Indian Overseas Bank — About repeated complaints not being addressed

On 2nd Jan, 2017 my card was swipped twice at a store in gorakhpur but bothe transactions were cancelled, but an amount of 31261 rs.was debited from my account. This amount has not been credited back to my account even after 5 days. My card no. Is [protected]. My name is Alok Srivastava. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest as my repeated complaints are unheard.
