The branch is fully irresponsible with the clients.

every time we have to sent our person to collect and waste whole full day.
for collecting the cheque book, whole day time is wasted.

Due to arrogant behavior of Manager, we both submitted letter and unused cheques to close SB [protected]. When the supervisor charged Rs.76 for closure, we asked him when other banks charge only for new accounts closed within one year, he told us to talk to Manager. Manager also could not explain the same....
