I have withdrawed Rs 20000/- using my Indian Overseas bank debit card in HDFC Bank ATM and I not received the money. I am requesting to recredit the money in my account. My account details mentioned below.

I tried to withdrawal 4000 Rs 1st time through my IOB ATM card on 24.10.15 evening, I didn't get money from machine, but got a transaction slip mentioning " Unable to Process" and second time I tried to withdrawal 2000 Rs, the 2nd time also I got transaction slip mentioning " Unable to Process" but amount (Rs.6000) has been deducted from my account. 2 days later 6000 Rs has been credited to my AC back. But the thing is I've been charged...
