In Saturday 12.56 Pm 26.4.2014 day I try to take Rs 1000 thru my ATM in Valangaiman IOB ATM. I get the counted sound in that machine. But the Power is off. So the amount cannot come outside. The Sms is coming in my Cell [protected], the amount is debited.

    Hi I have applied for the ATM card in T. kalluppatti IOB branch in 20 march . They said it will come in 15 days . After that I visited the branch as I didn't receive any communication such as pin through postal service . When I enquirer about the branch asst manager she said that there is no request for the card and again have the new form to fill the details . She said the same explanation which was given by the branch manager when I applied last time . I don't know how this type of working is happening in bank. They didn't care about the customer needs . When I opened the account when I asked for debut card the branch manager said that I have to be at my native as it will take 2 months time . That time I was in abroad . They didn't provide any receipt for the form which I have submitted . So there is no evidence to file complaint against them .

            i have paid Rs 2300 for SUN Direct recharge on 9.3.14 to sun tv company through Net banking. Transaction no CCABC2AWG[protected][protected]@81. the amount also debited on the same date from my account. To day ( 16.3.14) it self the amount has not been sent to SUN TV company and the amount was not re credited in my account. Today( 16.3.14) also SUN TV company send the message like reminds the recharge my account( the last date for topup date is 23.3.14).i request to you refer the above complaint status and credited in my account the amount which debited on 9.3.14.                 with reference to above various reminder on IOB Credit Card Department mail Sent: 11 November 2013 11:50:24 to Sent: Saturday, December 07, 2013 10:40 AM and till there is no response IOB. finally 7th December i have received photo card and paid Rs.100 on same day. but iob have charged Rs.123 late fee and Service tax and this month also late fee charged Rs.100 totally Rs.238. on due on 10.01.2014. i have conduct over phone and E Mail regarding excess penalty on photo card reversed and every 20th you have generated bill with late fee. once again kindly reverse excess amount.

                      My sister had deposited a cheque for $100 on 01/10/2013 to account no. [protected] in your branch at Butt Road. She has been visiting the bank a few times to find out whether the money has been credited into her account. She has always been told to return the next day and find out. It has been a month now and today too when she visited the bank they told her to return the next day. They are not telling her when the money will be credited into her account, or if it is getting delayed, why it is so. Hope that there would be a better and more appropriate response from the bank.

                                I, Abdul Ashem have a S/B account in Behala, Kolkata - 34 branch, as well as my family have more 3 nos. of s/b account at English Bazar, Malda - 732101. We have 30 - 40 lacks fixed deposit in your bank, as well as I have Rs. 499377/- in my account on 28/09/13. We are 12 - 15 years old customer of your Bank Today I visited (10:00 am) at Behala Branch and talked with Branch Manager about Car Loan. Way of talking & response of my queries I am surprised. He asked me am I salaried or not and in which bank? I told it is in SBI Behala Branch as per W.B. Govt. Order. Then he replied :- go to that bank, we cannot approve your loan. In conversation with him, I asked - what is your interest rate for car loan, sir? He said, 11.5 or like that. But knew from your web page i.e. 10.75 Is it responsible response from a Branch Manager with a customer? Why I cannot get Car loan from Your Bank? Why I/We cannot get loan earliest? Why I will stay with you in future? Why I will not withdraw each & Paise from your Bank?

                                      Dear all I never seen such as like IOB bank..., wonderful worst service they are given to public.., Lot of times i went IOB branch different areas.., They are also very lazy and irresponsible answers from IOB staff.., one time i went to IOB bank in rule area.., and i asked Business loan for me, i having account in same branch and my 6 months transaction is good.. and i din't get loan from any other banks.., But the bank manager answer is very worst.. he said simply we don't have option for loan to your statement wise and need to more documents and details..,i said him: ok what are the documents need and procedures.. he din't tell anything and i went out from manager room.., and sitting chair in outside of the manager room, suddenly one person came and entered the manager room.., i don't know why that person getting loan for business.., i seeing them and conversation going very smooth and smiling each other.. final shaken each other.. he got loan.. i asked one branch executive.. how can he get loan.., executive said its very simply.., the manager need some commission for the total loan value.., he gave him and he is belong his caste(ie.. manager and party is same caste).., I asked people then why the Govt running Bank for all.., i m from Other Caste cater...., and today : 19/08/13 all ATM and branches is not working.., because they are doing work in server... that is service maintenance..i having account in private banks they are really very good service for ppls.. but Govt banks like a IOB Service is very worst and irresponsible person working in IOB.., they are mess.. they should be clean up in IOB organisation.. even single transaction not transfer today date.., i don't have amount in my hand this day.. suddenly came IOB ATM and swipe the card.. but the result is out of service.., i asked to IOB Management... Why your are doing this Maintenance off in today(19/08/13)... yesterday originally holiday for bank.. why your not trying this process yesterday.. Kindly i request you all, disconnect your business account and individual account with IOB...

                                      True true... IOB is the worst ever bank I had dealt with. My funds worth 2 lacs got blocked in my IOB account. I already committed two suppliers paying INR 60, 000 & INR 77, 000 seperately but not able to fulfill my commitment. Dear IOB employees, shut the bank & get out of the office. YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE AN EMPLOYMENT ANYWHERE. Lot of young aspiring individuals are there in India desparately looking for job. But you guys are of no worth.
                                      Very worst ATM service is provided by Indian Overseas Bank.
                                      I used to see ATM issues with IOB regularily for atleast once or twice in everyweek since the past almost two years of my experience with this Bank. The first time while I call IOB CC, one security wala took the call and was unable to understand english and while I start talking in Hindi, he said, no body is there in CC. It happened while I call Chennai-IOB-CC number around 6:30 PM in one wednesday that was official day for IOB. Everytime, they say server issue. What do they mean by that. Are they not maintaining a proper network and data center? Don't they contribute to an average human needs for money in emergencies? A Bank is social trusted place where an individuals precious money and it's account documents are maintained. It must be given extreme level of importance of availability of servers where our account datas stored and retrieved. If such a important place is not available continuously for transaction in regular basis then what is the need for us to maintain an account with the bank save our money there. Rather, we could have even opted for saving our money at home itself. IOB is surely NOT contributing to the international fundamental core values of a money bank. Such worst words like server down, network down, etc. are commonly used every time the customer approaches IOB ATMs while they are out of service in very consequential period of days in all the weeks and months. I am NOT simply throwing the words. But, all are coming out of my every struggling of getting my own account money from IOB ATMs in many times during my account maintenance with this bank. IOB is a very worst nationalized bank in this modern days on which technology is much more developed, but, this banks never contribute to both technology and the value of the customers' money and their money needs. So, surely IOB can't be regarded as BANK but bargain street side money market.

                                      India is a democratic country where many different types of human race living with many different language and financial status region to region. The poor fraction of the Indian society is counting the more numbers in the overall population rate of India. This poor fraction of the society in this country always depend upon banks like IOB for not only saving the money but also to utilize it in a secure and high available manner most probably. So, as a nationalized bank IOB should provide a good service to the society without any internet/data center errors in regular basis. This bank should understand the internet/data center technologies, implement them and should provide more importance in providing a 24/7 high available internet/ATM banking service to their customers who are actually poor people or major eyes of our Indian society.
                                      I am sure of all the employees of this bank never use their own accounts with this bank for regular ATM usage but mainly for fixed deposits. If they are in the position of an average poor person who use this bank's ATM service for getting money in emergency situation, they wouldn't have been ignoring the server/network maintenance regular problems occurring mainly in net banking/ATM banking of this bank's customers' valuable money for such a long period of time without any single contribution to it.
