I am a consumer of Indan from IOC with Consumer No. 39837 of Anand Gas, South Janatha Road, Palarivattom, Ernakulam. My gas connection is linked to my bank. Accordingly I have been receiving correct amount of subsidy.
On 30/12/2014, I was issued a refill cylinder against Bill No. [protected] issued by the said Anand Gas Agency. In the bill itself, it is written that the amount of subsidy, which is Rs. 438.14 will be credited to my account. But, when I checked my bank account today it is seen that only an amount of Rs. 281.64 has been credited to my bank account from your account No.[protected]. Hence it is understood that Rs. 157.50 more is to be paid to me.
It may please be noted that I have received the same amount of Rs. 439.14 as subsidy in respect of the previous refill supplied to me in the month of November 2014
Kindly consider this matter and take necessary action to refund the amount of Rs. 157.50 to my account on an early date.
