The branch is fully irresponsible with the clients.
They never sent statement of accounts.
every time we have to sent our person to collect and waste whole full day.
for collecting the cheque book, whole day time is wasted.
for withdrawal of the cash from bank, no body is found the staff on time we have to waste 3-4 hours.

HARASSMENT AND POOR SERVICEOn 20.06.2013 me and my wife went to IOB, Kovaipudur to obtain fresh locker and deposit Rs. 33 lacs in FD. Due to arrogant behavior of Manager, we both submitted letter and unused cheques to close SB [protected].
