[Resolved] Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] — Gas cylinder subsidy

Well i lodge a complain srn no:2482837 on 02/01/2016 regarding non receipt of subsidy amount against the booking ref no: 422143 booked on 22/12/2015. I got the cancellation message on 24/12/2015 though i got the delivery of the cylinder but did'nt got the subsidy amount in my bank account. For this i lodge a complain and even called at helpline number. Everytime got the response that the server is down.
