Sub.: Delays Delivery of Refill of Cylinder

Dear Sir,
I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.: 13951, the supply of refill of cylinder through M/s. Prajal Gas Servoce, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad. I have booked my gas refill connection on July 21, 2008 in Prajal Gas Service, but I regret to inform you that till date August 09, 2008, I have not received my Gas Refill connection from M/s. Prajal Gas Services. Sir, I have hold only one Gas connection and it is very difficult to carry on without Gas connection. I have 18 times call to their office including 7 times personally met with them and requesting to supply my gas connection, but they are deliberately ignored me and misbehavior with me. I suprised to note that the as per rules framed by Government of Gujarat, every family having only gas connection they shall be entitled to Gas connection within 7 days.
I strongly contempt the attitude and request the higher authorities to take the complaint against such Agency under intimation to me. Further, I request to acknowledge my complaint and rectify earliest possible. I Hope to get the delivery of refill of cylinder immediately.

the gas authorities doesnot pick up phones for gas booking. have to go there for gas booking.time wasting
