Dear iob officers, No customer care at indian overseas bank. And given a number for formality and is always not yet connected. My issue was amount debited, but beneficiary account not credited issue. I have tried to contact customer care of iob, which is always out of reach. Please support to recover from this transaction issue. Imps results as transaction timed out. Amount debited but beneficiary not credited. Txn number: trtr/[protected]/imps/02/01/2016/ 10:16. Amount :250 inr We humbly request you please reverse the amount in account, which is debited and not credited to bank. If problem continues will use this mail as a proof i contacted iob and no support given to me, and take this complaint to the next step as rbi and ombusdman. Please understand customers issue. Imps is for, immediate money payment payment system. But iob locks customers funds. When we try to transfer, money debited, and beneficiary is not credited, then where this money goes?
