    The complaint is reagrding LPG Id:[protected] Consumer No: CX10021610 My wife Mousumi Nandi went to Khirpai Indane Gas service as she was unable to book gas through her mobile (which is mandatory now). Though she did book earlier through the same mobile surprisingly the same was not working now a days. First she went to Ghatal local office they said they can neither book nor help with the problem. They directed her to their Khirpai main GAS office near Halder Dighi. The concerned person in the gas office took her mobile and made two SMSs - one for mobile registration another for booking. Indane Officer charged me Rs 100/- as mobile registration without providing me a bill telling that whatever he has done is company process. When she told about this charge of money to me over phone in Kolkata; I went through internet and found that this is not chargeable instead this is a process change and anybody could send an SMS to register a mobile as website has clear processes as mentioned. The Khirpai gas service is sucking our money like this to a novice consumer. We have now realized how Khirpai Gas service is making thousands of rupees by cheating customer like this. She has seen there and she was told that they are doing the same thing for others. There are many novice people in that locality about the new process of Indane cylindar booking by mobile. Indane distributor instead of making aware about the change system to consumers, they have decided to make money unethically. This must be stopped and all money must be refunded. Moreover, we have recently undergone Aadhar linking process and my phone no and account nu is updated. Istead of expediting this registration process they have chosen the path of making unethical income. In addition to that in spite of taking money they did not update my current mobile: [protected] submitted to them on 08/01/2015 yet; which is really unfortunate. I am appealing to IOCL to look into these matters and stop their licensing and stop making distribution companies unethical black money like this by cheating consumer. If IOCL is not returing my Rs 100/- only I will unite all Khirpai people and made a social campaign against IOCL about this malpractices. Complainant's Phone: [protected].

It is 15 days passed, but no any information is given to me till date. I would like to know that how long it will take to deliver my connection. I hope early action may please be taken for the same.           Sorry to inform you that i had booked cylinder for my consumer no 7297576 on 7 / 11/ 2014 and the reference no was 370256 with SURYA GAS PACHALAM.But i was shocked to find that cash memo [protected] was generated on 2/12/2014 in my name without supplying cylinder till date. today i went to surya gas office and enquired about my cylinder. they where keeping silence and told me that they will supply cylinder tomorrow itself . this type of practice is always happen with this agency I request you to take action immediately. regards B I VIMALA

              I am a consumer of Indan from IOC with Consumer No. 39837 of Anand Gas, South Janatha Road, Palarivattom, Ernakulam. My gas connection is linked to my bank. Accordingly I have been receiving correct amount of subsidy. On 30/12/2014, I was issued a refill cylinder against Bill No. [protected] issued by the said Anand Gas Agency. In the bill itself, it is written that the amount of subsidy, which is Rs. 438.14 will be credited to my account. But, when I checked my bank account today it is seen that only an amount of Rs. 281.64 has been credited to my bank account from your account No.[protected]. Hence it is understood that Rs. 157.50 more is to be paid to me. It may please be noted that I have received the same amount of Rs. 439.14 as subsidy in respect of the previous refill supplied to me in the month of November 2014 Kindly consider this matter and take necessary action to refund the amount of Rs. 157.50 to my account on an early date.                   Dear Sir, I have Register Refill booking on 23.12.2014 with ref no. 383004 & against this booking cash memo genrated [protected] . but now case memo cancelled on 28.12.2014 without any reason show, when I personnaly visited on gas agency (Deepti Enterprises ) on 1 jan 2015 then the present person ask him due to some ADDHAR Card Related issue, but you already enter in this service so I again booked your refill & he return the my Consumer No. on Register CX5257926 & say within 2 days gas deliver in your house but now till date no gas cylinder delivred in my house & when I called the given distributor no. then ask me it’s wrong no . I Request to you Please Send the cylinder on urgent basis I asked one question :- Where Is my December Month Cylinder, I did’nt claim it .

                    My name is Pradeep kumar .I am from Chirayinkeezh, Thiruvanathapuram district .My mother ( Jalaja devi ) having an Indane LPG connection ( Consumer No:26956 ) having 2 cylinder from Chirayinkeezh town's distributer called Thamburati Gas Agency. Our two cylinder were empty for a months.I had booked Indane's automatic refill booking system on 08.11.2014 ( Re No:397908), that was when our first cylinder was finished.Now our second cylinder became finished since last month.Un fortunately our distributer not delivered cylinder yet on my booking dtd 08.11.14.We have no other way for cooking last 3-4 weeks But i got a text on 20.12.2014 showing our cash memo:[protected] generated for booking no:397908 shall be delivered shortly ( Screen short attached ) un fortunately they not delivered refill yet today ! I had contacted our them several times by phone but they did not take phone.So I went their office for knowing our refill getting status but they told me that they have no refill in stock because of their strike .And only we get refill after the strike & they dont know when this strike finished . The authorities must take necessary action against these irresponsibility of distributors towards consumers .Hoping that the authority take sudden action against my complaint other Wise we consumers go for such as legal actions .

Customer no. 4268 to, the manager sir, indane gass corporation sub:- irregularity in getting gas cylinders from gass agency at apana bazzar kalavad respected sir, I'm writing this letter to draw your attention about harassment to the customers by your gas agency at apana bazzar -kalavad dist- jamanagar We have been a regular customer since years of your agency as well we run a hostel campus for many students so we quite need gass cylinders in time but when we require it, we can't get it because of this, we have to do anything else ourselves. Moreover we also unaware about our connection type like regular /discount fees We made several complain direct and on phone at your kalavad branch office but we haven’t got any proper response.                                 For restoring my disabled Gas Connection

                                My Gas Connection bearing Con no CX 5695527 at Omkaram Gas Agency Oachira in Kollam District was disabled without even serving a notice to me for the ground of not taken cylinder during the last 12 months. I am working in KSEB . As i was transferred to Nilambur, my family was not here and therefore we could not book the cylinders.The matter was brought to your attention through this window in the month December but in vain.                                   Dear Sir / Madam, This is my second complaint to you. I have a connection number 8515 with ANSHU INDANE, GAYA - Bihar in the name of Chandra Parakash Singh (C.P. Singh) which is not been linked with my aadhar card till now. I handed over all the related documents in support with the same. The vendor always return me by saying that there is name difference in Aadhar card and my connection name. I am senior citizen and not able to go and visit the vendor all the times.                                     Respected sir, I am facing month-long delays in transfer of gas connection to me which is in the name of my husband who expired in 1995 and was an employee of IOC Tikri kalan bottling plant. He served as Operation officer II. Employee Id: 12931 Sir despite this, agency workers misbehave and talk in rude manner. I submitted all the documents for the transfer and they asked me to come after a week. I have gone the agency 3 times with my son and 2 times with my daughter and every time they pretend to delay the task. This time it was too much, my daughter went there to ask them, one of them namely zakir hussain khan said 'yes you come next day with your mother, its done now. I went to the Agency with my daughter, waited long and the same person said 'i dont know about this, i didnt say any Such thIng, rest of other workmen kept silent. Sir this is injustIce on the part company towards the widow and children of an expired employee late shri SURJEET SINGH who died on duty and served for IOC for 15 years.
