[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank — atm transaction failed due to sudden power failure with more details

Good day!
Dear sir/madam,
I did an atm transaction on 02/11/2018 through axis bank atm located in pillaiyarkoil street, okkiyampet, thoraipakkam, chennai - 600097. During the process, the power failed and the atm did not dispense my requested amount of rs. 10, 000/-. The above-stated amount of rs. 10, 000/- got debited to my account no. [protected]. I waited but the power did not return.
The transaction details are as follows:

Withdrawal amount:10, 000.00
Particulars: atm-pillaiyar koil street kanchipuram tnin-n56724
Cheque date: 20181102.
Kindly do the needful and reverse the amount to my account.
