Dear Sir,

Mene IOB me savings account open karvata tha. Uske baad 03 baar netbanking activate karne ki application di thi lekin aaj 1 month hone je vaad bhi netbanking activate nahi huva ge. Pehli application bank ke staff ne ghum kar di thi. Uske baad 4 din ke baad fir application di nahi kiya active. Uske baad fir application 10 din ke baad di tab un logo be bola staff kam he. Monday ko activate ho jayega. Nahi huva. Ek netbanking ko activate karne me bank ko itna time lagta he. Ek simple process nahi kar sakti he. Matlab customers ki kuchh bhi kadar nahi he in logo ko.

Ab mera netbanking kab activate hoga bolo?
In logo ki wajah se mera transaction ruka huvahl he. Kya mera loss bank degi?

Muje jaldi netbanking activate chahiye nahi to me banking ombudsman me or RBI governor, Finance minister ko mail kar dunga.

Dear Sir,

      Sir 3920 rupees debited from my Indian overseas Bank account on 16/10/2021. I do online transation using my debit card via paytm. Bt transaction is not completed and amount debited from my account. Amount debited via Ecom one 97 communication.15 days passing money not refunded to my account. I request to refund my money immediately.

        Dear Sir / Mam,
        Sub: I request you to refund my money.

        I was use IOB ATM yesterday for withdraw money I entered 10000 amount for withdrawal but ATM showed me your transaction is processing suddenly I got a 10000 debited message but amount not credited then ATM showed me please visit another ATM this ATM temporarily unavailable and take your card.Still amount not refunded. So, What about my 10000 money?

              3920 rupees debit from my Indian overseas bank account on 16/10/2021. I try to pay school fees bt school fees is not submitted and amount debited from my bank account through Ecom one 97 communication. I try to pay school fees through smart school pro app via paytm but school fees is deducted from Ecom one 97 communication. Please refund my amount.

                I went to Narsingh Bajar Indore ATM (SBI) on 15.10.2021 to withdraw 5000/- Rs. but it shows transaction time out and I don't received any amount. But the amount have been cut from my account.

                    I was ordered vivo mobile on amazon then i was cancelled my order more than 20 days can't get refund amount amazon customer service told refund credited contact your bank customer service with refund reference number i was contact indian overseas bank customer service many more times raised my complaint and also sent mail complainting but not responding

                        I have ordered a canon g3020 printer on 30/09/2021. Then i cancelled the product in same day. Amazon initiated the refund on 01/10/2021 and it was expected to come on 3 to 5 business days (08/10/2021). Amazon gave me the REFERENCE ID :[protected] but the indian overseas bank has still not credited my money.

                        This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                            Sir i am Nishant kumar my account on kotak Mahindra Bank, My account number is [protected] .Sir I applied on 19/8/2021 indain overseas bank(kalaburgi) Gulbarga Karnataka-585101, to withdraw ten thousand from atm but money was not withdrawn from my atm. And 10 thousand will also be debited from my account. When I applied for the second time, there was a withdrawal of ten thousand. Applied for the third time too but the money got debited from my account by 10 thousand. I didn't get money from ATM. For the fourth time, 10 thousand withdrawals were made from state bank of India atms. Sir total 40 thousand got debited from my account. And only 20 thousand have been withdrawn. Sir, out of which 10 thousand refund has also been done. Sir still 10 thousand refund is pending. Sir already complain customer care and Branch but not proper answer.I am very harassment Sir please refund my money to my account.

                              Hi, I have attended my college in Allahabad and opened my IOB account there, years later i shifted to Bangalore for my job, i have been working for 2 years now.
                              I want to reactivate my iob account, they are saying i need to travel more than 1500Kms just to submit kyc details ? why can't i do it online or why can't i visit my nearest branch and submit details there ? what kind of service is this ? And suppose i needed that account in lockdown, then what? how would i travel in lockdown?

                              This is just really bad customer service. Hope someone sees through the issue and try to change the rules.
                              I had some funds there but looks like i won't be able to use them.

                                    Hello,
                                    We made IMPS transactions of Rs.6840 and Rs.3600 from our Account Annapurna Gruh Udyog. Both the transactions failed. But they deducted the amount from the account and are not refunding it even after 5 days from the Transaction date.
                                    They are not giving a proper answer, and are just telling us to wait endlessly without giving any Time Frame.
                                    This is in spite of the RBI Circular, which states that for Failed IMPS...

                                    Transferred an amount of Rs. 50000/- to HDFC bank account via IMPS service. While transferring, the transaction was timed out. But the money of Rs. 50000/- was debited from the account [protected]. and it was not credited to the beneficiary also.

                                    I am in urgent financial need. Kindly refund the money to the IOB account as soon as possible.
