Indian Overseas Bank — Amount of Rs2668 debited from my sb account

I have a SB Account with Indian Overseas Bank (hapur). An amount of Rs2668/- has been debited from my SB A/c no. [protected] on 5/01/2017, with out my concern.
I have complained about the same so many times at the brach office, they told me to register a complain against it on thier website i did that and the complain no. is[protected]. It's going to be almost a month, i have not got any response from their side yet.
so, i would like you to look in to the matter and help me in getting the debited amount back asap..
