Well i lodge a complain srn no:2482837 on 02/01/2016 regarding non receipt of subsidy amount against the booking ref no: 422143 booked on 22/12/2015. I got the cancellation message on 24/12/2015 though i got the delivery of the cylinder but did'nt got the subsidy amount in my bank account. For this i lodge a complain and even called at helpline number. Everytime got the response that the server is down.
Kindly do the needful my details are as follows;

Dear sir,
My name is B.B.Pathak Con No. Cx 6662204 and my agency is M/S SRI GOKHULA INDANE, BAILY ROAD, PATNA.
I have to inform that earlier the cash memo generated contained the amount of subsidy to be credited to my bank a/c. but to day I have received the refill supply and the relative cash memo does not contain that information. I in view of above apprehend that the relative subsidy will not be credited to my a/c. In this connection please note that I have never opted for giving up the subsidy and hence please arrange to credit the subsidy in my a/c. at an early date.

Sub: Non-receipt of subsidy against my account.

My consumer id no. is CX11068095and LPG ID is[protected], AAdhaar Card No:[protected]; and I generally continue to receive supply of full gas cylinders for years from INDFANE'S M/S New Barrackpore Renuka Indane without any trouble ever.

My bank account no.is [protected] with UCO bank, New Barrackpore branch to which account I continue to receive subsidy from Indane(IOCL) but however, the last subsidy has not been figured in my pass book which has naturally made me worried helplessly SINCE I'M A SENIOR CITIZEN AND SPINSTER SUFFERING FROM VARIOUS AILMENTS THAT RESTRICT ME FROM MOVING ONE OFFICE TO THE OTHER.

I WOULD THEREFORE, REQUEST YOUR GOODSELF TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER EXPEDITIOUSLY AND ARRANGE NECESSARY REDRESSAL UNDER INTIMATION TO THE UNDERSIGNED AS WELL AS THE BANK CONCERNED AND DISTRIBUTOR.

I want to tell that my previous account was in Punjab National Bank and in that account i always received my subsidy but when i close my PNB account i opened my new account in UCO bank, Guru Gobind Singh Avenue, Jalandhar but subsidy not receiving from last year.My adhaar is also linked with this account.
