Hello sir my name is Balamurugan I have taken auto loan through Neyveli township IOB branch and I have completed it fully but two account number is active in my name which you need to consider and remove as it is reflected in my credit report I have informed this in person at Neyveli township IOB bank branch have not taken any action you have to take action my two loan numbers are mentioned below Ac.no.[protected] Ac.no.[protected]

Minimum balance of 758 was charged on 8th Jan 2023 eventhough I have 10000 balance in my account. Please take necessary action and kindly arrange for refund

I m divya I would like to state that I got an educational loan 2016 with IOB Loan Account No. [protected], I settled the loan amount One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme on 21st January 2023 but still now my educational loan status has shown active. I contacted the branch manager but he didn't gave any proper response to me. Kindly please verify the attachment and I request you to change my loan status,

I visit my home branch for any major issues.
For any paper work they ask to come by 10 am morning.During lunch(Anytime between 12-3 pm) mostly very less people available and specific section person including the manager unavailable.Other persons out there do not provide proper response.They reply as I'm busy with work, check with other person.By 3 pm they say it is end of the day come by morning.
We have other works other than visiting the branch first thing in the morning.They stop any work by 3.55 pm and leave the place.

Please make atleast 1 to 2 staff as helpdesk person available on working hours to respond to customers queries and guide them about their concerns and assist with the process.Extending working hours can also be a solution to this kind of problems as they may find sufficient time to respond.

I made fund transfer of 50000 on 31.05.2023 to Indian bank satrampadu branch Eluru which was debited to my account [protected] of xaviernagar branch Eluru
The same was not credited to my account in the Indian bank or not reversed to my account in IOB.till date. I made a complaint to the branch via email. I received a message that the matter is pending in the central office Chennai.
When I contacted the customer care they replied there are no updates from the home branch
I therefore request you sir to please do the needful in this regard

I have ordered a kurta set from Amazon on 8th May, 2023. The order I'd is[protected]. Due to cloth issues I applied return and refund. The product was picked on 12th May. According to Amazon status Refund completed on 16th May. But the money was not reflected in my bank account..when I contacted Amazon they provide RRN, with that I tried to contact the bank and no reply from the same. The RRN mail is attached below. My UPI transactions are not working. I contacted my home branch multiple times and can't find solution. They always tell that my account was clear and there is no block in payments. But I the error will come often and can't make payments through any UPI apps. I tried contacting UPI apps customer service but they also confirmed that everything is good from app side and bank UPI services should be investigated. Gpay, Phonepe and Paytm are the used apps. Can't make any transactions in any of the apps mentioned.

On 13/04/23 Rs.257.79 has been deducted for DCAMC CHARGES in my account and I didn't even received notification about this.

N[protected] is my complaint ref number with RBI Ombudsman, After giving all details and having a discussion in person with senior bank officials it has been more than 1.5 years and the said bank IOB is said to issue me compensation of Rs 50000 as the case revolves around issue of a DD long time back and it seems Sanghi Plantations Ltd did not recieve them and so my investment was affected. Then the IOB bank did not report back to me nor verify with evidence whether it was encashed at IOB Hyderabad looking at their register despite my frequent visits to Matunga Telang road brach, Mumbai 400019 then . Sanghi group also has a case in SEBI and was asked to return the money to their investors. So i had written to them as well and got no response. God knows who has my money. I don't. By all probabilities and torts IOB has to refund me the money with interest. RBI had mentioned this is still extant in law. They closed the matter unilaterally and it seems have a bias towards banks. Their own archives show so much governance issues with IOB from 1999 till date. Wonder when will i get justice please?

Rs 1371.26 was deducted from the savings account on March 5 2023 in a series of smaller amounts of 118, 53.11, 177 for Charges-MI.

When enquired at the IOB Branch, they informed us the charges were for not maintaining minimum balance. I have consistently maintained minimum balance through the year 2022. Only in January 2023, the balance came down below the minimum balance. I got to know that minimum balance charges for a month would be Rs 50. And I definitely did not expect to be charged more than that.

After the series of deductions, my balance stands proudly at 0 :)

Humbly request to you let me know when I should expect the money back in my account. Thanks in advance.

Amount deducted from my account I want the reason if is there any charges to deduct plz give the reason for deduction in message box it's my req

I am using IOB bank from past 4 years from last three months they are simply deducting the money in the name of bank charges. When I saw the passbook it was written as CHARGES-MIN BAL ONC/01-10 -

2020/[protected] why are they deducting money in 2023, If I had not maintained min balance in 2019 or 2020 they should have cut those charges then itself. My account was completely active and I had money even at that time I used to have atleast 5k to 10k in my bank account. This is completely unfair.
