Indian Overseas Bank — amount deducted but payment failure

Hereby you are informed that i have made a payment of rs.5561.80
/-bearing transcation no. [protected]@537853 dated 5th sep
2018 for trade license to giridih municipalcorporation, jharkhand
. Although the amount has been debited from my account but the
Transcations confirm that payment failed i have made other payment of
Rs. 5561.8/- which is successfully to giridih municipalcorporation,
Jharkhand. Please find the bank statement which shows debited amount
Rs.5561.80/- at present i am shiffted in sasaram. I visited sasaram
Iob branch but manager said please contact your own branch. This
Email is my registered email id., please credit the amount in my
Account.
Kindly look into the matter and confirm at the earlist.
