My account has been charged 118rs two times and mentioned as debit card amc 2016 & amc 2017 in remarks.

I am not using any debit card for my iob account, then why this amount for amc has been charged. Please explain.

During the year 2013, i have given written statement to the branch to close my debit card.
For the past 6 years, amc charges for debit card is not debit in this account.

Now suddenly today, it is mentioned as amc for charges 2016 * 2017. Why amc for year 2016 & 2017 are been taken now in the year 2018??
Moreover, i have returned my debit card to the branch already
