the mechanic and lot. I would like the authorities to take action against these type of culprit's.

                                I booked gas on 07/sept/2018 through indane online gas booking service on www.indane.co.in. i tried to do the pre-payment in advance through net banking. Amount deducted from my account but transaction was not displayed in history and i called up my distributor and he confirmed that they didn't receive any request for refilling the cylinder; it was for the amount rs. 850.67/- x rs. 850.67 (Tried two times).

                                We visited our distributor personally, they confirm me that not seen any action or update on the issue what i am facing.

                                Please help me to get my money back. Please help me here.

                                  It has been noticed and seen that there has been illegal transaction which has happened under my lpg id for indane lpg cylinder services without my knowlesdge..

                                  It was highlighted on checking online for customer number cx30002446 where the details were saying that the cylinder was booked and delivered at my home on 30 aug 2018 which never happened.. It also has a transaction number and lpg subsidy deposited showing.. Which also never happened.

                                  On calling the agency named as dwarkesh agency in anand they were not able to justify the transaction.

                                    I shifted from hyderabad to gaya, and transfered my gas connection from hyderabad to gaya also. Again i have to deposit transfer amount and other things as well, thats fine. But they gave me old not working regular. Is there any rule on transfer connection i have to get old regular? I already paid all amount, then why should i receive old gas regulator. I raised the complaint on consumer helpline, one person named pankaj, having number ‭[protected]‬ spoke with me rudely and forced me to change the connection. Is this the solution to solve such issue, because of new regulator, is there any rule in gas agency? Please check this issue...
