Sir,

I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.: 57254, the supply of refill of cylinder through SRINIVASAH AGENCY, OLD WAHSERMENPET, CHENNAI-21. I have a practice to book for the refil of cylinder with dealer direclty over the phone. After many telephonic attempts when we got connected we were put on hold for a long time, then the receiving person refuse to take our request stating that i am not eligible for booking at this time or any other reason known to him and put off the phone. I stRongly condempt the attitude and request the higher authorities to take the complaint against the system and practice of the dealer. Further i request to acknowledge my complaint and rectify earliest possible. My present booking DATE[protected] I Hope to get the delivery of refill of cylinder immediately.

I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.: 13736, the supply of refill of cylinder through Pushpak Gas Agency, RAJKOT(GUJARAT). I have a practice to book for the refil of cylinder with dealer direclty over the phone. After many telephonic attempts when we got connected we were put on hold for a long time, then the receiving person refuse to take our request stating that i am not eligible for booking at this time or any other reason known to him and put off the phone. On advice of one of our well wisher I start the booking for the refill of cylinder through computerised Toll Free No. 1260 of Indane Gas. I suprised to note that the delivery of refill of cylinder were become more late in comparision with direct booking with dealer. I stongly condempt the attitude and request the higher authorities to take the complaint against the system and practice of the dealer. Further i request to acknowledge my complaint and rectify earliest possible.to get the delivery of refill of cylinder immediately.

Indane Gas — Late delivery and bad attitude

Our Indane Gas Agency Dealer do not deliver on time last time we made a booking on 4th October and got the delivery on 24th october that too after numerous calls nd when we went there to personnally take that. now again when we called to book gas those people r not booking and even bang down the receiver on us

sir, I have book the cylinder but the gas ageny (Amrit gas) deliver the cylinder after 16 days after book the gas.

I wish you inform that we are costomer in yadu gas ajency in sahibabad my conjumer no-54567 (H no-860,sec-2B,vasudhara,ghaziabad)and my last bookd of 28-jan-2011 but today was 06-feb-2011 till not diliverd rifil. I have visit in sahibabad Yadu gas agency and meet Mr.R.K.Sinha he told me 7 days of booking deliverd rifil but still wating. DO THE NEED FUL,

    Dear Sir,

    My consumer number is -13824

    Address of Indane Gas Agency -
    vindhyavasini Enterprise
    Rajgarh, Dumraon (Buxar)

    1) In the villages of Bihar, there is no system of booking of gas cyinder for refill at gas agencies -- People have to depend on the distributor which comes from Indane Gas Agency.

    2) There is NO SPECIFIC DATE or DAY of distribution of cylinders. Distributor does not distribute cylinder for more than 3-4 months this can be eaisly cross checked on LPG consumer card.

    3) When we call the Indane Gas Agency regarding the distribution date -- they DO NOT tell the correct date of distribution or refill of gas cylinders.

    4) People assume that cylinder distributor distributes the cylinder on every wednesday so many people keep their cylinders besides the road for refill of cylinder and till EVENING.

    5) People of many villages of Bihar like - Ekarashi, Raghunathpur, Bagen, puttalpura, Murar, shukalpura and Bhadaver are NOT HAPPY regarding refill of Indane Gas Cylinder.

    6) Some times Indane gas cylinder distributor gives Bharat Gas cylinder ---- when we raise the question "distributor says it does not any difference, next time you exchange from bharat gas cylinder to Indane Gas cylinder"... It is an exception but it happened with me.

    Name of the Gas Agency: Vindhyavasini Ent., Dumraon.
    Recently i visited my village Ekarasi and by chance it happened that i need to get my LPG cylinder refilled. There i came across the same aforesaid problem. One can not book for refilling on phone. I request the Concern Authority to please resolve the issue.

      VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELAYED GAS SUPPLY
      GAS AGENCY NEAR MANGALAPURI, PALAM, NEW DELHI. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SITTING IN THIS OFFICE DOESN'T HAVE THE DECENCY TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS AND ALWAYS TRY TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS BLINDED. THEY NEVER GIVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION ON OUR GAS DELIVERY. I HAVE SUBMITTED THE REQUEST OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS ALONG-WITH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, THEY SAYS OK NEXT TIME CYLINDER WILL BE DELIVERED TO NEW ADDRESSON ON OCT'2007. I HAVE RQST THEM TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS IN COMPUTER BUT THEY TOLD ME DONT TEACH US AND ABUSED(ONE MAN WITH HEAVY MOSTAGE.TILL DATE SAME NOT CHANGED.I HAVE CONTACTED SHANTI INDANE THEY SAYS WE HAVE NOT RECD ANY REQUET FROM YOU KINDLY SUBMIT THE SAME. THEY DONT LIFT THE PHONE IF WE CALL OR THE PHONE IS KEPT ON HOLD ALWAYS. IF YOU CAN DO ANYTHING PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL FOR GOOD SERVICE OF THE CUSTOMERS.

        as usual i am again making a complaint against one of your dealer who is not picking up the phone for booking and misbehaving with pepple. If you are really accepting the complaints and taking action so that i move forward with the complaint otherwise nothing much i can do rather that going into consumer court.

          Sir or Madam
          My Primary Complaint that I am a customer of Indane since. My Consumer code is 49944, your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Shivshankar Agencies, 13-B, Kunrathur Road, Porur, Chennai 600 116, Tamilnadu has given the following nos.[protected] 24827924 for booking gas refill. At first no response, no pickup phone at the booking time. Otherwise every time recording " phone is busy, please call after some time" is playing. I am trying these numbers since last 5 days but never got a response or pick-up phone. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Last time I booked from on the spot, at that the lady present there said that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 or 5 days but no response till 12 days. This procedure continued every month. I am not only there are many customers to face this problem. But Members if pay extra money (Rs.600) immediately got the cylinder Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.
          Further the quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders are less, earlier one cylinder was serving for more than 25 days time, now it hardly lasts for 15-20 days, Since last fifteen days I am trying to book a refill but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy or not responsible,

          Once again repeat our problem I have booked the gas 20 days before at the counter. They said to delivered the gas after 1 week, but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of problem, they are telling it will come today and tomorrow but nothing happening till date
          Please improve upon services of your agents.

          Please take on top priority and helping to people.

          and my WL No.605 and delivery within 10 days.On checking
          to day i am being informed that due to short supply the booking
          of 23rd sept, 08 is still pending and for me it will take one more
          week.That means one gas cylinder has to be used for 30to 35 days
          on the mercy of the agencies.

          we want to know what is the reason for delay in delivering the
          cylinders in time.Where as per the Govt there is no shortage of
          household Gas.

          Dear Sir,
          Im Syed Ibrahim a resident of Palavakkam and is a customer of Indane cooking gas with malaviya avenue. My consumer number is 67409. I bought last gas cylinder from the gas agency on 1.9.2008. Booked for the next cylinder on 23.9.08 exactly after 23 days as per the ules. They replied that they will Distribute within a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver within another week. Again I called them on after a week today on 15.10.08 they say that it will take another 2-3 days to get the supply. Now my second cylinder is also going to be empty as it has been almost 45 days from the date of supply of the last cylinder. The customer service in this area is very bad and the customers are to bear all sorts of disturbances in their routine usage of cooking gas. This is desparate and i request you to please take necessary action in this regard. please see to it that we receive the supply as soon as possible.

          Sub - Regarding Delay in delivering of B-Fone.

          This is to bring under your kind notice that myself Mr.Mrinmoy Sarkar , Resident of Manikpur , Durganagar,kolkata=79 , has suffered a lot owing to this company named is HILTAKE ELECTRONICS(P)LTD.[P-17 , Mission Row Extension,kolkata=13] actually , i have deposited on amount of Rs.500 with this particular company for my B-FONE connection within maximum 15th days but unfortunately the connection is still Pending from their side i.e. HILTAKE ELECTRONICS(P)LTD..
          No Action is being taken against my repeated complains . as a sequel i'm geting Harassed a lot.

          The purpose of launching this complain is that i want my money back or my connection which ever is possible and moreover , I want to highlight this matter so that any customer like me ,willing to take this connection should not face any sort of inconvenience in future .

          I shall be highly obliged if my complain in given due consideration so that i can breath easy in such inhuman conditions.

          My complaint is no different from the above mentioned by the 1st compaintant Mr.Murugan. It's horrible to hear the same answer from the agency day after the day. It's nothing but cheating. Unless severe action is taken on them, many customers will be put similar difficulties by this agency.
          I forgot to mention my customer ID no in the above comment. It's 17937.

          I am customer of indane gas and attached with Radha Govind gas agency,Kailash Nagar Delhi,with consumer ID SRG 14785.I am residing over Metro Vihar Shastri Park .I use to book my gas trhrough your service 011-1260.But its delivery is never on time and quantity of gas is also very less.Previously one gas cylinder goes upto 2.5 to 3 months but from last two delivery I ve found that it goes upto hardly one month while our consumption is as usual.This shows that the gas quantity delivered to us is not correct and stealing of gas is going on.This must be checked out at your end so that customer like us do not suffer.If we are paying you than we must expect a good service from you .Your concern in this regard will be highly obliged.

          Indane Gas Agency — Delay in delivery of gas cylinder, bad customer service

          I had booked a gas cylinder on the 16th November,2010. The booking number is 2483. I have not yet recieved the supply as of now when I required it by the 8th of December,2010. On contacting them on the 8th, they informed us that we had never booked a cylinder with them before. So, we had to rebook on that day.On contacting the agency, we were not spoken to politely. This is causing us great inconvenience because we run out of cooking gas. I request immediate action to be taken up. I also hope these faults do not recur.
          I agree with Mr. Murugan. My experience each & every time I book is no different. I wonder if anybody is kind enough to take any action on them.

I CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE CYLINDER AND WITH THE AGENCY AND THE SUPPLIER. NOBODY WANT TO LISTEN CONSUMERS PROBLEM. SO PLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION FOR THE SAME.

          i live in K.K nagar, our supplyer is sai chitra gas agency.., they asked us to book after 20 days of delivery, after booking it takes nealy 25 days for delivery, if you call through phone they never pick up any call and they keep the receiver down always, everytime we have to go in person and remaind them..., people live in other places in i.e other agencies are supplying cylinder in 5 days. The only indane agency is behaving like that. people never answer politely they are behaving very aragant mannar..., if possible you try their number u never get, i[censored] go in person they treat us like second class citizen.

          the indane gas distributor is not properly supply the refill cylinders as early, more than 30 days late from the booking, subsequently the suppliers sold the refill cylinder at huge amount in black market, there is no response about the enquiry over phone, and in person.

          dear sir, shiva shankar agency is the poorest in responding to customer's calls- all phone nos will be busy and my complaint is almost as same as mr. murugan.
          for the past 3 times i was supplied cylinders with leaking problems and it took for me almost 3 days for getting the people to replace them.
          now too i am facing the same problem and no response for 2 hours . it is very difficult to manage the cooking for working ladies
          pl try to take severe action for such irresponsibility and it is also very dangerous supplying such leaking cyliders. if any untoward things happen bec of their negligence they will be responsible. thanking you.

          Delivered cylinder with poor quality. instead of gas its leaking as liquid. No replacement even after complain. Can't contact them as they are not picking call/linebusy for whole day. How long more we are to suffer from this gas agencies.
          HI,

          One of the worst agencies i ever met in my life time. Very bad and worst attitude in terms of enquiry and deliverable.

          I apply for a new gas i have been trying for the past 6 months. so far nothing has happened. I request everyone not to choose this agency. Instead go for the better one.

          In spite of all the complaints they will not take any actions. USELESS..

          Please cancel there license, I've booked a gas 4weeks back and got a message by last Wednesday but till now it not delivered. I called their support to know the reason but no response from them. They simply pick and tell me it will be delivered that's it.
          I( Consumer No: 94905) too am facing the same issue. My booking has been cancelled for the second time. My First booking was done on 2nd July. The same got cancelled. I received no intimation. When i checked the status through IVRS, i came to know that the same has been cancelled. I made a booking again on 13th July. & my cash memo was generated on 18th July. Today Morning i get an intimation that my booking has been cancelled. My desperate attempts to reach Shivshankar Agencies is of no vail... Day by day their service is going from bad to worse. You cannot have customers at your mercy. Hope IOCL will look into the matter & do the needful.

            I am regular commuter from vashi to CSIA(international airport), i travel from (koperkhairne) to Vashi by bus and then from vashi to kurla by train, and from Kurla to CSIA(sahar airport) by bus no 365.
            there are two - three buses to travel to CSIA via marol i.e bus no 446 or 332.
            but there is only one direct bus is available for CSIA i.e bus no 365, which has no specific time,
            ealier bus was till Andheri (E) from Kurla but not it is up to Seepz, it might be one reason bus takes a lot time to return back to Kurla.

            1>there is no bus after 8 am, the 8 am bus come at the stop by 8.10 to 8.15 am and next bus is supoosed to be after 20 mins but it never comes before 8.45 am,

            what is point to stand in a queue for more than half an hour just to complete half an hour journey.
            if bus is not availble due to trafic why cant ' BEST officers starts bus from Kural itself to avoid getting late in the office or their workplaces
            there are many commuters travel from Kural to CSIA and bus gets fulled at the starting point itself,

            2> why cant' BEST start double decker bus for same route to occupy more commuters.

            there is no specfic time table for buses at kurla
            why cant' BEST take any step to enter other private vehicles in depot to ruglate the traffic at Kurla

            3>sometime there are no officers avialbel to listen about commuters problems,

            4>there should be suggestion box available in every bus to give informations about drivers, cunductors, bus in time,

            5> sometime you will find autos at the bus stops mainly in navi mumbai,

            6> there is only one bus available for vashi railwstation from koperkahirne i.e bus no 513,

            I request BEST to start more buses and regulate their times to reduce road traffic

Please mentioned the days. i.e. If we receive gas delivery on 1 of month my gas finished within the month the days completed only just 15. Which data we may receive another delivery.

THE CURRENT PRACTICE OF THE GAS AGENCY HAVE THE EXCUSE THE REFILL CYLENDER NOT DELIVERED DUE TO ADDRESS NOT FOUND AND WE DONT HAVE THE SYSTEM TO MENTION CUSTOMER CONTACT NO.                 whenever i required gas i have to be in big que in My residential area, in order to avoid this i myself willing to go to Godown even though this agency is unwilling to cooperate. The person Mr. Werbah who is like spokeperson of this agency also don't co-operate.

                  the owner of this agency hier the lpg cylinder at double rates. they do not deliver the gas at time.i have booking of 23/8/08 & yet i have not got the cylinder, it's going to complete one month & yet no gas.
                  Hi I am writing you this because from last 1 week we are waiting for a cylinder to be delivered at our place even after booking it after 10 days of the date last month we got it delivered.
                  And when we call the agency first day the lady who works in
                  (Lal Enterprises, Booth No. 7, Sector 9. Faridabad Haryana[protected],[protected]she pick up the phone and said you will get it tomorrow after 1 week but we didn't get it, now again we called the second day and the man said there is no route for today so you'll get it tomorrow.
                  But the people working over here are big liers they never send cylenders on time and always do black marketing because the same day when we called them first time a delivery boy delivered a cylinder to our next to next house for 500 RS and when we asked him where is our cylinder the he said there is no booking under this name.
                  So we are very upset about this so if this will help us please do something.

                    It is highly shameful act of an agency owner that they are supplying the gas with such a long delay. I've booked my gas cylinder on 24/10/2008 and i m receiving it on 5/11/2008. though they provide the same facility to the near or dear ones, but not to the normal consumer or the consumer like us who do not have personal links with them. it puts serious mark on the owner of the agency as well on the persons of departments who provide such licenses to them. while delivering the cylinder, the person who delivers it said me that i cannot do naything, if you'll complain against me, we will increase the delay time. you cannot do anything(lena hai toh lo nahi toh aur bhi ghar hain mere pass). this thing insists me to write this compliant.i have taken this for granted that no step will be taken against this because i know the system of my country is slow.

                    I am chandan jha,my address is A-36,Inder Enclave,Phase-2,Mubarak Pur Road,Nangloi,Delhi-110086.
                    I want to say that HARI SINGH GAS SERVICE is the biggest blackseller of delhi.But noboy can take action because he spend money to give bribe.They provide the delivery atleast 45 days of booking & they dont accept any booking according to booking date.They count the delivery date. They have not any contact no.for booking the gas supply.people have to visit the agency & stand in the long ''Q'' within 1 or 2 hours.
                    They also misbehave to the customers.plz take some strict action agt this.

                      I have one LPG connectivity from IOCL LPG distributor M/s Pragjyoti Gas Agency with the consumer no: 201817.
                      I have come to notice that I have to pay Rs 350.00 to Rs 360.00 to the delivery boys for a single cylinder whereas the Government rate is Rs 337.00 (approx.). whenever, I argued with the boy regarding this excess money, they just informed me that the deliver cost have to born by the customer.
                      Through this complaint, I would like to know the IOCl authority that should the customer bear the delivery expenses of the cylinder.
                      If, this is against your selling policy of cylinder, then what should do as a customer of IOCL.

                        i am atul kumar yadav R/o House no. 6, Nitikhand IIIrd, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. My connection no. is V2902. I booked my connection on 15.10.08. but i could not get delivery till today. unfortunetly, on deepawali festival day my cylinder was empty. i contacted to delivery man Mr. Neeraj (mobile no. [protected]) directly on 30.10.08 but his answer was that this is festival time, i supplied the cylinder to the hotels and getting Rs. 700/- per cylinder. so you again booked your connection to yadu gas service sahibabad after that i will delivered you. On 30.10.08, i again booked my connection for delivery of cylinder and requested to attended madam that my family is facing a lot of problem since deepawali pl. tried to delivered cylinder as soon as possible. then madam said that on 04.11.08 you will get the cylinder. on 04.10.08 morning 9.00 to evening 7.00 i contacted to delivery man Mr. Neeraj and Mr. Vinod on their mobile no. [protected] and [protected] respectively) to pl. deliver my cylinder.but they not delivered it today itself.
                        so a geniun consumer is facing problem and others like hotels owner& non consumer are enjoying by giving them more i.e. Rs. 700/- per cylinder to Mr. Neeraj and Mr. Vinod (the delivery man)
                        I assured you if surprised visit comes from your site you defined these both delivery man as a mafia of cylinder. their cylinder is either less in weight or you will get water in the filled cylinder.
                        i hope you take an immediate action in this issue and immediate delivery to my house.

                          i had booked for a new gas connection with indane distributor m/s cooking gas agency
                          no; 3a malaviya avenue 1street
                          thirvanmiyur chennai 600041.
                          on 20/08/2008 by completing all formalities by producing ration card, pan card etc and got the registration.they sent a post card few days before asking me to contact them so that they will arrange for installation. i contacted them and they asked me to furnish an affidavit and i submitted an affidavit then they asked for RS3750/= when i asked for details they told its deposit amt & inclusive of the stove.when i told them i dont need a stove from the brands they are having they started abusing n threatning that if i buy the LPG stove from them only i will get connection other wise i wont get the connection its compulsary.after protesting after long time they returned my affidavit n kept my ration card xerox saying they need to do inspection regarding the gas stove by sending an tecnecian n check whether i posses any cylinder or not after this is completed they shall look into it& if i want the connection without any hassel then i have to buy the stove from them.they also were talking that i should forget getting connection.

                          Every one is having the same problem. In my case, I have two spare stove at home which was presented during my house warming cermony. I am also having the same problem. They are asking me to produce 'Warrenty Card', which I don't have, since it was a present. Is there any way to get the connection without buying stove ? Is there any contact numbers for the authorties for compliants ? I am residing in Velachery and my distributor is Muthu Agencies. My mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com.                               sir,
                              due to an majior accident to my father in law, my family was about to stay with him for more than five months,
                              as iam not aware that if the booking has not made for certain period the connection is dead.
                              i agree my mistake, than i finished the remaining formalities for activaion of my dead account .
                              they said it will be done with in a month
                              formalities done on 3-4-08;
                              after that i went they said that the person incharge is under transfer so a new person has to occupy it.
                              still waited another month, and got the reply that the person who has come is activaing dead gas connections slowly.after one month when i went every body said that u have to go to chennai office
                              is it complesary that do i need to move chennai office
                              is it possible to canncell the dead gas connection
                              if so please say the methods

                                Respected Sir/Madam,

                                Myself Ashish Bhatia is a regular customer of Indian Oil S.K. Filling Station (petrol pump), Sangrur Road, Dhuri. Every time I visit to this petrol pump to fill up petrol in my bike & I face a poor service from them. They have only one machine to serve all the vehicles & there remains long que and when asked about other machines they simply said that machine was out of order, and regarding diesel supplythey again have only one machine to serve all the customers. According to me they must be doing mall practices and forcing customers to get fuel only from selected machines. So please check the other machines & improve the services over there.

                                  Hello,

                                  I have transfered my Indane Gas connection from Bharatpur to Jaipur on 15th Oct 2008 and submitted for the transfer document in Jaipur on 18th Oct 2008. After that time has being spent and with several follow ups, till date I have not yet got the transfered connection here. The gas agency (Sanganer Gas agency Pratap nagar Jaipur(Raj.[protected],[protected] here is saying that they have sent the document to Bharatpur (Brij gas agency, Bharatpur,[protected] for verification, but till date they have not received anything from Bharatpur. And Brij gas agency is saying they have already sent it to Jaipur. Basically after long waiting I must say all are just escaping of taking the responsibility and in the process I am getting suffered.

                                  I have transfered my Indane Gas connection from Vizag to Hyderabad on 1st December 2007 and submitted for the transfer document in Hyderabad on 28th December 2007. After that long time has being spent and with several follow ups, till date I have not yet got the transfered connection here. And Vizag gas agency is saying they have already sent it to Hyderabad.                                     Our Consumer number is 48068, we are asked to book LPG cylinders from Rashmi Agencies, Mysore road. Following is my complaint:
                                    1. They take a lot of time to even book the LPG cylinder, they have their own rules and will not book until certain time
                                    2. They have booked our LPG a fortnight ago, but are still not delivering.
                                    3. They are very rude and don't even bother for the customers.

                                    Very very poor service of cylinder and I was applied for double cylinder but after four months, they don't reply anything.
                                    Dear Sri,

                                    I am the customer of the Indane LPG since 22 years at your agency M/S. Sangameshwar Gas Distributors, Gulbarga in Karnataka with customer No. SH-190. Please let me know whether the 20 days gap for supply of Gas Cylinder is from the date of supply of filled cylinder or from the date of booking. Because, if we book for supply of filled cylinder, they will take minimimum of 8-10 days for supply by the time second cylinder exhausts and we are unable to book for another one because of condition of 20 days gap. This time we have booked for supply of filled cylinder on 13/01/2009 till date the supply has been made. In the meantime the second cylinder has exhausted on 15/01/2009. Since nearly 15 days we have no gas even though we have two cylinders.

                                    Therefore, I request you kindly to make a copy of the condition of 20 days gap for supply of filled cylinder available to me so than I can have the clear picture. We are facing the lot of trouble in getting the filled cylinders in all the months of the year.

                                      It is to inform you that I am a consumer of LPG Gas of Indane Gas and my Consumer code No is AZ-10859 and is booked with Azad Gas, Haibowal Kalan, Ludhiana.My Gas connection is since 1998.

                                      I approached to Azad Gas for replacement of Gas regulator which has problem of Gas leakage.But they refused to replace giving argument that regulator is of 1998 whereas my connection is of 2003. I told them that I transferred this connection from Kesari Gas, Ludhiana to you and also shown them my Voucher issued by them.

                                      But they refused to replace my defective Gas Regulator.

                                      I am suffering a lot and have also a fear of any mishappening due to leakage of Gas.

                                      Now I have no option to go to Consumer COurt.

                                      Indane Gas — Booking refused

                                      My Indane Consumer No ts 14420. I am a resident of Asansol. The serving dealer in my area is Annapurna. Today ie 25th March my wife over telephone intended to book a cylinder. The concerned clerk verbally said it is booked. when she asked for the booking no he refused to giveany booking no and when insisted misbehaved with her.
