I have booked a gas cylinder on 16 december 2014.. my connection number is 12258.. but i have't received the cylinder till now dat is 06 janaury 2015.. The request number given to me at the time of booking the indane gas cylinder was 576178... Kindly reslove my problem as soon as possible.. my connection is from kaptan gas agency vijay nagar pratap vihar ghaziabad-201009.....

alway delay in delivery

I am customer of Indace gas agency, H.B road, dipa toli, ranchi, 834000. Delivery of gas is not on time at gitil kocha, prem nagar, kokar. Even we call to the supplier .he always said that I would deliver gas on next day or same day.but he did not come and if we call next day he said same again and again.after 10 to 20 even 1 month of long waiting he come for gas delivery. Non Receipt of Gas Cylinder from 1month of date of booking.

Dear Sir, My Consumer no is 25895 and my distributor is SIKHA, Bharalumukh, Guwahati, Kamrup, Assam..
