I am a customer of M/s.DEV Agency (Indane Gas Supplier), Consumer no.45231,

I have logged the complaint for gas leakage in new cylinder on 9th March 2010 at 11am. They send that mechanic on that same day evening 6.30pm, he was checked and told us just inner washer changed, so there will not be any leakage further.

But just he turned with in 10mts we felt smell of gas, immediately we checked with regulator it gives noise and leakage. WE started calling the office phone of DEV's, but no response, and I went and told personally about the problem they said they will send the person now.

BUT today 4th day we struggling with same dangers problem with full of GAS smell (when ever using).

For this very serious problem they didn't given any important, such a worst service providers of INDANE GAS.

If anyone can help me in this issue, pls. do the need to solve this above problem.

    1) Disregard for safety

    C-09 was written in the cylinder which means that, that particular cylinder is very unsafe for use after 3rd Quarter of 2009. This cylinder was supplied on[protected]. If IOC is refilling the cylinders of this expiry category then it is a serious matter. I do not think any gas dealer will have a facility to refill and circulate this way. When this was brought to the supply boy of the Kisore gas, Prince Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata 700045 his reply was " You see this is A-09 (Date of expiry of the cylinder is First quarter of 2009) I am supplying this also".

    2) Delay in Service : It was booked on 2nd February 2010 and supplied on 21st February 2010 despite repeated reminders

    3) Behavioural problems : As usual in India there is a malignant view that anybody in service sector particulary coming in contact with commoners should behave as if service takers are at the mercy of service providers.No decency in behaviour. Neither the employee or the dealer have any decency in their behaviour or attitude. This has to be looked into as nationwide problem and to be sorted out.

      but still the delievery is pending of a cylinder i am trying the helpline number of indian oil but is busy all time i was also go my gas agency but the staff of a gas agency is not coprate with me.

      I was book my gas on dated 6th June, 2011.

      After One Month my delievery of cylinder is still pending. I make a call to my LPG Agency which is Bhagwaria Gas Service, Hansi Road, Karnal, today, But they answering me that you have to wait for one week from today (06.07.2011) onwards. I want to know why my LPG Cylinder is not delivering to me.

      I am consumer of Indian Oil Corporation and distibuter Name is Veer Shive Gas, Jodhpur and My consuer No. is 15499 and address is 110, Ajeet Colony, Jodhpur but I am not getting delivery at wright time. After booking delivery is pending for 20 to 30 days. Kindly provide me delivery in time.

        Dear Sir,

        Sub.: deleavering in black sale in Rs.550/- per cylinder

        My self Mr. Manjinder Sing Sahota,living in V.P.O. Apra, Teh. Phillaur, Distt. Jalandhar, Punjab. I am a member panchayat of my village and living with my child. Not I, My all villagers have very big problem with gas agency.They are not deleaver cylinder on time. Every time they are saying for shortage. But one man in my village while they are deleavering in black sale in Rs.550/- per cylinder. He store the lots of cylender in there home. Please verify the same and arest him blacker man.

          I am an Indane gas consumer. last month I booked gas and I received cylinder after 15 days. Normally we use one cylinder for 45 days. But this time after 20 days gas finished. When noticed, the cylinder is not empty it is half filled, but with water only. I heard similar complaints from many people who never complained about it.
          This is cheating and I request further en-query in this regard, find the culprit and should be given punishment.

          i am an Indane gas consumer. the cylinder finishedin 20 days. When noticed, the cylinder is not empty it contained water only. on reporting the matter the cylinder was changed and money taken for the amount of gas utilised but without any receipt.

            i want to say that i booked Gas cylinder at the date of[protected] and according to per norms it should be delivered till the date[protected]. but inspite of asking several times i did not get any response from the agency. even no one is there to attend phone call. which creates problem for a house wife. well now i m giving datails of my connection and expect a action from your side.

            indian agarwal agency — delay delivery of gas cylinders

            Sir,
            with due respect humble submission, I beg to state that I am, Ram Lagan Choudhary qt no-369 N1type road no-6 GP slope Kadma Jamshedpur, is a consumer of indian agarwal agency I have sunction two cylinders for domestic use but extremely inform to you that both of the cylinders are empty from a long time I am facing very difficuilt to making meal.Dear sir it is not keeping a meanings to keep two cylinders and none of them are full it is always seen that supply of the cyinders is very late from this agency,I shall be highly obiliged if you will take some needful action against the agency.My consumer number is AK/02429.

            BECAUSE HE USE TO SELL THE CYLINDERS IN BLACK TO THE LOCAL VENDORS WHO SUPPLY THE CYLINDERS FOR THE VECHILE OWNER .S AND TO THE TAXI DRIVERS. WHICH IN TURN CAUSES INCONVIENIENCE TO THE GENUINE CUSTOMERS. AND WE GET THE
            CYLINDERS WEEKS AFTER THE BOOKING. AND ONE MORE THING AS PER LAW A DEALER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF

              I am a LPG Indane customer with AMRIT ENTERPRISES Gas Agency, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi-110053 and my consumer Number is AE27638 . It is a usual practice that every time I book for a refil of my cylinder/gas i never get it filled before 20-25 days Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. Whenever I called them , they used to say that you will get your cylinder tomorrow.I can not imagine how much I am suffering from their POOR SERVICE.
              Please take the necessary action against them.

                I as well as other consumers of our locality have been facing an
                awkward problem for a long time created by the Indane Dealer,

                Sub.: Gas Connection No.SH1641 Trimurti Gas agency,
                Vikas Puri, ND-18.

                I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 20days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.
                Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service since we were transferred to this agency from the dealer at Uttam Nagar who was no better but at least located nearby so that we could approach then personally to get the issue sorted out the present agency is located at least 4km away from where I stay so find it inaccessible.
                Would appreciate speedy readressal to the issue.

                  dear sir .... i m ashu form bansgaon district gorakhpur a good customer of indane gas ..but our dealer named Vijay Laxmi gas agency is not working properly ....he cant supplied gas sylender good way. his rule and regulation make sad to whole people who are already customer of Indane Gas Service..we are very sad because our dealer behaiv not good with our ..please i want u cheack this dealer and his work.. we are customer of indane and we know evry compony want their customer alwyes happy so please cheack him and solve our problem from them

                    This particular gas service books the cylinder after 20 days ofdelivery of first cylinder.Then after 25 daysthey give the booking slip for the next cylinder,which is also not sure(that is deliveryof cylinder is not sure also after 45 days)
                    We are really helpless in this case with the family of 6 adults and 2 children cooking food is very hard these days.
                    From sevral months they are also not ready to deliver the cylinder at homes we have to take it from their depot at Rs 310.Black marketting of cylinder is done by them at Rs 700.The residents are really fed up of the misbehavior of the owners of the agency.They argue and throw the booking copies on customers.
                    Please look into the matter and take necccasary action against them.

                      Dear Sir,

                      This is to bring to your notice that my brother M.Suresh, holding a gas consumer with Sri Jayam Gas Agency under consumer No.13973 - Chennai is facing frequent problems with both the oil marketing company & their agency. Every time they deliver a refill it is given with out the rubber seal inside due to which we are facing a serious problem to use the cylinder. It is also very dangerous & not advisable. What we are really surprised is how can we there be such a serious lapse from Indane & the bizarre manner in which their agency behave. They are never accessible on the phone. Either it is continously engaged or keeps ringing & no one picks up the call.

                      There is no response what so ever from any officer from Indane. Kindly take corrective measures failing which i may have to sue both the oil mktg co & the service provider legally.

                      Indane Gas Cylinder — Indane service

                      I am staying at Narapally, Ghatkeshar Mandal.
                      Recently cylinder service has been shifted from uppal to Ghatkeshar as per area.
                      3-4 weeks back my father has booked a cylinder but till today we didnt get it..everyday we call and told it will come tomorrow.
                      Its frustrating to call everyday and they dont have proper answer.

                      My home is just 2 mins away from main road but cylinder person will never come till home but he will charge Rs 15 per cylinder.
                      This is happening with everyone staying at narapally.

                      The customer service is worst.while enquiring about my booking, the lady talking to me was not at all responsive.She is not even helping me what details she want..simply cutting down the phone.

                      Please kindly look into this issue.

                      Indane Gas Cylinder — Poor service

                      Dear Sir,

                      Sub: Complaint on registering gas / answers from your executives / delay supply reg;
                      Ref: Our consumer no.19378, Name: Ponmozhian.C, Area: 2/240 Bhuvaneshwari Nagar, Kumbakudi (po), Near Anna nagar, Tiruchirappalli- 620 025.


                      With respect to the above subject, herewith I am making a complaint for your kind perusal.

                      Before seeing the corrective action please see the history status of gas supply for my consumer number. I have registered two numbers gas for my domestic use. One gas cylinder is comming to the usage for a month exactly. But we are receiving one gas from your side once in 45 days. Now we are suffering without a single gas cylinder. Two numbers gas cylinders are empty with the current status.

                      We are calling through phone and come directly to register the gas once in 10 days. But your executives are telling as follows;

                      From the date of supply of gas to 20 days - They are telling that you have to tell only after 20 days of supplying the gas only you are having rights to register.

                      From 20 days to 25 days - The phone is not picking-up and it is busy. If we speak with an executive for registering, she will register. But after 3 -5 days we will call for checking the status of our gas cylinder supply but they will tell now only we are going to register for your gas cylinder and you did not register earlier.

                      After 25 days only we got register and your executives are telling that after 20 days only it will come to your home.

                      After 45 days we will call to your office, but simply they are telling it will come today / tommorrow / dayafter tommorrow.

                      Finally we will receive the gas cylinder after 50 days of earlier supply and supplying persons are also insisting to us to give the gift money of Rs.20 apart from the bill.

                      This is what going on.

                      on 09.08.2010 I have visited your office for making the complaint regarding the same issue. But your people are not responding properly. One executive is telling me that we will supply only after 40 / 45 days only.

                      I am requesting to the people that please think like your family. If their family is suffering like the above problem, will they leave it? or if they get the above answer from somebody else, will they keep silent?


                      Herewith I am requesting you to solve the consumers problem as soon as possible. Please take this message for the corrective actions not for punishments. I hope that this will not happen in future.

                      Bhuvaneswari gas service — GAS CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED

                      My connection No. is 1308. I have booked for Cylinder three weeks before still now they are not supplied the Cylinder. Here after 21 days getting of cylinder only they are accepting the booking. There is any rule like this. Kindly tell us the correct rules. Today we asked the Agencey they told us they will supply the Cylinder after another one week only.(already three weeks over). Kindly intervene and reply us the correct position.                         My service provider of Indane gas is Gas & Novelties, Srirampore, Hooghly, West Bengal. It do not register any booking within 15 days of delivery of previous gas. I booked a gas on 13.02.2010. Till today, there is no supply. In that case, I have to run my kitchen with one cylinder of gas for two months. Is there any rule of Indane for the said 15 days constraint? Supply man also takes Rs.11 extra for the delivery. His version is that the distributor did not pay him anything for supply and his income is only the compulsory tips paid by the consumer. Further, gas is easily available by paying Rs.425 - 450 from the supplier. All the sweet shops in the area of Sheoraphuli & Baidyabati are using domestic cylinders. Wherefrom they get it? The problem is very acute.

                        My Cons. No. 13615. I booked the gas on 29 - 01 - 09 and got the booking no. 10937. But still today on
                        dated 12 -02 -09, after the 14 days, I have not received the gas cyclinder. My family suffer a lot. From last 5 days, I called the gas agency name :- Dagar Gas Service, Address:- Plot No.- 21, Pocket - E-20, Sector- 3, Rohini, Delhi- 110085, but every time said gas cyclinder delivery on tommorow.

                        This happening not the first time, last number of times this gas agency create the same problem with number of times and with number of peoples.

                        Please sort the problem, because no. of peoples suffer with this.

                        i would like to draw the attention towards the foul behaviour of gas agency chatterjihat gas supply, shibpur, howrah . the agency is no more interested in suppling the gas and asking us to get it transfered as he does not have proper transportation arranged although he charges for the delivery.

                        my customer no is GT 5173 registered with manju gas service, agra and i booked gas with them on 30.12.09, but is soory to complaint that even after repeated reminders and requests they have not delivered me gas refill, yesterday i was shocked to know that they state that my cylinder has been delivered to me. It looks like that hawker might have sold the said cylinder in open market and they are protected this offence, moreover their supply system is , we customers are regularly facing problems with the company.My request with the concerned authourities is to expedite my delivery of cylinder and enable such system that customers may not face regular problems.
                        You are getting the booking done in 15 days, which is much lesser than the booking gas period of 21 days which is implemented in rest of the country. The basis, the reason and conditions of the rule are described on this page.

                        The extra money that your deliveryman is taking from you at the time of delivery is illegal and you should not pay it at all. The gas charges that the dealer asks you to pay(the amount printed on the bill) is inclusive of delivery charges and thus no extra payment is required. You should complain about such a practice to the sales officer of the company for your area. You can find the number of this sales officer on the mandatory information board which is on display on every gas agency.
                        Indane Gas dealer Nath Traders (Kailash colony) has nearly stopped taking phonecalls for gas booking. It takes Hrs to give the Consumer No and after that no response. I booked my gas around 6 days back and I was assured to get the same within 3 days. I tried contacting them on their phone 29230474 and 29238762 nobody picked the phone... The bell was going on both the phones. It seems deliberately they are not taking calls. This has happened to me in the past as well.

                          Dear Concern,
                          I am a regular consumer of Indian oil LPG distributor M/s Jhalak Gas Agency, vide consumer no-1980 at Ranchi. I had made a booking for refilling of LPG cylinder to my LPG distributor Jhalak Gas Agency on[protected]. I was asked that refilling cylinder will be delivered with in 5 days from the date of booking.But it is yet to be delivered.

                          I have made umpteen calls to the agency in the absence of non delivery of the LPG refilling cylinder but all goes in vain. When I approached to the agency physically on[protected], I had been assured that it will be delivered tomorrow or day after tomorrow. But the same was not delivered. Again I approached to the distributor on[protected]. The distributor agency again assured me that it will be delivered tomorrow, but delivery of the cylinder not happened.

                          Again I visited to distributor/agency today on[protected] in the morning, again I was sent with assurance that the same will be delivered latest by today evening, but still not happened. When I was visited to agency in the evening. I was told that cylinder will be delivered on[protected] definitely.

                          It has already passed more than 32 days when the last refilled LPG cylinder delivered and passed 16 days when the booking was made. As per Indian Oil LPG norms, there should be atleast 16 days gap from the last delivery for new booking.So, what should I do at this juncture?
                          This is not the first time it happened, rather this Is the regular practice of disbutor/agency to harras LPG consumer.
                          I have been running from pillars to post for getting delivery of LPG refilling cylinder fro agency.
                          So, I want to draw your kind attention/intervention in this context and stern action to be taken to get it solved.

                          Lpg Gas Cylinder — Late supply of LPG refill

                          I am a consumer of Indian Oil for ' INDANE' LPG Gas cylender.
                          My supplier is M/S Sundaram Gas Company,3116/E,Sudama Nagar,Indore Pin: 452009 Madhya Pradesh.

                          For last several years they are not suppling the refilled LPG gas cylender after 15 to 20 days from date of booking.

                          Other suppliers here at Indore M.P.(India) are suppling within 3 to 7 days.

                          Normally after 7 to 10 days I enquir about the supply I am normally always asked to get the cylender from their Godown, otherwise they send it after 15 to 20 day of booking.

                          I have never lifted the cylender form the godown.

                          Please look into the matter and advice me accordingly.

                          LPG GAS SUPPLY OF INDIAN OIL — VERY LATE DELIVERY AND DIFFICULTY IN BOOKING GAS

                          The gas connection is in the name of my husband Mr. Girish Saran (consumer no is 17584 , with Chandernagar gas services , Suryanagar, Ghaziabad). For the past atleast 2 years it is difficult to get gas from the abovesaid vendor ...mimimum before a week or even 10-12 days after the date of booking.

                          Even booking gas with it takes atlast 5 to 7 days of rigourous trying. WHENEVER DIALLED always the recorded message is heard"The number is busy please dial after sometime." This is the situation from the time the shop opens till the evening time. I am just fed up. Is there so much poor supply to the vendor? The lady picking up call says this only.

We always report the need for a new cylinder but never get it's delivery on time, repeated phone calls and then to our dismay there is no attending or listening. Often it happens that we are told that the gas is reaching on so and so time and when we ring up again on that time as the gas never reaches on the said time we are told some or the other excuse and for some reason or the other the supply is never made before 15-20 days.                           I have recently shifted to south city from Dhakuria, kolkata-31 & accordingly asked my Lpg distributor, M/S L.T.Distributor to record my change of address when the agency prepared Transfer Termintion Voucher of my connection in favour of M/S Kishore as Service since my present address comes under the latter"s jurisdiction .But when I approached M/s Kishore Gas Service, the agency refused/expressed its inability to give me connection because of a so-called special agreement of south city with IOL.&advised me to come through south city in which case i will be required to deposit an extra Rs.200/ towards the charges of regulator &suraksha pipe discarding the ones i already have in sound health. Am i bound to do that?

                          I am a consumer of Indian Oil gas . My consumer no.is 32997. The gas distributer's name is M/s. Jaya Gas Agencies Varkala in Trivandrum District. The Distributor is not supplying cylinders in time. Approximately 40 to 50 days time is taking by the distributor to supply gas. During the year 2009 the distributor have supplied to me only 7 nos of cylinder. I had made several complaints to the Sale Officer in the Trivandrum District about this. Also a complaint has been registered vide Reg. no.13474 on 30.09.2009 to the Indane Gas throgh email. The distributor is purposefully delaying for the supply of L.P.G to me. Lastly I have booked for the L.P.G cylinder on 6.11.2009 over telephone and the distributor told that my registration no. is 2583 . As the distributor did not effect the suplly till 8.12.2009, I have requested the Officer in charge of the Indane gas on 9.12.2009 to look in to the matter and to arrange for the early supply of the cylinder. But till date, nothing has been done and I have not yet received the cylinder after a period of 36 days is elapsed from the date of booking of the cylinder. I therefore reuest to do the needful to enquire in the matter and to get the L.P.G cylinder at least once in a month.Â

                          We had informed the same to Indian Gas Office also about this agency. Then agency said that we will complaint for any Offices. Please Look onto it.                           Indian oil Lpg cylinder — Delay in delivery and negligence of Dealer

                          This is in regard to the late delivery of LPG cylinder booked on 21st Nov'10. It has been more than 12 days that the cylinder has not been delivered. The authorised dealer for Indian Oil, named GAURI ENTERPRISES, PALAM has been tried to contact so many times, but its not been contactable through contact numbers. It has been watched personally that the employees of GAURI ENTERPRISES used to dislocate the reciever of the telephone from its place but consumers keep on trying thinking that the phone is not answered. Apart from that phone number is always on engaged mode.

                          It is a warm request to Indian Oil to look into the matter deeply and take a strict action against the dealer.

                          I am working in a private company and having a LPG Connection No.2300 with Lal Enterprises Faridabad, I have verified my documents . My problem is this that Gas Agency not Booked my LPG on Telephone, while booking all persons who are living in sectors, I have to take a half day leave for booking and half day for taking the delivery, now when everybody is hitech they are treating that we are living in 18th century. As per Gas Agency you have to personally booked the Gas Cyclinder.
                          As I already write that I am working in a pvt. company where they are not allowed every month 2 half day leave.
                          You are requested to please look into the matter and ordered to Gas Agency that those customers verified their documents can booked Gas on Phone.

                          LPG Cylinder — COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DELAY IN LPG

                          There is a complaint against the Bharat Gas i have booked a gas cylinder on dated 11/12/2011 and booking reference number is 15836643 and Gas agency is MILAND GAS SERVICE (VIKAS PURI NEW DELHI) but this is to inform u that still waiting for the last so many days i did not get a cylinder and i have to eat the dinner outstide u tell me whats the rule for that


                          The agency is not providing the refill delivery in time since last more than one year. As per rules, we cannot book the refill before 21 days of last delivery. Most often the agency workers do not response on the telephone nos. [protected] which is just kept ringing on, i think , on silent mode. In this procedure of refill booking a period of more than 5-7 days gets spend. After booking the refill, i am assured the delivery of refill within 4-5 days but the gas is not delivered for more than a month even on reminding regularly. Each time we contact the agency workers on telephone, they assure that the gas will be delivered the same day but the gas is not delivered for more than a month of booking the refill. In this procedure, a refill takes more than 2 months time from last delivery. In my view, the agency is involved in the black marketing of the gas therefore, not delivering the refill in time.
                          It is requested to go into the matter take the necessary action please.

                          When i approach agency, they say as per IOC/Government order / notification they will deliver 1 cylinder 50days once. I would request you to seek confirmation on this issue , where any such notification/restriction notification issued to local gas agency from government of Indian/IOC.

                            Sir,
                            I have Bharat Gas LPG connection (Consumer No.23807) with Rahul Agencies, 31/5, Jangpura Extn, New Delhi-14. Consequent to my transfer from New Delhi to Ambala Cantt, I got Transfer Vr. No.3153684 from Rahul Agencies. I submitted the same to Indane LPG distributor Rishi Gas Agency, Babyal PO, Ambala Cantt. They sent the T/Vr. to Rahul Agency, New Delhi for confirmation. One and half month is over. No reply from both Rahul Agency, New Delhi and Rishi Gas Agency, Ambala Cantt. I am staying with my family and children in Ambala Cantt. Without LPG connection it is very difficult to manage the house hold activities. Kindly issue suitable instruction to Rishi Gas Agency, Ambala Cantt for issuing LPG connection to me.

                            Indane LPG Connection — Prolonging to issue DBC on my LPG Connection

                            I m customer of your LPG connection since 2 yrs.with your authorised dealer M/S Divyansh Indane Jhabua Tower RNT Marg Indore (M.P.) having connection No.2765 respectively.
                            i m regularly demanding DBC on above connection since 18months
                            but dealer is not giving us above DBC, kindly assure what is the policy of your Company? If i m illigible to get above oppertunity then why should your Company/Dealer is delaying?
                            Due to absence of DBC I m suffering lot, please send order to your Dealer to release connection immedietly.

                              This is to bring to your notice the wrong practices being adopted at the Indian Oil petrol filling stations. Today I visited the petrol pump near bangla sahib gurudwara, I told the attendant to fill petrol worth 500 rupees. In the meantime, I handed over my card for the payment. The other attendant came with the reciept for the signature. By the time I finished signing the reciept, I discovered that the attendant had stopped filling the petrol and said that its done. I saw the amount blinking and raised a question that why the finak resding is not shown on the meter and why the amount is blinking. Then he said that the machine stopped suddenly, pls come to another machine so that the remaining petrol can be filled. They filled the balance but I still feel that they had stopped the filling pump intentionally. The same incident happened at another Indian Oil station opposite Dayanad Vihar near karkardooma metro station where I was cheated for an amount of rs. 1000 and was denied any shortage when i asked the same question. At that time, the other attendant came to explain some scheme launched by Indian Oil. They use these schemes and products to divert our attention from the meter and cheat us as soon as they get the chance.
                              I request you to kindly consider the matter and take strict action against such filling stations adopting malpractices.

                                3- my gas conection no. is 3459.
                                4- my gas delivery copy is filled. and now i need a new copy for delevery of gas.
                                5- but the owner of the above gas agency does not made my new copy and he demanded10000Rs

                                i had colled him meny times but he give not any responce. he all so charges 300 rs for a copy. and collect many illegle fund from the consumer. i hope you wii do something in this matter. please sir take appropriate action aganist this gas agency very soon.

                                    I am using indane gas of agency DEVGANGA ASSOCIATES. 080:26749700;26749874 I INQUIRED TO MANY GAS AGENCIES NEARBY ;THEY ARE CHARGING 1300 for CYLENDER AND 350 RS REFILL CHARGE EXTRA BUT MY THIS AGENCY IS CHARGING 2150 FOR EMPTY and selling their profitable items at high rate as compulsory items. When i took connection that time also he charged huge amount fo gas stove as compulsory purchase.

                                    Indane Gas — Monopoly business

                                    Currently I'm posted in a very remote place so I do not have many option so I applied for a new connection for domestic gas(Indane). The agent forced me to buy a new gas oven(which I had already) from his shop plus a useless apron priced Rs 275/-. So my total expenditure was Rs 4237/- and I asked him a recipt which he told me that he will deliver after one week. After one week I recieved a recipt billed Rs 1400/-.
