I try to withdraw money from iob atm ...but the money didn't came ...but I have received message from bank saying money has been debited..so kindly refund the money that have been debited

    I have done my tancet exam fees via debit card money deducted from my account twice but payment was unsuccessful. They informed that the amount will be refund. It has been 6days yet amount not refunded. Help me to get my refund back. Thank you.

      ATM card was not received and expired before 2 months, applyed new atm card within 20 days not received, applyed newcard replacement charges Rs 177 debited with account.

      Green PIN genered amount Rs.59 debited and Re-PIN charges amount Rs.59 totally Rs.295/- debited in my account, till now not received ATM card.

        Medical insurance through IOB bank

        This is refer to my mother Thankam C Medical insurance renewal, she is pensioner and senior citizen, banking with IOB bank, palakkad.           Hi,

          My IOB account was with the account number [protected] was charged multiple times on 15th April night. It was debited four times with the following transactions-

          Transaction 1- 10000
          Transaction 2- 21532.95
          Transaction 3- 21533
          Transaction 4- 27993

          None of these transactions were validated by me, nor did I receive any OTPs for these transactions.

          Attaching a screenshot of my statement.

          My account is left with 303 rs now, and I've lost all my money to this fraud!
          Please look into this immediately! I need my hard earned money back!

              I had taken a loan of Rs.1000000 from INDIAN OVERSES BANK on 02/011/2021 my loan account No.is [protected] together on 20/12/2021 with all due payment but still this loan is overdue in my CIBIL Showing together why I have emailed the loan bank and also written mail, but no satisfactory answer is being received from the company, please talk to the bank and eliminate the overdue on my CIBIL and get the loan Please help me in closing the account, I do not want to have any relation with this bank in future, please help me and Please Ask this company why not Update My payment Cibil data record ...asap

                  I have paid 121 rupees through Paytm with iob Debit card. The transaction failed. Paytm said they didn't receive the money, check with bank. I raised complaint with bank customer care No progress It's been 24 days since I paid.

                      I have a refund of 229/-Rs issued from amazon on 18th Feb 2022.

                      The Refund Reference number from amazon is[protected].

                      I recieved a message from IOB server that the refund will be initiated in 10 business days.

                      The refund was not credited on 01st mar 2022, so I contacted IOB customer support and raised an issue.

                      They issued a ticket reference no [protected].

                      The ticket no is[protected].

                      I contacted on 9th mar 2022, customer support informed there is no concern raised and the ticket number is invalid.
                      And disconnected the call, Again I contacted IOB customer support, they are answering that it's just the customer support department which only registers complaints and the issue will be sorted automatically.
                      Till now that is 23rd of March 2022, the issue is not rectified.i don't know weather the ticket no is valid.
                      I don't know whom to contact anymore.

                      Plz help me with this issue.

                        I am a customer of IOB branch in Injambakkam.

                        My account no.[protected] and
                        [protected]

                        I am living out of the country. So unable to use my registered mobile. The OTP used to come in registered mobile and also email. Now when I try to sign on the OTP is not coming on my email. so, i am unable to access my bank account.

                        So, I request the bank to activate my email [protected]@yahoo.com.

                            My bank account branch code is 3052 (ankali).. at date 3/3/22 I went there for my account activation purpose by tdo travel around 350 km but the lady who is responsible to solve account related issues talking angryly like she do fever on us and not doing her job and not helping to solve CUSTOMER issues and sit to put ear phones and listening songs and talking with family members.. wow GREAT JOBs is she doing.. I submitted all my documents to her and asked three four times is any issue to activate my iob account than she says no I will do .. but Monday 14 I sent my friend there to ask about my account activation then again she give new document to fill and submit .. means is this joke that government bank employee's are doing with CUSTOMERs.. it's a harassment like a ###. Now I again go there to travel 350 km and submit again right .. is this kind of service is right .. what there is no one asked them about their mistakes because they're government employees .. what the hell they think about themselves.. is there any authority to solve this issue with proper resolution.

                              I am the holder of a saving bank account number with Indian Overseas Bank.
                              On the midnight of March 3-4, 2022, ten thousand rupees were withdrawn from my account twice unauthorizedly from ATM, first at 03-03-22:23:55:45 and second at 04-03-22: 00:00:32 hrs: Total amount Rs.20, 000/-. I had my debit card with me all the time and I was sleeping in my house.
                              In the morning when I saw the messages from the bank, I informed the cyber cell of the bank and the bank branch through email and got the card closed.
                              But no action has been taken till date.

                                  My account is in IOB as savings account in govindpura branch, bhopal. My maid was getting a savings account open and coincidently i reached there to get my pan card linked with my account.
                                  The way that employee was talking to the maid was so rude and not at all helpful. Employee was using words like overwrite, original copy and acknowledgement form. My maid was not understanding and was panicking. To which i told the employee to explain her in a way she can understand. I even told the employee that she lacks financial awareness. To which the employee told me you do your work and not interfere. WHY SHOULD I NOT RAISE MY VOICE against such behavior. They even asked my maid the salary she earns while working. To which the other employee said raise the salary of your maid and that is how you can help! THAT'S MY PERSONAL MATTER. what we pay to her. They say there are a lot of employees who come to them. SO? It's there job to make the customers aware about products and services rather behaving rudely.
