Indian Overseas Bank — account has been blocked without my knowledge

The above account and atm card has been blocked for the past two days without my knowledge. I have complaint the above issue to the branch manager directly but they didn't give a proper response. So i request you to give a valid reason for blocking my account and atm card. Please help me with the same. Thank you.
