Respected sir,
I have booked a ticket in redbus on 9th july 2016 from chennai to thoothukudi. During transaction amount rs.700.50 got debited in my account and page not responding. I have contacted redbus regarding a refund amount but they have given me a bank reference number: "[protected]" to contact the bank (Given by redbus).
Then i contacted customer care. They booked a complaint on july 26th 2016 said that amount will be refunded in next 10days and they given me reference number: "sk260707" for further communication.
Till now there is no response from them. When ever i used to call them.. They are saying me to call back after two days later..
Kindly resolve this issue
