It is deeply regretted that inspite of repeated request and personal approach the agency is not delivering the LPG cylinder booked for more than 45 days inspite of sufficient stock.When ever i called tem they 'll tell tomorrow..tomorrow.All the consumer under the poornima gas agency, parakodu, adoor is facing the similar problem.Pl take necessary action against the distributor at the earliest

Dear Sir,
I am a consumer bearing No, K- 13173 of Indane LPG cooking gas under the local Distributer M/s Kitchen Queen, G.E. Road in frunt of Rajkumar collage, Raipur. I have booked for refil on 14.2.2009 waiting No.6101 but the refil is sttil not dilevered. on telephonic conversasion the employee of the distributer has intimated me that since stock is not available therefore delevery of LPG can not be completed. ultimately the delevery of cylender will much late. at the time of next booking of refil the dealer counts 21 days from the date of delevery of cylender if I want to book the refile from the date of last booking the said dealer always refused state-way with the logic that the period of 21 days from the delevery of cylender can not be completed. It is further informe you that the LPG cylender delevery boy is also not well behaved actualy he ask extra mony for the delevery of LPG cylender. in this regard I have already informed the dealer but sttil he has not changed him-self.
Therefore you are requested to please give the suitable direction to the LPG Distributer M/s Kitchen Queen, GE Road Raipur and clarify me what is the stipulated time is fixed for delevery of cylender from the date of booking of refil and whether delevery late by distributer what is the date of counting for the period of 21 days for next booking.

    Dear Sir/madam,

    My consumer number With M/s Sainik Gas Agency, Modinagar (INDANE Distributor here) is 2674 (which is on my mother's name Ms Sathee Nair)
    firstly they say that as per the Rules/Terms & conditions a consumer cannot book the refilling before 21 days from the last refill & Secondly even after the poor customer get the refilling booked he is made to wait another 20 to 25 days to get the cylinder refilled.
    These people are actually selling the Gas to non customers/ even there customers on Premium/Black for Rs 200.00 to Rs 250.00 Extra Per refill.
    Please do take necessary action as the We customers are facing really very pathetic situation here.

      Respected Sir,

      I had booked for additional cylinder to my Indane - LPG distributor, M/s. Yeshaswini Gas Agency last two and half year or three years back. But till date no response. Whenever I call and ask them, they were telling that Govt. has to allot. After allotment bring the allotment letter then only we will give you. I need to know that, what is the procedure for allotment? Is Govt. will allot the additional cylider or the Distributor himself will allot as per application applied to him (i.e., priority basis) ?. The Service of the agency is also very very bad. Not giving proper feedback whenever we book for refil.

      Kindly consider this complain and give us proper feedback immediately.

        I recently transferred my gas connection from Vandana Gas Agency in Rajouri Garden to Jai Jawan Gas Agency in Dwarka. Since the time I have got this transfer done, I have not been able to get through their phone numbers for refilling my gas cylinder. Each time, we have had to go personally to the agency to get the booking done. And except for the first time, the cylinder has not been coming on time. Last time, it took more than 10 days to come and this time again, it has been more than a week now and the cylinder has still not been delivered. I have spoken to quite a few colleagues and friends who have a connection witht this agency and each one has a similar or worse tale to tell. Everyone unanimously agrees that the three or four published phone numbers are either not picked up or are constantly engaged. Booking through the IVR numbers also has not yielded a response. Vandana Gas agency in Rajouri Garden was much better.
        Indian Oil has always been considered to be one of the market leaders so it is extremely frustrating to come across such distributors who show little empathy towards consumers. Would urge the concerned officials to look into my complaint and ensure that the distributor upholds the service that Indian Oil is known for.

        The phone numbers of Jai Jawan Gas, Dwarka viz,[protected] and [protected] remain engaged through the working hours.So how do we book our cylinders.They even dont give the cylinder booking number by default, one has to ask for it.Delivery of cylinders has never been on time and is always delayed by a week.Extremely disgusting gas cylinder service.
        Whenever u have to call those nos mentioned in their cards or on the booklet, you call them and in all possibility u will never be able to get through it.The only time u get through it is after office hours when u can hear only the ring bell.

        Sadly, numerous time the same has been raised through various mode but nothing has been done to solve it.What's the use when u can't get through the nos at all
        I tried several times. But could not get the phone number. The numbers are always busy.

          My consumer No:43816. M/s Viswambhara Enterprises, Shop No:40/1, Assaye Road, Bangalore-560 042 . Distributer is not supplying to house. They asked us to come and collect the cylinder. We can't supply cylinders to your home, because we don't have sufficient boys. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

          lpg indane — Misbehaviour & delay in service

          My Consumer No is G0000337.On phone I booked gas in GAYATRI GAS AGENCY PRAGATI NAGAR BHILAI (C.G)on 31.12.2008 &my order no.is 4068 as informed by receptionist.but after enquiring 1 wk. for delivery.they told that i have not booked the no.&disconnected the phone line, .later after arguement answered thet i have to collect on availibilty.As 14 daysis over till date gas cylinder is not delivered, while as per records orders till 4th jan.is delivered.Kindly look in matter.

          My customer No. 12650 Mr. NarhariBhai K. Gajre, I am regularly used your service from Apna Bazar Co-operatiove society, Surat - Gujarat. Now a days they are much delay in delivery. I was booked for refilling 18 days back, but still i am getting delivery. Infect everyday bottle truck was came and deliery some booked persons and most of they sale directly in black market.

          Can you please guide what to do from my site for faster delivery.

            I HAVE BOOKED THE CYLINDER ON 04.01.09 TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT SUPPLIED. Today I contacted dealer M/s Viswambhara enterprises and asked about the delay, then they said we can't give delivery to your house. You can come and take delivery, moreover they don't have sufficient boys to give delivery. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

              Respected Sir,
              I am a consumer of Indane Gas Consumer No. 13053 under your dealer Noble Indane, Sahid Nagar. The photo copy of which is annexed for your reference.
              I do reside in this capital city of Bhubaneswar since 1977 and also a consumer of Indane Gas since nearly 20years. I have no other gas connection in my name or my family members name. Earlier I was provided with re-fill by your magnificent dealer Bhubaneswar gas.
              I transferred my card to Noble Indane Gas in 2002, after shifting my kitchen to my Industry site at plot no.-155, Mancheswar I.E., due to operational and security compulsions of my Industry.
              My Kitchen was fuelled by your dealer last 03.10.08. after that since 25.10.08 I am running to Noble Indene with request for re-fill. But sorry to mentioned that I am booking & supply of Re-fill without mention of proper reasons, which amounts to termination of contract for supply of essential service without proper notice. Due to which I suffered irreparable losses in my life.
              However I request you to kindly initiate on immediate resumption of gas supply to me & obliged.

                I've Booked a cylinder refil 20 days back and still i dint get the cylinder delivered. hen am about to contact the agency(Mala Indane Gas Agency, Porayar, Ph[protected], 288345), They are not responding me properly.
                I have a connection with Kasna Gas Agency Greater Noida since 2004 (consumer noK689). This is every time problem with the agency. We had booked a cylinder with them on 5th December 2009 with a clear instruction that the delivery should be on a Sunday or any day after 5:00 pm I was told to give a reminder on a Saturday since last 3 weeks I remind them on every Saturday to please make the delivery tomorrow i.e. Sunday they confirm me for the same but every Sunday I cancel all my plans just to stay at home and wait for the cylinder but I don't get it when I call on Tuesday to ask what happened same reply I get "SORRY THIS TIME WE FORGOT PLEASE REMIND ON SATURDAY" and again we have same story.

                Can I know how this ever lasting problem be solved because it is not only with me but many other friends of ours face same such or other problems with this agency

                As there is no other gas agency we don't have any other option in greater noida. They are working on their wish and will by don't realising that how much problem we face with it. The owner of the agency Ms.Vandana doesn't have time to listen to complaints for her employees.

                Please help us for this every time problem

                  I Sanjeev vasistha, r/o A-3/16, 02nd floor, sector-11, rohini having a LPG connection throug DAGAR GAS AGENCY, Naharpur, Rohini.We have a booking of 12 Jan which is not yet delivered when we inquire from Agency they said that there is a lot of shortage of Gas cyclinder that'why ther are unable to deliver the same after a 10days.

                  My question with IOL people is there a realy shortage of gas cylinder if yes than they have to announce in advance in News paper or thru Media if there is no shortage than why this dealer is giving wrong picture.

                  I realy appreciate if you could reply on above matter as soon as possible and see who is making fool of customer if its a Gas agenct than i request you to kindly screw them up.

                    Radharaman Gas Agency for LPG Cylinder in Purba Putiary, Kolkata deliberately delays booking and supply of gas cylinders. they have 2 numbers[protected] and[protected], both of which are very difficult to get and even when it rarely rings, they do not accept the call. even after you book your requirement by personal visit and standing in a long queue, they take anything upto 1 month to deliver.

                    can Indian Oil replace this agency with some one who is more responsive to customers ??

                    LPG-CYLINDER — SUPPLYING EXPIRED CYLINDER

                    I am Vinod (#[protected]) residing at Madurai, Tamil Nadu. I have booked a gas cylinder with our agent 'M/s.Sri Meenambigai Indane Gas Agencies, MIG 328, 80 feet Road, Anna nagar, Madurai - 625020, Ph:[protected]/2526442 - and the same was supplied on 17.12.07. In the cylinder the expiry date is mentioned as (C07 - ie Sep'07). I passed the matter to the agent and request them to supply new filled cylinder in lieu of this. They agent refuse to do so, and advise me that there is no such expiry date for the LPG cylinder. Kindly look into the matter arrange the needful at the earliest

                    THE NORMAL TIME TAKEN BY THE DISTRIBUTOR TO SUPPLY A GAS CYLINDER IS BETWEEN 30 & 50 DAYS. THIS IS THE RULE, RATHER THAN THE EXCEPTION. EVEN AFTER WAITING FOR SUCH A LONG TIME, THE CONSUMER HAS TO MAKE SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALLS, AND PERSONAL VISITS TO HIS OFFICE, AND THE DELIVERY IS MADE ONLY AFTER VERBAL DUELS. FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT WANT TO CREATE A SCENE, GOD ALONE KNOWS WHEN A CYLINDER WILL BE DELIVERED.
                    I BOOKED FOR A CYLINDER ON 10.07.2008, AND IT WAS DELIVERED ON 19.08.2008, ONLY AFTER I MADE A COMPLAINT TO THE AREA MANAGER OF INDANE, AND MY HUSBAND WENT TO THE SUPPLIERS OFFICE AND RESORTED TO A SIT-IN STRIKE UNTIL THE CYLINDER WAS DELIVERED. I BOOKED THE NEXT CYLINDER ON 21.08.08, AND DELIVERY WAS MADE ON 24.09.08 (35 DAYS) AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS. I BOOKED FOR THE NEXT CYLINDER ON 29.09.08, BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TODATE (34 DAYS). i UNDERSTAND THAT MANY OF THOSE WHO BOOKED THEIR CYLINDERS AFTER I DID, HAVE BEEN SUPPLIED, BECAUSE THEY CREATED SCENES AT HIS OFFICE. WHEN I TELEPHONED ON 17.10.08, I WAS ASSURED THAT DELIVERY WOULD BE MADE ON19.10.08. I DID NOT MOVE OUT OF THE HOUSE ON 19.10.08 WAITING FOR THE GAS-BOY, IN VAIN. WHEN I TELEPHONED AGAIN ON 24TH OCT, I WAS ASSURED THAT IT WOULD BE SUPPLIED ON 25TH. AGAIN, I WAITED IN VAIN. WHEN I TELEPHONED THE NEXT DAY, HE SAID THERE WAS NO STOCK AND DELIVERY WOULD BE MADE ONLY AFTER HE GETS THE NEXT LOAD.

                    SIR, AS I SAID EARLIER, THIS IS NOT THE EXCEPTION, BUT THE RULE. NO CYLINDER SHALL BE DELIVERED IF ONE MAKES A BOOKING AND SITS AT HOME, HOPING THAT DELIVERY WOULD BE MADE, AS AT THE OTHER TOWNS. I HAVE BEEN USING INDANE GAS FOR SEVERAL DECADES NOW, AND HAVE LIVED IN MANY TOWNS IN INDIA, BUT NEVER EXPERIENCED SO MUCH DIFFICULTY IN GETTING A GAS CYLINDER, EXCEPT ON RARE OCCASSIONS WHEN THERE WERE GENUINE SHORTAGES. ALL THE CUSTOMERS OF SB GAS AGENCY HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINT, BUT MOST OF THEM DO NOT KNOW HOW TO AND WHOM TO COMPLAIN.

                    INDANE LPG Cylinder — NO SUPPLY & MISBEHAVIOUR AGENT

                    Sir I am working in a Kerndriya Vidyalaya as a teacher. I have a LPG domestic connection with M/s Viswambhara Enterprises, Shop No:40 / 1, Assaye Road, Bangalore-560 042 and my consumer No:50421. i have booked cylinder on 04.01.09, but till date they have not supplied the cylinder. Todays ie.24.01.09 i contacted the agent for supplying cylinder, they told they can't supply cylinder to your house. If you want cylinder they can come and collect the same. we don't have sufficient boys to supply cylinder. Suppose i wanted to take delivery i have to spend Rs.50/- extra per cylinder. I beg your mercy.
                    Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                    INDANE LPG Cylinder — supply of lpg cylinder which has already expired

                    dear sir,
                    i have been a customer of your company since long but i have been supplied lpg cylinder by your company which has already expired since december 2008, and when informed delivery people deny to change it saying that they dont have any more cylinders left with them and when informed to the concerned dealer they ask to use the cylinder and inform them if any problems are found but how can i use it because the problems might be more than what is assumed by them,before this i was also provided with another cylinder which had only 12 days of validity, iam being forced to write about this to you so that you can take appropriate step as quickly as possible.hoping you can help me out in this regard or else i would be forced to look for other options ,waiting for your reply.

                      Dear Sir,

                      We wish to inform you that we are resident of House no, 37, Rajpur Road, Delhi - 54, and user of Indian gas . In our Area C. Lal & Sons (GAS) is authorized for Indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution. Our consumer no. T35.

                      But regret to inform that every time when we booked for cylinder, filled cylinder we get after 13 – 15 days. This is happening from the last 2 years.

                      We request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.

                      Every Year particularly in winter season we get our cylinder delivery in not less than 20 days and they take net booking 21 days after delivery of the cylinder. i.e our next cylinder delivery span becomes 40 to 45 days which are very difficult to manage for a family.

                      booking date is 29.01.2008.
                      Expected delivery was 31.01.2008

                      but regret to inform that till today (09.01.2009) we have not received. We also informe that all of time and all of the customer of that area are very frested of very late delivary. we also talk with the concern person for contract number of complaint department but person refuse to me give the number and also informe that the sticke are presently in oil company so give after 5 days ahd further discussion with the concern person that clearly refuse of any alternate.he also told me if strick continuous for more days than gas is not avaliable for many days.Presently no resources avaliable for making food at my home. we strictly request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                        This has reference to the Consumer Number 21492 ( of my father) in New Delhi at Kalkaji ( Resident of C-97B Kalkaji).

                        The gas agency Numbers are 26029868 and 26020108. My father is trying these numbers for last 4-5 days but either the phone is engaged or sometimes it rings continuously without lifting the phone. The general helpline number i.e. 1260 is also not working. Hence my father is not able to book the gas for last 4-5 days.

                        The agency people keep the phone busy deliberately as we also face similar problem in Faridabad.

                        I request you to kindly help me in this regard so that inconveneince is avoided to my parents.

                          Dear Sir
                          Getting a Gas cylinder from the KANGAYAN GAS AGENCY, in Vellore, is next to impossible. They have 2 listed phone numbers which are either never picked up or are constantly 'engaged".Ultimately to book your cylinder one has to go to the agency office! If you visit the office no one is ever on the phone!
                          It takes more than 3-4 weeks for delivery of a cylinder-well accepted the "lorry strike", but excuses such as "festival time' and so no cylinder leave you wondering!
                          Please could you use the offices of your Forum to suggest to the IOC/Indane to have Online booking and to have a tracking mechanism to know when your next cylinder would come!

                            Sirs,

                            I am working as Deputy Manager in State Bank Group Branch in Madurai. I have Indane gas connection with M/s Suresh Gas, Sri Ram Nagar, Bye-pass Road, Madurai. Earlier I have two connections one cylinder in my name, for my own use as I was staying alone, while my family resides at Madurai and another in my Wife's name (two cylinders).

                            During 2007, June-July I was compelled to surrender the connection in my name while I was working in Dindigul, as two connections was not permitted in a single Ration Card and I did so during August. As I could not took leave due to Official duties I could surrender the connection during August 2007, with 1.5 or 2 months delay. As the Gas Supply was suspended, to my house at Madurai, during the period of delay in surrendering my connection, I requested the dealer to supply 2 cylinders immediately or with one or two weeks gap (Because both cylinders were empty at that time due to non-supply) . The dealer refused to do so. I brought the incidence to the IOCL customer grievance site alongwith not issuing advice about surrender of the additional connection to me. The company officials enquired over phone to me and the matter was settled that time with the assurance for prompt supply.

                            From II half-year of 2008, my wife is telling that the delivery of gas cylinder is not proper. They are not even register our booking. Whenever cylinder is supplied proper receipt / bill is not issued. The company asked for Ration Card copy two three times. She raised a suspicion that this connection also might have been cancelled by the dealer and they are making some thing wrong with our Gas connection. ( Existing Connection No. 08523 - 2 cylinders (M. Manimegalai), Previously surrendered C.No. 23941- 1 cylinder (V. MUTHUPETCHI).

                            Now due to this irregularity in supply, we have to depend on Kerosene stove, Electric Stove, and on commercial / borrowed cylinders. Both cylinders are kept empty for one week to 10 days bi-monthly.

                            Kindly interfere in this and settle the issue by bringing in Justice.

The Indian gas delivery boy asking 50 rs more for door delivery and insisting on the money.                                   Ever since last 4 - 5 deliveries gas is recieved after 15 - 20 days of booking also the amount of volume of gas in the cylinder is quite less than the standard value and the vendor does not carry weighting scales along with him. The delear is very rude and does not pay attention to the complaints.

                                    I had booked my cylinder in 05.12.08. but still i have not received the cylinder till today 24.12.08. please tell me what to do for this type of problem.

                                    When I asked for book my gas refilling cylinder, in reply they asked me to call after 18 days from the

                                    I booked accordingly on 30.01.2009, but now they asked me that the gas will be delivered after five days,
                                    due to shortage of gas. Today i.e. on 04.02.2009, I called them that I have not received the gas cylinder in reply they told me it will take 3 to four days more.
                                    I am surprised when the gas will be delivered to me, when in the black market the indian oil gas is freely
                                    available with double rates.
                                    Govt. is silent on this issue.

                                    This is regarding the Indane Gas Agent, Mohanil Gas Agnecy, based in South Delhi, IIT Gate.
                                    It is quite difficult to get reach of them, as they make all the phone held up, or they either ring for indefinite time. And mostly the Gas cylinder they provide, contain less gas then prescribed.
                                    It becomes quite difficult to book a re-fill, as the numbers cannot be reached.
                                    Please look into the matter, so that some relief should be there for the users.

Anand Baug society, Bavla - 382220. and I have 2 No of cylinder and I use 1 cylinder in 1 month for coocking purpose.                                     They inform us that for booking of refill cylinder 1.) I should wait for more than 25 days from the date of the receipt of the previous cylinder 2.) They supply the cylinder only after 15 days from the date of booking of the cylinder for refill.                                     I wanted to bring to your notice that I had ordered a LPG cylinder 2-weeks back and despite repeated reminders they have not delivered it. Whenever you ask them personally at their office in Alpha-II, Greater Noida, they say they would be dispatching it by today evening but you don't receive it by EOD.

                                    This is not the first instance. In the past too, they have been making similar excuses. When I enquired outside, I came to know they often sell them in blackmarkets, so they don't care to deliver them.

                                    Hope you would look into this matter and ensure better service to the people of Greater Noida

                                    i have book my gas cylender 22/7/10 and gas came 29/7/10. but delivery man bought when gas in my house then i am not present in home next days i measure gas then 3 kg gas less in cylender. right now i call delivery man but his cell is off. all time indane delivery man theft in gas cylinder .

                                    i was allotted gas connection on 30/10/2010 by indane gas (agent : JAYBEE GAS AGENCIES, RANNI).my consumer no:21995.i have booked the gas on 20/11/2010.but the gas was not supplied.on contacting the dealer, they say we have to contact them again and remind them for billing.i have contacted them for billing on 30/11/2010.but gas was not supplied.the second cylinder will be consumed soon.your action is required.

                                    I have a gas connection with Golden Gas Agency in Palam Vihar Gurgaon. My consumer no is 850974. I wanted to bring to your notice that firstly it is very extremely difficult to book the gas with them. There phones are constantly engaged throughout the day. Since we are working it is not possible for us to go to there office. The booking staff is very impolite to talk on phone and in person. The mobile no which they have mentioned is hardly answered by the staff. They never deliver the gas cylinder on the specific date told by them. You literally have to beg to get your gas delivered. Finally when the cylinder is delivered to the house the weight is always less by 3kgs, seal broken and valve leaking. I am tired to complaining this to the delivery staff. This problem is faced by other consumers also. If we are original connection holders then the priority of gas cylinders should be given to us and not to the people who buy the cylinder in black. There delivery duration changes for every booking.Wolud request the concerned authorities to look into the matter immediately and awaiting a prompt reply.

                                    SAM GAS — delay of LPG cylinder

                                    DEAR SIR,

                                    when i booked the LPG indane gas they did not supply proper date and time.they did not give proper answer.

                                    we are tomuch fed up for them.they will send very late supply.
                                    My consumer No.08712 and my Cooking Gas distributor is JIBAN JYOTI of 2, Gariahar Rd.(S), Kolkata[protected].

                                    I received the last delivery of LPG on 26/05/2011. I am receiving the booking No. after diling [protected] under IVRS system for last 10 days, but the booking No. does not exist in the following day. I do not understand where these auto generated booking Nos. are going!

                                    I am not getting any easy excess to report the matter to the proper authority.

                                    i have a gas connection with CITIZEN GAS AGENCY, ALAKNANDA.. and my consumer no is CT316..
                                    i have tried to book my cylinder on phone on 17th aug 2011. bt have heard on the IVR that my cylinder has already been booked on 9th aug 2011. i again tried today . and got the information that my gas has been delivered on 13th aug 2011.
                                    but i have not recieved any cylinder...
                                    it had happened last month also..
                                    i cant book the cylinder again for 21 days...
                                    and i am afraid that my cylinder has been black marketed...
                                    i have tried to make the complaint regarding this matter to the agency. but nobody is picking up the phone..and there is no response from the agency..and the customer care number also

                                    I HAVE BEEN BOOKED GAS CYLINDER BY 2ND MAR 2012.BUT SOFAR NO SUPPLY AND MY CONSUMER # 7393 AND BOOKING # 507

                                    Date 24th December 2012.

                                    I am Indane gas consumer having consumer No. LB/18824. My distributor is L.P.Gas Athpur, 24 Parganas North.
                                    As I was outside from my home town for more than six months, due to non usage of gas my service connection was withheld.
                                    I have subsequently submitted KYC along with all documents and the service connection made active during the month of September 2012.
                                    But the problem is that I could not able to book refil on line. I have informed the matter to my distributor severally but they could not take any initiative to solve my inconvenience.
                                    Now I have come to know that the gas connection is suspended stating that I am not available. I am a retired person and all the time I stay at my home. The only problem is that our landline phone is out of service for more than six months.
                                    I request you to look into the matter and arrange to restore my gas connection immediately so that I could book my refil online henceforth.

                                      I have some complaints against the petrol pump o[censored]ma and company, Rawatbhata, Via Kota, Rajasthan.This is the only petrol pump in the area and this takes a very good(bad ) advantage of it.First of all the staff is very rude and rough in behaviour. Next, if you buy petrol of Rs 50/-, they would fill up the petrol of Rs 49.50 or less.They also jump the meter so that you are getting the less petrol always.If you ask to give the petrol by pre feeding the meter they would reject your plea by stating that machine is not working properly.They are giving mobile oil without any measurement.They shut off the petrol pump by the 9.30 pm.In any exigencies in night, there is nobody to provide the petrol. When I complained all this to the manager, he said he is not able to do anything about it.Morever they are providing only speed petrol at the pump.They are exploiting the situations just because they are the only pump in the near by area.I dont know if the condition going to improve here. It is really frustrating
