Sir.. For the past 15years i have been holding an account with iob medavakkam branch... Over the past few days i had to interact with the staff for reasons like change of address, kyc.. Etc.. But i am very sorry to say this... The behavior of the staff is very disgusting.. It was not just with me... But with other customers also... As a customer we approach them to clarify and get cleared of our doubts.. But the staffs' reply is like... How do i know...?? I can't do any thing for this.. You go and approach the concerned branch... Such irresponsible replies... Are they paid to reply like this..?? Is it not their duty to find out things and help out the customers... Moreover.. Will it not be fine.. If the staff goes an extra mile to help the customers... So ridiculous.. If a person from not so educated background comes to them... That person is been asked to move around from one staff to another, in turns... Coming to my case... Finally i got the passbook changed to my present address.. But to my dismay.. I found that the address is not fully mentioned.. Moreover the address that is pasted on my passbook is so unprofessional... So untidy.. When i asked the staff about the incomplete address... I got a reply saying that.. They are helpless.. As their system takes only these many inputs... For your kind information... My address is just 3lines... With all these inputs iam looking forward that these things will be set right.. And the customers will get their due responses... Thank you.. Was this information helpful? | |
