deduction of Credit card dues

Dear sir,
A cheque for Rs.5000 was issued on 08.03.13 for my credit card account in HSBC. But I got a message on 12.03.13 from HSBC that the cheque has been dishonoured. More over, when i issued the cheque, there was balance in my IOB account to honour the cheque. And, I shocked to know that the cheque has been returned for want of balance in my a/c. I have already remitted the minimum amount of Rs 5500 towards my credit card of IOB...

NEFT transaction limit to Rs.50,000/-

They(IOB) have restricted NEFT transaction limit to Fifty thousand(Rs.50,000/-) as daily limit., while RBI says the limit is 5 lakhs(Rs. 5,00,000/-). I don't know on what basis they are fixing this limit.
as per law they(all banks) should follow the RBI norms & mandate. but I don't know how they are making their own policies.

1) Every night when some "Core EOD processing is going on", I can scedule a transaction. And it will disappear and I cannot track it once the core processing...

IOB Rookee Branch is disclosing details of the customer to outsiders

IOB Roorkee branch is disclosing banks details of his clients to any outsider who knows the account number. I am one of the victim. This bank is pathetic. I am so disappointed with this bank. What if a theif gets to know the account balance. I cant be very dangerous to the clients. This kind of actions can give rise many criminal incidents. They must be taught a lesson....
