Indian Overseas Bank — account locked. unable to reset. showing invalid account number.

I was forgot the login details. My sb ac number is.[protected] branch st stephen hospital. I am unable to use net banking as the account showing locked. Trying to reset but it showing invalid account number. Even i cant do any online transaction through out upi. I also try to call their toll free number but the lines are remain busy as always. What to do?
