Dear Sir,
On feb 29 2016, i have try to take 5000rs In IOB atm machine(BPCL petrol pump Rayakottai road ) my amount was debit but cash was not received, next transaction i have try to take 100rs that amount also debit, but next day 100rs was credit in my account, i have complaint to local branch IOB bm road hassan.. till date around 5days there is no response they are saying that compliant was in progress, today they have told that compliant was rejected in chennai..i have doubt, i heard the atm machine cash counting will the transaction of rs5000, but cash was not come out, That if any either one of their own employees or on employee of their cash management agency has pocked excess cash found in the atm and the written a false cash reconciliation report, so please help me for my amount to credit in account, kindly waiting for your kind reply sir...

      I am having a housing loan with SBI meenambakkam, A/c no [protected]. im regularly paying my ECS . but this Feb 2016 my ECS was not allowed. even im having sufficient balance in my A/c. I called my IOB branch many times regarding this problem. but no response. SBI is complaing IOB only not allowing ECS. now SBI charging penalty, and Im liable under u/s 138. I need proper clarification. its all IOB's negligence only.

            Respected Sir,
            Sub:- Amount debited from my account with out getting cash
            I have an account in Indian overseas bank Machilipatnam branch & also ATM in this account. I am working at The oriental Insurance Co. Ltd., Bhimavaram Branch. I went to with draw an amount of Rs.10000/- from Andhra bank Atm situated at DNR college road Bhimavaram at approx time 6:48 pm on 01/03/2016.

            While I inserted my Atm card, typed four digited pin number and filled amount in Rs.Ten thousand rupees only the Atm machine generate the slip shows the message (SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS).

            No amount was not extracted from Atm. Hence, I did not receive the amount but the amount 10000/-(TEN thousand only) has been debited from my account.

            I need immediate help from whom ever it concerns and want my amount back as soon as possible to my account for Rs.10, 000/-(Ten thousand only)

            Kindly look into matter immediately. Details of my account is given below.

                Hi, i am sharing my experience on this worst bank ever dealt with. On 26/2/16 i had to pay my college fees through DD n My Dad asked me to withdraw cash from his savings account in #INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, Belekhalli BG Road So i decided to finish both my work at the same place... Once i withdrew the cash i asked them if they could make a demand draft they said yes at 11:30 Am... and kept me waiting till 1:50 pm i requested him as i was getting late for college... The staff literally started throwing attitude at me... She started abusing me in Tamil, I then complained to the Manager about the same, Manager dint respond properly after making me wait for almost 2 n half hour she just said the DD cannot be made as they were new to their software... its such a shameful act on a nationalized bank to give such a lame excuse. I then left disappointed to State bank n my work was done in 10mins.

                  Today I visited your bank in tambaram branch . I was the last to deposit cash if 8000 rupees. I have 9000 rupees to the cashier Mr govindh but he did not refund me back 1000 rupees. I saw the money counting machine which showed 9. When I asked him about the money he started diverting my questions by asking personal questions... I was confused so I went for the manager, he was supporting his employee by saying he is good . Manager answers were very rude and irresponsible . My 1000 rupees is literally snatched by Mr govindh but he is supported... I am totally feed up with the service you provide..because of this incident your bank has lost the trust i had ...

                    Respected sir, i am current account holder 883-Rasingapuram branch, Theni District. i gave cheque for my suppliers. supplier deposited cheque many time return the reason for contact drawer bank . supplier was upset. i paid the cheque return charges for the supplier many times, i met the branch manager i told the problem for written complaint letter submit to the manager, he no reponse for the quries. he says you go and come to after two days for every time.                         There are some fraud activities going with Tambaram West IOB (Indian Overseas Bank), Chennai, India.
                        Few details are given below,
                        1. Some currency notes are missing/reduced in the 100 count bundle when customer withdraw bulk amount like few lakhs etc., since they are huge amount, customers are not counting the bundle and trust the bank and goes home, then they are finding that problem, But bank is not responding for that.
                        2. Customers are depositing huge amount, the cashier takes few currencie, then says, your pay-in-slip count is incorrect. The same thing happened several customers. Mostly either they old people or ladies or whole bulk amount. they says they counted twice at home and was correct count, but bank took few currencies and put blame on customers. This is criminal activity.
                        I am not sure if IOB Tambaram west branch has camera monitor. then look on 10th Feb 2016 about 12.30-2pm video. This happened just before to the new application receieving counter. The customer counted money Rs.750000 (2X500 + 74X1000)- twice at home, then included pay-in slip, almost during lunch time, the cashier said we are about to close, ok do.. immediately he returned the money and says count is missing, Immediately the customer counted in front of cashier then found about 73000, it seems to be he took 2 notes from that. Then customer said it is more than 70, 000, they why are you saying 70, 000 only.. (this dialogue and counting notes can be watched if this scene is recorded in that security camera), immediately that cashier took that money and backside transfer to next counter where more 20, 000 deosits cube. There the count was 70000 only. he took anothe 3 notes when he transfered back to another cashier and putting blame on customer. The cube person didn't accept for deposit and delaying purposely. Then lunch was there, they accepted after delay from lunch time.. That customer enquired who is that man cashier name, it wa told Ramesh( it could be true or false name given by another cashier).

                        The same incidents happened to several innosent peoples too. How can we trust bank? This is ridiculus.

                        I would suggest, investigation and vigilance should ateempt to find that fraud to save customers. Each and every officer should have their name plate infront of them. All the emloyees should be replaced or atleasted cashiers and manager should be replaced at the same day.

                        I donot want to share all my personal details. Someone previously complainted to Police regarding this, then that police came to his home and thretened his family. so please do not include my details..

                            I am maintaining my saving account no: [protected] with the Indian Bank, Kanakanagar Branch, Bangalore-560032. on 5th Feb 2016, bank has debited an amount of Rs.1000/- in my account with reference no: 08888100NFSO2015. When i inquired the reason for the debit, bank explains that i have used my card previously before and that transaction has been debited now. I keep checking my transaction carried out as i am a teacher by profession and earn very less salary. I was also surprised to note that on the day i went bank for complaining i noticed that such debits had accrued in few more savings account holders who also had given complaints for the same.

                                    My husband R. Krishnan was a Police Constable (PC 470) in Sivaganga Dist, Tamil Nadu State. He got his Tamil Nadu Govt. Police Department Pension through the IOB bank, Tiruppuvanam Branch directly (not through the district treasury). After his death, I am getting my Tamil Nadu Government Police Department Family Pension through the same bank. IFSC : IOBA 0000528, Account Number[protected], Scheme Cd :SB-PUB. Customer id : 12401753.
                                    In Sep 2015, I found wonder that I am not being paid the enhanced Tamil Nadu Govt. DA by the IOB bank with effect from July 2010. Instantly I have lodged a complaint dated 24/09/2015 with the IOB Tiruppuvanam Branch Manager, and Regional Chief Manager at Karaikudi. I with my son meet both the Branch Manager and Regional Chief Manager in person also. But even after my complaint, and three months, they have not paid the TN Govt enhanced DA and arrears w.e.f. July 2010.
                                    I am a widow aged 78. I feel that the TN Govt enhanced DA money due to me is cheated by the IOB bank personnel. I request the RBI Officers to be kind enough to look in to my grievance and arrange to pay the enhanced DA and arrears w.e.f. July 2010 due to me. Thanking you.

                                      Today i have visited Ballygunge branch at 3 pm around for chq book issuance for my saving account number 22553 where i have lost my cheques. Their is one employee mr Samir who treated me very badly in open office. Firstly i have asked him for 2 nomination form but he gave me 1 and ordered me to take 1 Xerox copy than I asked him for process of new chq book than he replied me very badly that you bring your chq recognition slip. I replied him that i didn't remember as i am not operating my account from long time .Than he said me that you will not get chq book and he started shouting. In one line, i want to say that he treated me as dog. Sorry to use this language but it's true.

                                      I am also in service industries and i know how to behave with customer.

                                      My all family relationship with your bank and total amount is more than15 lakh. If i will keep this relationship with other pvt bank than i will become wealth customer.
