    Account Holder Name - Srinivas K My BANK Account Number[protected] Branch Code - 16666 Branch Name - Omalur Today I booked two bus tickets in TNSTC (Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation). One from Chennai to Salem and Another one from Salem to Chennai, Payment using IOB Debit Card, but actual cost of ticket is Rs. 286 for each Ticket, but you debit Rs. 296 for each ticket from my account. In what related you debit the Extra Rs. 10 for each ticket from my account. I need full clarification. but if I book same ticket from using another bank ATM card they not debit the extra Rs. 10 Amount. This is not happening on first time already I face this problem. Please clarify the issue.

        Dear sir I'm ur bank account holder since mettupalayam branch open. Yesterday I went to bank for withdraw, with my wife account, so I get token n wait, they told to come after 2hour, my wife is pregnancy so she can't come again and again, because bank is very far from my home, so I ask permission bank staff n she cant come again, only i come, they said ok for that, then I return to my home n go after 2hour, they saying me I won't give money to u, they told me to come with my wife, it's was very n irresponsible, please teach ur staff how to behave with customer, damn, I hurt to keep account on branch, sameless bank, I never seen any officer like this in any bank... please immediately take action on that staff...

          Account Number : [protected] Account Type : Savings Branch : Miyapur (2175) IOB has deducted the annual debit card maintenance charges for the above stated account twice as per below: Description of transaction in the statement : "TO ANNUAL FEE CARD-422132XX0613-DUE ON 12/07/15" Dates on which account was debited : 13-JUL-2015 & 31-JUL-2015 Amount Debited : 114.00 & 114.00 I have raised multiple complaints with the "Miyapur" branch in this regard. Eventhough, the branch's staff promised to reverse the second false transaction, they failed to do so. I have also sent couple of emails to the branch in this regard to "[protected]@hydsco.iobnet.co.in", but there is no response. Please help in reversing the second wrong transaction in this regard.

            Through my ATM card from my iob rasipuram, namakkal dist, a/c no [protected]. Due to New atm card atm card EXP 11/2015. But Till now not received new ATM card a complaint to iob rasipuram . But still the atm card is not come on my a/c. So please take necessary action to get my new ATM CARD .Bank is told come to Dec 2015 first week.

                I tried to withdrawal 4000 Rs 1st time through my IOB ATM card on 24.10.15 evening, I didn't get money from machine, but got a transaction slip mentioning " Unable to Process" and second time I tried to withdrawal 2000 Rs, the 2nd time also I got transaction slip mentioning " Unable to Process" but amount (Rs.6000) has been deducted from my account. 2 days later 6000 Rs has been credited to my AC back. But the thing is I've been charged 35 Rs as a penalty for not maintaining the MIN BALANCE. WHY I SHOULD PAY FOR OTHERS MISTAKE, I DIDNT GET MONEY FROM ATM, AFTER 2 DAYS ONLY I GOT THIS MONEY BACK TO MY AC. Actually IOB has to pay 2 days interest for 6000 Rs to me Instead of deducting penalty.

                  This is regarding the jewel loan a/c of my father in law v. margabandu who was expired on dec 2014 he pledged the jewel for Rs 82000, we have settled the loan amount on 20.03.15 loan A/c no[protected] . he has four daughters and two sons. all of the legal heirs were signed before the bank officials . we have submitted the necessary documents.but not yet we received the jewel . the bank official unnecessarily delaying to give the jewel.is it took more than seven months to return the jewel, sir we have approached several times i am requesting you to the return the jewel to the first legal heir Ramani w/o late margabandu.we have filed a no objection certificate also from the other legal heirs actually we have spent more expenses for travelling and mentally we have suffered a lot. so i request you to return the jewel.

                    To The General Manager, Indian overseas bank, Chennai. Sir, Sub: Barbaric behaviour of IOB Bank manager Gudiyattam branch. I like to bring the following few lines for your kind reference and immediate action My sister vinodhini got educational loan in Indian Overseas Bank, Gudiyattam branch in 2010 & 2011 and paid the interest. Due to unemployment she didn’t able to pay anything. Last month(01/09/2015) the bank manager knows nobody in my home except me(Nandhini) &planned to come to my home in early morning(6.35 AM) and shouted loudly to me in front of my home and threaten me to open the gate and also try to broke the gate. I alone in the home so refused. If you parents didn’t pay the loan, they are behave like criminal loudly in front of my home. Everytime he told me as a criminal and vulgar words, it wounded my heart very much. Sir if anyone not able to pay the bank educational loan, is any rule//law said they are criminal? Last week(29/10/15) early morning IOB bank manager came to my home and shouted to my mother (using vulgar words) in front of my home. The Manager blackmailed my mother to pay loan amount quickly When my father approached to bank manager to get reason on this issue, he was humiliated by the manager. The manager shouted to my father if you didn’t pay your daughter’s educational loan then why you married, why you have children using worst words, why you lived in this world and also threaten by manager that you will be put in jail if we have not paid the loan amount. Every time the Manager called to my mother cell number only particularly school & night time also. My father requested the manager, don't call my wife, don't sent any letter to my wife school address already.But last week the bank manager sent registered letter to my mother school address but in loan form we mentioned home address only. For which we have threaten by the manager, that they will move to court But the atrocities by Bank manager make terrorize my family even my parents losing his health. Particularly my father health is serious due to this atrocities by bank manager. Already, my parents suffered health problems and brother also affected arithiris problems. Our family income fully spent to treatment of my family members only, so only my parents not able to pay the loan amount.this informed to bank manager already. Earlier on 15 August 2015 at around 11:00 AM I tried to withdraw Rs. 500 from Indian Overseas bank atm, H.B Road, Tharpakhna, Ranchi ATM id IOBD8744 but the transaction failed with error and the balance had been deducted . On same day I was shocked to receive sms alert Rs 500.00 Debited to Ac XX3704 on 15 Aug 19:11-ATD:[protected] INDIAN OVERSE:THARPAKAHAN. After raising complaint three times to Yes Bank they reverted that the resolution from IOB(beneficiary bank) is money withdrawn, thus incurring on me a loss. My card no= 526702xxxxxxxxxxx62
