      For restoring my disabled Gas Connection

      My Gas Connection bearing Con no CX 5695527 at Omkaram Gas Agency Oachira in Kollam District was disabled without even serving a notice to me for the ground of not taken cylinder during the last 12 months. I am working in KSEB . As i was transferred to Nilambur, my family was not here and therefore we could not book the cylinders.The matter was brought to your attention through this window in the month December but in vain.         Dear Sir / Madam, This is my second complaint to you. I have a connection number 8515 with ANSHU INDANE, GAYA - Bihar in the name of Chandra Parakash Singh (C.P. Singh) which is not been linked with my aadhar card till now. I handed over all the related documents in support with the same. The vendor always return me by saying that there is name difference in Aadhar card and my connection name. I am senior citizen and not able to go and visit the vendor all the times.           Respected sir, I am facing month-long delays in transfer of gas connection to me which is in the name of my husband who expired in 1995 and was an employee of IOC Tikri kalan bottling plant. He served as Operation officer II. Employee Id: 12931 Sir despite this, agency workers misbehave and talk in rude manner. I submitted all the documents for the transfer and they asked me to come after a week. I have gone the agency 3 times with my son and 2 times with my daughter and every time they pretend to delay the task. This time it was too much, my daughter went there to ask them, one of them namely zakir hussain khan said 'yes you come next day with your mother, its done now. I went to the Agency with my daughter, waited long and the same person said 'i dont know about this, i didnt say any Such thIng, rest of other workmen kept silent. Sir this is injustIce on the part company towards the widow and children of an expired employee late shri SURJEET SINGH who died on duty and served for IOC for 15 years.                     My consumer no is 5011150 and i booked the gas on dated 1/1/15 but i did not get the refilled cylinder till date that is 6/1/2015 and worst case is this when i contact to helpline they say your distributor has refilled the cylinder up to 26/11/14 booking consumersconsumers. It means cinsumers are waiting from more than one month.it is quite disgusting.

I have booked a refill on 18th Dec 2014 with booking no 232808, but till date I have not received my refill. Few days back I have register a complaint against this on your helpline with complain no 1717727. Till date neither I have received any feedback of my complain nor my refill.                         My Consumer no. is 13774 and under Nutan enterprises in Mangalore. My LPG ID is[protected] and my Adhar no is[protected] and my Bank a/c no is SB01009535 with corporation bank Kuthethoor branch Mangalore. My Cell no [protected] I have given all the details to bank, and also to my Distributor. I have booked one refill last week which was suppose to come this week. I got a SMS telling that one time subsidy of Rs 568 is transferred to my A/c no xxxx0953. I quickly acted as this was not my A/c no and given complaint to Mangalore Indane Office. I checked my A/c also till now i have not received any amount . Kindly look into the same and sort out at the earliest as my refill is due and i have to take it with full payment, any my subsidy may go to some other account. matter Very urgent pls. look into before the refill is delivered.

                          Dear Sir I Satnam Singh R/O G-29 Vishnu Garden New Delhi-110018 having Indane Gas Connection 9675 from Vicky Agencies Tagore Garden New Delhi110027. I have made booking for Gas cylinder vide reference number 281084 (which I got through SMS) dated 05.12.2014. But when gas cylinder is not delivered, I personally visited to Vicky Agencies on 27.12.2014 and again they have generated new reference no. 112812 to confirm our booking. Its 06th Jan 2015 now, but till date gas cylinder is not delivered to us .Kindly take appropriate action against Vicky Agencies so that we can get cyliner on time .

My consumer number is 43846 and ref No. Of booking is 262812 .Jiten Gas Service"(Kanpur, UP) doesn't bother to pick the phone even if you call 100 times so I decided to visit them on 5th Jan and did not get any satisfactory answer as they are saying to wait and wait...                                       Our Indane Gas Dealer, NR Gas Agencies, Padugupadu, Nellore Dt., A.P. are not at all responding the phone calls of the customers for any type of service status. If we visited the agency premises, there also experiencing the vague and bad response to the customers.For confirmation our complaint you may try for the phone nos.[protected]; 250720 & 250721 and experience the response for your satisfaction. Many times we requested the agent for the rectification. But not tolerated and continuing the same problem from months together. pl consider the request/ complaint to solve it immediatly.
