This is to bring to your kind notice that this has been happening very often with IOB ATMs in Arumbakkam area. For example, yesterday i went to Kamaraj Nagar 4th Street ATM and tried withdraw 4k, ATM was working perfect initially after entering the pin it went on silent for sometime and the money vending machine screen says unable to dispense but on the other side 4k was debited in my account. Immediately I approached the bank manager and intimated the same, she said no need to worry it will get credited automatically so there is NO need to raise a formal complaint. As you are aware, most o[censored]s struggling with the sudden outbreak covid-19 and most o[censored]s facing challenging situation when it comes to money. In this crucial stage, this ATM machines and card transaction always going wrong and we had to wait for a while without money. Request you to look into this matter and resolve the same. I am sending a detailed mail to RBI as well as IOB customer service sucks, now ATM and card transactions also giving us tough time. Was this information helpful? |
