Sub:- Non Responding and Misbehavior of L.P.G. gas agency.

Consumer number- KS15449, I P.C. Sahu residence of concor colony near tughlakabad, rail reservation counter.I have booked the cylinder on dated 24th Novembor through Auto Tele Booking 1260, now the cylinder has not yet reached.I have tried so many times to speak to my gas agency K2 International but the telephones have not been responded always in engage position.Today I have spoken to [protected] but the response was threating and misbehavior.

Please help me to provide gas cylinder urgently.

    I am Dr.Latha K.G. from kunnamkulam. My consumer no is 28018 with Indane Gas.I am a working lady.I am not available at my residence in the morning and my gas is not getting delivered in the evening.I contacted Panakkal Gas Agency from which i am taking the gas and they insisted on entrusting my neighbours with the gas which is not practical as nobody is availablle there all the time because they are also working.I went to their office of the gas agency and to the godown and the were not willing to deliver the gas .In this case what am i to do get the cylinder.
    Respected Viewers/ consumers of Indane gas Agency Padmarao nagar,
    I would like to say that this agency is owned by the Late.Gongi Reddy Mohan Reddy, Freedom fighter, domal guda Hyderabad.
    He has only the son named G.Satish Reddy and three daughters(1) Mrs.Indira Devi, (2) Mrs. Neeraja Devi (3)Mrs. Aravinda Reddy were the daughters .The agency got under the quota of Freedom Fighters quota by Late.Mr.G.Mohan Reddy.
    But Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, Mrs. Indira Devi, Mrs.Neeraja Devi were the daughters of the late. G.Mohan Reddy fradulently and cheating the Mr.Satish Reddy taken over this gas agency and running under the name of Mrs.Chandrika Reddy. Mrs. Chandrika Reddy is a daughter of Mrs. Indira Devi daughter of Late.G.Mohan Reddy.
    The property is acquired by cheating and booking a criminal case on Mr.Satish Reddy. By all the above daughter and sisters. The details are Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, W/o.K.Prabhakar Reddy Addl.S.P.police department at habsiguda, Street no.7.[protected]. Mrs. Neeraja Devi daughter of late. G.Mohan Reddy Cell:[protected] and her son Mr.Sushruth who is working as a captin in indian airlines cell:[protected] and His father name is Mr.B.Surender Reddy [protected] R/o.1-2-597/26, domalguda, Hyderabad and Mrs.Poornima Reddy, daughter of Mrs.Indira Devi : Cell.[protected].
    So I request you to note down these cell numbers for your kind consideration for further contact .
    Lastly the main kingpin of this problem is lies with Mr.B.Sushruth [protected] and his mother and father Mrs.Neeraja Devi [protected] and Father [protected]. further future correspondence please.

      I THINK THIS IS THE REASON OF INCREASE CORRPTION BY CONGRESS IN ANY AREA.
      A NORMAL MAN REQUIRED -ROTI, KAPDA AUR MAKAN, BUT THESE ALL ARE OUT OF CONTROL.SO HOW A NORMAL MAN SERVIVE.WE DON'T WANT METRO, FLYOVER, BIG MALL, AND ANY OTHER USE LESS ACHIVEMENTS BY CONGRESS.I AM ALSO FACING NEW GAS CONNECTION PROBLEM BY MOHIT INDANE GAS -AMBALA CITY.ALWAYS ONLY ONE EXCUSE I.e. NEW CONNECTION IS CLOSED, REOPEN NEXT MONTH OR AFTER 2 MONTH.
      SO WHAT WE WILL DO.ONE CYLINDER COST IS 1250/---RUPEES.THIS IS TOO MUCH, THIS IS THE CHUTIA PANTHI BY CONGRESS SARKAR.NOW TIME IS OVER & NEW GOVT.WILL COME TO REDUCE CORRPTION & LOOK THE PROBLEM OF "AAM AADMI"

      EVERY BODY WANTS TO EARN TOO MUCH MONEY, BUT HE IS FORGETING AFTER DEATH HE CAN NOT BRING THE SINGLE CHAWANNI WITH HIM.
      SO SOME STICK RULE SHOULD BE APPLY TO PREVENT THE SUCH TYPE COORPTION.

        Cylinder Seal Open

        I'm Indane Gas customer my Customer ID is 15606 and supplier CHANDNI GAS SERVICE. We have got gas cylender seal open on[protected] and whenever we denied to take seal open cylender then the supplier forcefully leave the cylender....we have faced same problem before also...I request to you take the needful steps against supplier.

          To whomsoever it may concern,

          I would like to register a complaint on the INDANE GAS COMPANY for shortage of LPG cylinders. This has been an issue for us for 5 years.

          The Address of this company is: No:24 Sengunther Street, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai - 1
          Contact No's are : 23453432 & 26473434

          We have been calling these people for LPG cylinders and they take more time than normal to provide LPG cylinders to the consumer which is us in this case. Whenever we call them the answer is "WE ARE SHORT OF CYLINDERS". I have stayed in 4 areas all around chennai and this has not been the case elsewhere.

          Not sure if this agency is selling cylinders for BLACK to earn money or there are using it for their personal purpose. We also have applied for 2 cyclinders and are supposed to have one cyclinder as a backup but we always run short of cylinders.

          Request some high authority to look into this ASAP as this is a major concern for us.

            I have a gas connection with Indane gas Distributor Arrah, R.R District Bhojpur.Address- Indane Gas Service, Mahvir Tola, Arrah, Bhojpur, Bihar The dealer is not accepting the booking for a second cylinder and is also unable to provide any tentative timeline by when they would be able to accept the booking request for a second cylinder . I request the concerned authorities to look in to the mater and arrange booking of gas cylinder (second) or help with some information/timelines in this regard. Due to our employment timings we are unable to get the refill of the single cylinder done immediately once it gets consumed, hence the need for the 2nd additional cylinder.

              The exactly same incident happen to me in same petrol pump( indian oil petrol pump on Karve Road near Nal Stop) I asked the worker to fill the petrol for 100rs. they started taling to each other with the meter was already at 50 rs. they asked me for rs 50. I told them its not filled but they agrued. and then they filled for rs 50 and demanded 100 rs for the same. this petrol pump has some problem with there meter reading. I request the concern authories to look to these types for petrol pumps who are cheating openly the consumers.

              My office is near to that petrol pump. And i strongly agree with you. these people have attitude as if they are doing favor on us..

              Playing with meter reading, distracting consumer, talking like gundas, asking for money on filling air are the common malpractises seen here.

              Even if you complain there its of no use, so its better to go the petrol pump next to it and save yourself from frustration.
              I really had very bad experiences here several times. I asked him to fill up petrol for Rs1500. I purposely got down so that I can view meter reading and keep an eye on it. I gave my Credit card to that person. When it got filled half way that man came and started explaining about some offer. He offered me Bill even if i didn ask for. The moment I lost my attention they took advantage of the same. When I returned to car and saw my meter reading it was totally incorrect. If I fill that much pointer reading should have been on higher side. Trust me this incidents might be happening with so many people everyday. As it happened to me in Past. Since then I pay attention. But these guys are smarter. We really need to bring this to public notice. As it could be someone else tomorrow. Please let me know if someone can take strict action against such frauds.
              I had very bad experience at this petrol pump. They literally cheat people openly. Once I asked him to fill the petrol for 100 Rs, he said that he had set the meter on 50 rs and took out the pipe within 2-3 sec. I had to pay 100 rs for the petrol worth of RS 50. I argued with the worker but he did not pay attention. Please avoid going to such fraud place.

                I have a gas connection at Baghajatin Gas Service at Borada Ave. Now my connection No 12005 transfer to new gas agency at Narandrapur Mission Gate No -3 which is far away from my residence. Without my concent how my conncetion transfer from one agency to another agency ? I am un willing to transfer my gas connection at Narandrapur.                   We have 2 gas connection and booking take place after 21 days. but cylinder is recevied after a month.
                  dealer is telling that booking will take place after 21 days of supply and after 21st day 2 to 3 days goes of holiday or forget to book the cylinder. do due 2 late book dey deliver the gas cylinder after 15 days of booking date. so we recevie the gas after 40 days only. and deliver boy also trouble us at time of deliver.
                  Please kindly take action soon.

                        I am a consumer of your gas agency vide consumer no-35893 with Gayatri Gas Services, Bhajanpura, main Wazirabad Road , Delhi-110053.
                        The above dealer is not delivered gas in time always he is taking extra days to deliver gas for example I have booked my Gas on 29th Oct, 2010, and he delivered on[protected] after that i have booked on[protected] wide booking no.67, i have not received my cylinder till date. when we contact to our distributor (Gayatri Gas service) he is regularly refuse to deliver the gas cylinder in time even he misbehave with me . i have tried to complaint many times to area manager on Tel no-[protected] but no one received the call.please take the necessary action against the gas agency and ensure him to deliver the cylinder in time.

                              I am already a customer of indane gas, i am getting very satisfication with your indane gas .but now a days the government issueing free gas connection in tamil Nadu, The dealership was taken by joy gas agency Marthandam villavancode taluk Kanayakumari Diatrict , The govenment issues the token for gas connection in our area panchyat office .The people who get the token going to pay the bill to the joy gas agency marthandam .The gas agency cannot provide the bill to the concern poor people ,who paying the fee for the free gas connection cylinder they charging more amount than the cylinder charge and the agency treating the poor people as beggers and their approaches were so bad ,The agency have given local phone numbers for booking gases[protected] ,[protected] when the customers dialed for booking to those numbers it will always be Engaged whether it get ring none will pick the phone if they pick up the phone they always says come to office directly and book . so the poor people use to spend nearly 30 rupees for bus to book the gas and also one day get spoiled .and also when we booked the gas it will taken to get nearly 20-25days always they are saying no stock .so please take immediate action and help for the customers....

                                I am Ballav Pattnaik staying in Shipra Riviera, Gyan Khand II, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The complaint against M/s Yadu Gas Agency Shahiabad. I had booked gas 10 days ago (on 20thNovember) still have not received gas. The agency neither respond to phone calls nor confirm SMS. This is not the first time, i am facing problem. There are several time the Yady Gas Agenecy does not deliver on time.


                                I do not know why they are creating problems for the consumer. Please take proper action .

                                  I am LPG gas consumer of IOC, I come under with M/s Anirudha Gas Sewa, Road No.1, Rajendra Nagar, Patna-16, Bihar, who are the distibutor of my area, My consumer No. LT 4389 (Only One Cylinder). I have booked the gas on 18 November 2010 bearing booking no. 5578. My problem is that after booking they never supply gas at home without lodging a complain. Earlier when i complained with you then they serve me on next day but now this time, after complained with you twice (Two times) they have not supply the gas till time & date. I have been provided with only one cylinder. Last cylinder i have received on 24 October 2010, so far no cylinder reached at my home.Yesterday when i hopeless with the act of agency, contacted to my vendor (Rajesh) he told me that your no. is not coming for delivery if you want to gas earlier you have paid me Rs. 500/- immediately and also said that when your no. will coming in few days you will signed on delivery coupon. It is relevent to mention here that I have no gas for cooking food because of only one cylinder and delay in delivery by vendor/agency and also stolen of gas by vendor/agency. It is also true that agency in collusion with local shopkeeper & vendors, every day blackmarketing in local market and show scarcity of gas by different reason in different time.
                                  I requested you to please look in the matter and take strong action against such type of agency and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I am LPG gas consumer, I come under with M/s Anirudha Gas Sewa, Road No.1, Rajendra Nagar, Patna-16, Bihar, who are the distibutor of my area, My consumer No. LT 4389. My problem is that after booking they have not supply the gas immediately. I have been provided with only one cylinder. Presently I book the gas on 18 November 2010 bearing booking no. 5578. 2-3 days before i had lodged complaint with you but till today agency not sent cylinder. Last cylinder i received on 24 October 2010, so far no cylinder reached my home.When i contacted through phone, it is always engaged or if contacted on phone then they assured that today or next day cylinder must reached at your home. Every day my family member went directly and requested them because I have no gas for cooking food, they told him that today cylinder will be sent at your home. It is also true that agency in collusion with local shopkeeper & vendors who blackmarketing in local market.
                                  I request you to please look in the matter and take strong action against such type of agency and solve my problem.

                                  indane ioc (Gas) — delay in delivery

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  We always got loose gas from damyanti gas, pleae check that vendor as it is in practice to cut 3-6 kg gas from cylinder and delever to customers
                                  Our gas vendor Damyanti Gas Services, Patna alays supply loose gas cylinder, i hope that your some officer is also involved in sch type of business., please verify, When we complaint to vendor they always wrn us to disconnect our registration.and delay in supply

                                    I am consumer of Indane gas and my local Dealer M/S” Namrata Gas Service” and consumer no. is N-6469. Who is wandering here to there to resolve his problem and nobody want to take pain neither Dealer nor Sales Officer of your company.

                                    Last 15 days back when go to your Jhansi Dealer M/S” Namrata Gas Service” to book the cylinder for refill after seen my blue book he deny to book the cylinder and he told a lengthy process and document formalities after that I can get cylinder and he also ask me to submit a affidavit at what reason I am not taking a cylinder last 4 months.

                                    I said to him that I am living alone that is why there is minimum use of gas therefore I refill the gas in 4 to 5 month .He did not listen my single word and said very rudely it’s a norm you have to follow it if you want to book the cylinder and also give me advise you book the cylinder and sale it in black. I am very surprised after listening his valuable advice

                                    Mr. Anurag Sinha who is Representing Indane gas as Sales office in my city when I talked to him regarding to problem then he told me, write a application and give me at Jhansi Gas Service he will be available 1st and 15th of every month when I go to Jhansi Gas Service I came to know Anurag sinha has not come today then I simply said to the concern dealing person kindly receive my application and forwarded it to Mr. Anurag Sinha then the person has refuse to receive my application and said to me we are not sitting here to do the work of Mr. Anurag Sinha when I ask his name then he comes down on misbehave and when try to talk to Mr. Sinha then he dit not pick the phone .

                                    I just ask the question to all officials of Indane gas Is it customer friendly environment and response which I received from your end ?

                                    Kindly tell in this worst situation where the common customer goes to resolve their problem and who is resolve my problem?

                                    Ihave only one cylender of LPG and booked for refill it on 06-05-08
                                    at Mattanur, in Kerala(TR Gas Mattanur, Kannur, Kerala) My cosumer No. 39887, but not yet receive. So Ikindly request you to take immediate action for supplying LPG cylender to me.

                                      I am Haridoss My gas agency is Pattammal Indane Gas agencies, Customer Number 48097 / Date [protected]. My address isPlot No:24,Part 1, Jeyalakshmi Nagar, Aaadanoor. Now my complaint is My gas refill on 25- 30 days later. Salesman told that Complaint anywhere No problem. to us.                                       i booked indane gas on jan 27,2010 but till now not received. Facing a lot of problems in cooking....What steps to be taken??

                                      I have booked my cylinder before 20 days and they still didn't delivered. My both cylinder are empty and we are cooking on stove/kerosene. They have policy to booked after 21 days and will deliver within 10 days after booking, but still late.
                                      My agency is Nirmal Gas Agency, customer number is 16888 and name is S.H. Yadav.
                                      Please if anyone can do something against this, then it would be very helpful for me.
