Indian Overseas Bank — atm transaction related issue

Dear sir, today i am withdrawal my iob atm but amount not dispended but debited from my account on 15/4/2019 at 9.30am. I used atm to withdrawal 500rupees two times in sbi atm ramesh chowmahani, udaipur tripura. I could not get the cash but 523*2=1046 rupees debited from my account. Kindly take necessary steps to refund the money in my account. My account no protected is.. Account maintaining branch at udaipur tripura. Please take necessary steps as soon as possible
