Dear Sirs,

Indore Indane Agent: Sundaram Gas Company, 3116/E, Sudama Nagar, Indore (MP) is continuously perennially posing all sorts of mental tortures to Indane Domestic Gas customers by wantonly deliberately not supplying/delivering the refills for the past over two months. You may kindly consider this by the booking request given by me, as referred to above, on the 19th November 2010. This means it is already over 50 days that I am made to wait for (in fact, long for)????!!!! Many such customers are over 60 days due to be supplied with!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????

This gets proved by the newspaper articles regularly published by the local (Indore) newpapers, one of which had appeared in Nai Dunia, yesterday (9th), which may please be referred to (the previous one appeared was Sunday (2nd)). Also you may please refer to other such newspapers (Dainik Bhaskar-Indore), etc.

Even Indane Indore local customer care number, as referred to above, is not responded by. Meantime, there is no stoppage on selling through black-market for the price ranging from Rs 500/- to Rs. 750/- to Rs. 800/-. The black-marketers spread the fear of non-availability to continue through the legitimate way for good many months to come and that, the black-market purchase price will go over Rs. 1000/-.

It is for anybody's guess that, this agent is awaiting the expected price-increase to be announced by the Government, so does he do the clandestine stocking of the supplied refills by Indian Oil. Further, there should not be the denial that, he is selling the domestic refills to marriage gardens, other parties, three- & four-wheelers etc.

This is not the first time, this agent is doing such acts continuously since he has been entrusted with this agency by Indian Oil.

The pathetic situation is that, Indane Indore local authorities are well aware about him and his intentions as such, but they do not care to take any action on him for reasons best known to him.

Under the circumstances, it has become a big question in every customer's mind as to how to deal with this agent and also how to cook the daily foods.

Hope you will give a due consideration to this email and clear out this stalemate situation immediately.

Indore Indane Agent: ANKUR Gas Company, 167, sceme no. 47 Sapna sangeeta, Indore (MP) is continuously perennially posing all sorts of mental tortures to Indane Domestic Gas customers by wantonly deliberately not supplying/delivering the refills for the past over 35 days. You may kindly consider this by the booking request given by me, as referred to above, I am made to wait for (in fact, long for)????!!! Many such customers are over 34 days due to be supplied with!!!????????

Even Indane Indore local customer care number, as referred to above, is not responded by. Meantime, there is no stoppage on selling through black-market for the price ranging from Rs 550/- to Rs. 650/- to Rs. 700/-. The black-marketers spread the fear of non-availability to continue through the legitimate way for good many months to come and that, the black-market purchase price will go over Rs. 800/-.

Indane(Indian Oil) — refilling of domestic gas supply

After knowing that a person resident in Chandigarh book their gas via net, i got registration and booked a refill for gas agency name Jai gas sector 40,my connection number is 24702 and gas booking number generated by the net which bis also called confirmation no. is. R[protected] dated 1, June 2011, but up till June 6 i did not recd gas, when i inquire the matter from Jai gas they told that there is no such facility is available for booking of gas via net.he told me that i need to book only via iv r,If there is no system why the net booking is opened,this is only harassing the consumer.so look in to matter and arrange to hounour net booking.

Yadhu Gas Sewa, Sahiabad telling for the last 10 days that they are sending. Till date supply not received. Facing problem. Please look to that,and confirm position.

    Dear Sir,

    I have booked for a LPG domestic cylinder refilling on 14.12.2010 which was delivered on 10.01.2011.

    In the meantime my standby (second cylinder) also got exhausted on 03.01.2011 and consequently I tried to book for the second cylinder but the dealer refused to book as they informed me that unless I receive the previous one, no such booking will be taken.

    After receiving the first cylinder (as mentioned above) they are still reluctant to book for the second cylinder and contradicting from their previous information. Now, they are conveying to wait for another 7 days to get my chance to book for the second cylinder.

    It is needless to say, this exorbitant delay is too much for me to tolerate at this age of 72.

    So, please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for last one year.

    Indane Gas — Un sealed cylinders supply with delay

    I am customer of Indane Gas from the last two years, the present distributer at Indira Nagar, Bangalore every time he is supplying unsealed cylenders and that too always 7 to 10 days delay. He is making artificial demand and encashing by removing some gas in the cylender. Please make an enquery and guide necessary action against him.

    Indane LPG domestic gas — Supply of Unsealed Cylinders

    Sir,
    Now I am getting domestic LPG Gas cylinder in an unsealed condition at my home. My distributer is M/s. MANU FLAMES, INDANE DISTRIBUTOR, PRIYADARSHINI ROAD, ALUVA. ERNAKULAM DISTRICT, KERALA. During when I object to the person who is delivering this at my home (one Mr. Shihab) he is used to tell me that he is getting this as so from the above mentioned distributor in this condition and challenge me to complain. So I complained to the above mentioned distributor, but he is also saying such excuses.

    I am very much worried of this condition of supply o[censored]nsealed cylinder as it is totally unsafe, also it is being used by my old mother at home.

    Please take up this matter to those concerned or kindly let me know what to do rectify this practice.

      This is to request you to kindly get the matter resolved at an earliest as I have agas connection from your dealer M/s. Narain Gas Service,Purania Chauraha,Aliganj,Lucknow,
      I have made booking for the gas cylinder on 3/1/11 and the agency people assured me that they will delivering the cylinder within 5-6 days,but sorry to note that till date I haven't yet recieved the same and the cylinder which was already instaled has finished.
      Further I am regularly persuing the matter with the agency but there are no people to answer our querry.

          My consumer no.82775 and I am a resident pallavpuram, meerut.M/s Shree Darshan Gas Services,MH49 Pallavpuram is the distributor for my connection. I have booked a cylinder on 20.12.2010.But i have'nt get delivery yet. I have been trying to contact the said agency from last Four days for Delivery of the gas. but The tel. nos. provided by them ([protected]) is not acccessible consequently, the gas has not been Delievered yet. On a previous ocassion also I had experienced similar kind of problem . Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that. we are able to get gas Delivery On Time. You may appreciate the precious time and effort already lost by me in this regard.

            I am here to complaint about the indain oil petrol pumps which are in Durg chattisgarh . When i had gone to these following petrol pumps which are given below. They didnt uses there petrol meters to fill the petrol, when i said them to use the meter to fill the petrol then they didnt listen to me and given me the petrol without using the meters and they given me the petrol worth rupees 99.70 instead of 100 rupees.It happends whenever i go to these petrol pumps . 1). indian oil petrol pump near the govt. science and arts college ,Durg Chattisgarh
            2).indian oil petrol pump at near the aishwarya automobile, Bhilai (c.g.)
            3). indian oil petrol pump at near the Durg Nagpur highway which is newly opened .
            Please take action to them.

              non receipt of refill
              Bad language, not listning to customers, not delivering gas on time, seems like a regular practice by Indane dealers. I have read lot of compliants on this portal only. Across the country Indane Dealers follow the same pattern "CUSTOMER IS A FOOL> TREAT THEM BAD" i am disappointed.

              Any way My consumer no. is 1063. Haven't got my gas celinder even after booking the same 15 days back. Gas Agency "ROBERTS GANJ GAS AGENCY", ROBERTS GANJ, SONEBHADRA, 231216. is known for bad behavior and not delivering on time

              INDANE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE LISTENING. DO SOMETHING TO IMPROVE FOR GOD'S SAKE.

                I am a customer of Golden Gas service (Agency responsible for distribution of Indane / Indian Oil cylinders located at Palam Vyapar Kendra, Ansal Palam Vihar, Gurgaon - 122017) for the last 10 years. My consumer No. is GD - 4770. I had booked for refill cylinder on 23.12.2010 and at the time of booking I was told that the same shall be delivered within 12 days from the booking date. Till date I have not recived the refilled cylinder. Since 7th January 2011, myself and my wife have visited the Golden Gas service / agency several times in this connection. The lady at the agency counter always promisess that refilled cylinder will be delivered to day itself but with great pain and grief I state that till now the result is zero. This has become a regular feature. There is a deficiency in services of Golden Gas Agency and strict action may be initiated so as to put an end to common man's sufferring.

                I am a consumer of LPG WITH Lal Enterprises, Shop no. 75, Sector-8, Faridabad (+[protected], with consumer No LT-4856 which is IOCL AGENCY. I have been issued DBC double bottle connection.

                The purpose of DBC has been to avoid refilling problem. For the more than two year, Lal Enterprises is refusing to book the refill till 25 days are over after last refill is supplied making me to physically count 25 days in the kitchen for BOOKING.

                Secondly, I fail to understand the sanctity of Double Bottle Connection provided to cease and desist from the malaise of timely supply of LPG.

                Over & above, I tried to call upon the responsible IOCL representative Mr. U.S. Maurya (+91-[protected]), he never pick-up his mobile which means he is totally ignorant & careless towards the customers.

                This month I booked the refill after 25 days on 8-Jan-2010 and the refill was only delivered on 16-Jan-2010 after several follow-ups.

                I request you to let me have the DBC SANCTITY and ideology of refusing even booking upto 25days - no point in quoting bureaucratic clauses - consumer focus may please be explained as you have professioanlly kept this type of access to a consumer.

                I expect some action from your end and appropriate feedback.

                  Hi,

                  There's an Indian Oil Petrol & Diesel filling station in Guduvanchery , Chennai...
                  There , they're not filling the petrol for the amount we pay... Once , I was blushed by not bringing the meter to zero after filling petrol for the previous customer... The previous customer filled 1 litre , i asked him to put 2 litres in mine... He just diverted me asking to switch off the petrol knob in my vehicle (which was already switched off) when i saw down for checking for it , i found it was already switched off and in seconds he showed the metre as 2 litres and took the money from me... When i asked how come he filled 2 litres in minor seconds , he some how managed and soon after that the workers there just somehow ignored me taking the money... I found out that he had not reversed the meter to zero only when i saw my bike coming reserve in few kilometer's after i crossed the bunk... Now , many customers are getting petrol filled in bottles and fill it in the vehicles in front of them , knowing that such scam is often taking place in that bunk... It would be good if this is stopped , as many in my area have no other petrol bunk such near like this bunk...

                    My name is nisha. As per my village name, it is Raniganj. At my village the delivery of gas cylinder is to be too late. It is like that when you reffiled your cylinder on the date of 1st of jan the next slip will be cut in next 21days and after that you will get the reffiling of gas in next 21 days. So the total days for recieving the delivery is 42 days and its not confirmed that you will get. And also the quantity of gas is less. & The indane gas store name is paramarth gas agency..
                    i, ts true.i am having same problem.

                      I am a consumer of Indane Gas and taken connection from B.W.C.S. (LTD) Alaka, Bhubaneswar and my consumer No. is KT19514. I am a senior citizen and unable to go to the dealer personally to book gas. When I try to book the gas online, I never get the line.Therefore, I am compelled to go personally and wait in que to book my gas. I booked my gas on 18/12/2010 till today I do not know when I will get the cylinder.This is a regular feature. I would like to know the rule for supply of gas. Will you please advise the dealer to have a transparent policy. Please take remedial measure so that customer will get the supply as per the policy of the Company and not by whims and caprices of the dealer.

                      how can we adjust 80 days with one cylinder.,

                          My consumer no.9988 . I registered for gas delivery on 14th December 2010 .
                          But till date i have not yet recieved my gas cylinder . We have approached Jeevan Gas Agencies , villivakkam several times. No proper response and ladies working there asked us to take delivery from them if it is urgently needed. This problem is continuous throughout the year .
                          On 7.1.2011 i have registered a complaint at 2.30 noon to the customer service cell Ph.no. 2433 9236 , 2433 9246 and there is no response .

                                I’m facing the issue with the distributor of Indane. I would like to change the customer name (cutomer Id-09324). Presently it is against my father’s name (Animesh Bhattacharya), who died and my mother (Roma Bhattacharya) will be the legal heirs. But unknown reason/reasons stopping the distributor to accept the required documents (affidavit, Xerox of original bill, id & address proof and death certificate) and start the process. He misbehaved with us and said on 3rd meet he’ll take when he’ll feel.
                                I don't understand what is the problem when we have proper docs with us to change the name.

                                  The tollfree phone[protected] of Indian Oil is total CRAP in itself. No one picks up the phone ever. When I call at this number, i am always put on waiting queue, that never ends. So i fail to understand where do i call to lodge my complaint against my LPG gas agency "Kasna Indane", who always delivers the cylinder after atleast 10-15 days of booking.
                                  I was able to lodge a complaint. Please try some other time.
                                  This helps. Turnaround time is 2 days.

                                    1. Sir I am a customer of M/s Alaka Gas, Bhubaneswar having consumer No. A-21672.They have not delivered me gas till 5.01.2011 though I have booked gas on 17.12.2010 personally. 2.They are not receiving phone calls from the customers. They always keep their phone in busy mode. The phone is actually not busy but whenever we make a call the computerised voice comes "the subscriber is busy please dial after some time". Hence every customer has to go to their office to book a gas. Everytime when we book a gas they harras us to deliver it. 3.Everytime their delivery boy demand a minimum of Rs. 5/- for every gas cylinder and we are compelled to give otherwise they delay gas delivery knowingly. 4. This is a regular habit of M/s Alaka gas. Kindly take strick action against M/s Alaka Gas and help the consumers. Thanking u and hope to get justice soon.

Last time also I booked gas on 21.7.2008 and the gas was delivered to me on 29.7.2008. 2.They are not receiving phone calls from the customers. They always keep their phone in busy mode. The phone is actually not busy but whenever we make a call the computerised voice comes "the subscriber is busy please dial after some time". Hence every customer has to go to their office to book a gas. Everytime when we book a gas they harras us to deliver it. 3.Everytime their delivery boy demand a minimum of Rs. 5/- for every gas cylinder and we are compelled to give otherwise they delay gas delivery knowingly. 4. This is a regular habit of M/s Alaka gas. They black gas to the industries at Rs.450/- per cylinder and delaying supply of LPG to the genuine consumers.                                     I am a customer of Alka gas consumer no- 33190, i am dissatisfied on their service very badly. Their behaviour is bad. Not attains calls, I booked a gas on 29/10/08, there is no response, after 15 days when i call they not know wheather i booked or not
                                    They don't receive phone any time. It is very difficult to book for refill. Please advise to introduce online booking system
                                    I have faced this harassment umpteen times and had approached the incharge Mr.Harihar Badajena who simply laughed when I informed him about the non functioning and busy telephone service. He himself gave me his number but he does not answer his own phone. I dont know whaere to complaint. Perhaps the consumer court is the best place to register our complaints.
                                    The service provided by Alka gas egency is horrible.No body picks the phone.It will be always in busy mode.During lunch time the phone will ring but no body will pick the phone.Today I tried from morning 10am to 1pm.The phone was busy but from 1pm to 2pm both numbers were ringing but no body picked the phone.Again from 2pm onwards the phone is busy... Do not know what to do.I cannot go the office also as my office timings are 9 to 5.30.Govt should take proper action against them.

                                    alaka gas — non delivery of gas cylinders on time

                                    sir, with due respect i would like to bring to your notice that some middle men are actually tarnishing the name of the so old and reliable "alaka".
                                    u might have got news from else where also that the people who are on the other side of the phone are not picking phone at any hour we call...niether do they respond fast when we personally lodge a complain.
                                    my customer no is A 20807 ...i would like to forward to you my latest plight. i have booked a gas on 11th of may and have not received the delivery till now ( 20 days almost). we have to wait for the gas and we are not able to go out for many of our urgent works.
                                    with due respect i feel u will look into the matter seriously and take responsive actions.
                                    My family stays in Bhubaneswar and I am away on duty elsewhere. It takes about 15 days to get a cylinder refilled and thereafter you can book it after 15 days of delivery. Therefore the other cylinder has been used for 15 days by the time registration for a new cylinder can be undertake, As per rules of the IOC, they do not issue within 21 days. In case a cylinder is consumed in less than 30 days, then one will have to go without gas for some time. Can you please look into this and ensure that rules of the IOC are complied with, i.e. you have to deliver cylinders within 4-5 days.

                                    Yes, I am also a sufferer. And all my other friends and colleagues face same problem. Some other gas agencies like Bharat Gas have introduced SMS booking system (one of my friend told). As you SMS the gas is booked and they have to deliver within 15 days.Hope Consumer Services authorities should facilitate to statrt online booking and SMS booking system.

                                    But such disciplined way of living is not accepted by Governance System of India. People should suffer so they would request to admin, politicians, police and judiciary. This ensures government to have greater control over people.
                                    I do agree 100% about the employees' poorest response towards the customers' phone calls.

                                    I am a consumer of ALAKA. Its service is outrageously disgusting. Never do they pick up telephones. I am consider myself fortunate if telephone call is taken by them after trying for hours together. Booking a refill is a nightmarish experience. I have sent many complaints to INDANE. But, I domt know why they are afraid to take any action against them. I have even asked INDANE to allow me to migrate from INDANE to HP GAS, but to no avail.

                                    I am a consumer of alaka distributors, bbsr having consumer no-29118 (shashank bhusan behera) . Everytime i call to book a gas delivery the phone keeps on ringing, no one ever answers it . Thus we have to travel all the way to the office for a booking . Its quiet a disgusting experience . And its even more disgusting to see that after so many complaints you are not taking any actions against it . It would be quiet easy if you start online bookings so we would be free from the burden of calling the office hundred times a day for a booking . Hope you will take some actions against it as soon as possible .

                                        I have applied for a new Gas Connection with Gas Agency in Vadapalani Sri Guruvayurappan Services on 15/09/2010 (registration number [protected]). However even today (05/1/2011) the connection is not allotted. I visited agency and was told to wait, with no forecast date for connection.

                                        Would anybody help to get me the connection. I have newly moved in and with a little kid I suffer without a Gas Cylinder.

                                        I have registered for new gas connection on 21.07.2008 at Sukhdev Vihar gas services. I was told that within 10-12 days I'll be getting the connection.
                                        All the paper works (like verification of address etc.) has been done.
                                        still I have not got the connection.
