Regret to inform that we feel ashame to hold sb acc in your reputed bank. I am here to complain about the atm service in my area. It's been a decade that you can see the atm shutter has been kept closed or stated with 'out of service'. No longer than one day it was working properly or insufficient money. People are really disappointed at their every visit to atm. It may make people to choose different bank in order to facing this kind of problems. You can even see people standing in a long queue to withdraw for just 100s nd 200s when you make a surprise visit. Hope you will look into this complaint and do necessary actions in positive manner.
