Indian Overseas Bank — amount debited twice from my account

My name is v. Padma. I am your customer at stella maris college branch. My account no is [protected]. I swiped my card on 28.02.19 at a nattu marunthu shop at besant nagar at 19.03 pm. Since it was rejected the first time, i swiped again at 19.04 pm.
I have been charged rs 1578 twice. I waited hoping to get the amount credited again. But it has not been re-credited. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
