I registered for internet banking at Raxaul branch and got my ueser's name ID and password and Pin number. At present I am in US and wanted to check my account. But unfortunately I am not able to access my account. The massage comes that it is not activated. Hence please advise what to do. Regards.

This is regarding ATM transaction Rs.15,000/- withdrawn at Tiruttani ( Tiravallur dist ), ATM ID9653 on 20-06-10. I have withdrawan amount Rs.15,000, However the amount not come, hence i have withdrawan again Rs.15,000/- and i got the amount on the same day. However the amount got reduced twice which is Rs.30,000/-, The same day i didnt get any receipt due to machine problem and i didnt realise the same. I have realaised this after one month and immediately i went to the neareast branch. They guided me to issue the compliant in respective branch which is Einjambakam. I have given the complanint orally and they didnt issue any complaint no to me, every time they asked me to come next month. Then i asked them give the complaint no which they have raised on 9-11-10 - complant no is: T[protected] and 10-11-10 T[protected]. however after giving several complaints i didnt get any response from the branch and manager as well, again i have raised the complaint on 14-12-10 T[protected], again there is no action taken by the branch. Now this is almost eight months old till now no response on the same. Every time i have to travel more than 100kms from tiruttani to give the complaint. They have promised me they will pay back this amount. Kindly accept my request and take the action immediately. if i didnt get any response on this im planning to go consumer court with the necessary proof. please help me on this.

I went to draw cash of Rs 2500 from Indian Overseas Bank ATM located at Krishnagiri on 03 Mar 2011. I have inserted the SBI ATM Card Number[protected] and entered the PIN number and amount Rs 2500 and pressed the Enter Kay and I have been waiting to pick the cash from IOB ATM. In the mean time power goes off and ATM machine switched off and ATM card ejected from the Machine. I didn,t get the cash and any other receipt from the machine. Then I went to check the status from SBI ATM and I came to know that Rs 2500 was deducted as per the mini statement.
Rearding this issue, I have informed to the Manager of Indian Overseas Bank, Krishnagiri and complaint lodged twice vide Ticket No AT [protected] and AT [protected] on 05 Mar 2011 and on 15 Mar 2011 respectively.
But as of now, the said amount was not credited in my SBI Account Number [protected]. Please kindly do the needful to credit the amount at the earliest please.

Iam T.MAHESWARI account number :3712 type:SB....i need to activate my account to net banking for online purchasing..every time when i ask the procedure,ur bank employee as well as manager not give an proper eexplanation for the activation...when ask any simple question ,they wouldn't give an proper answer....

Hai i had opened an Account recently in Indian Overseas Bank Thiruninravur Branch. I had placed an request to issue debit card. During 14.02.2011 morning 11.30 A.M. i visited the bank and requested for debit card they asked me to come in the evening. Since i was working in a private company i came wih permission from my office, so i decided to come on saturday to get my card, they told me that during saturday they are not issuing debit cards. Since i am working in a private concern it will result in loss of pay when i frequently visit this bank for savings purpose, THE MAIN PURPOSE OF GETTING DEBIT CARD/INTERNET BANKING IS TO SAVE TIME.

sir i have given written application in bank(1/7,NATH COMPLEX,DHAKRAN CROSSING M.G.ROAD,AGRA_282010) that i swap my ATM card in TANIQ gold shop(PRACHI JEWELS) but money does not credit in taniq shop as they show me statement that i had shown to bank manager but my amount is not credit till date there irresponsible behavior they didnot show any action till date as it was happen on 29 08 2010 as i remineded them again and again but they give us unsatisfactory answer and tell us to come on next date as i m a working lady so cant go so frequentely.kindly help me .

My Pan no.ACAPB1317R.My refund for AY.2008-09 is already settled and sent in my old address which I could not receive and the status in internet is showing as undelivered.I have given my present address to my Assessing Officer ITO Hyderabad 12(3) ward,Mr.Prasad several times.But he is not showing any interest and telling the amount is not high it is only Rs.13850/.His unhelpful attitude pains me very much and asking me to complain to his higher authorities.
I have endorsed copy of my letters to AC,Income Tax Of India,Hyderabad but there is no improvement in the status.
Please help me in getting my long overdue refund for AY2008-09

My father late sri yogesh saxena and me took a home loan in 2002 after he expire in 2007 i finally clear the loan amount rs 4.28,900/-in 24/07/2009 but my property paers are not released till date .the branch manager of main branch indian overseas bank mathura,Mr R.P.Malani is troubling me since last two years in all possible ways and not releasing my property and now he is demanding rs 25000/- more to release the property papers. i want my papers
back as earliy as possible.

This is Rafiq from chennai.I m IOB bank account holder.On (15.09.2010) I was trying to take Rs.2000 from KVB bank ATM (Timing-20:20 Branch:KVB usmanroad offsite,chennai, ATM ID - S1AC0123903 Transaction number - 3944). At the end of the transaction, i didnt recieve my cash.I just got a message as (unable to process your account).when i checked my balance ,I came to know that Rs. 2000 was debited from my account.I have given a complaint in my IOB Theni Branch,i didnt get a proper response from my bank and didnt receive my cash yet.

I am Sriram and my brother Lakshmanan. We have joined MBA degree through counselling(Government Quota).We are going to bank since Aug 5,2010 for asking education loan.But they refused to give the loan.So arrange necessary action to get the loan from Indian overseas bank.

sub: regarding the inactivated co-banking system.

dear sir,
i am R.ABDUL SATHAR. i am maintaing my account in V.KALATHUR iob bank for 32years. i am demanding the manager of v.kalathur branch for the activation of co-banking system for the past 1year but still it was not activated. the staffs of that branch were not responding properly to me. so i have made an complaint to you. my NRI account no:70344.

Last 25/08/10 i have a complaint that debit of Rs.3000/- on my account no[protected].I had accessed the IOB ATM ID-9219 Vivekanandha college campus Br.I have complainted through post,mail and through letter to both the IOB Bank and Canara banks.But still i dint get any procedures this is the 13th day after complaining i am lacking hope please lend the money back to my account .

The said policy has been renewed from IOB Kasba Gold Park Branch, Kolkata-107, branch code 1517.policy No 2817/50120808/01/000.Date of Issue 17.06.2010While sub meeting renewal form I have enclosed the Death of my wife Padmasri Roy. Premium has been deducted from my SB A/c no [protected].On 26.07.2010 I have received the Policy schedule with following Discrepancy.

1) The Policy issued on my late wife’s name.2) Premium certificate for the purpose of Income tax deduction issued on my wife’s name. Whereas the premium has been deducted from my SB a/c.

Dear Sir,

My saving account No.[protected] is in Indian Overseas Bank, B-226,Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi-20. My ATM Card No. is – [protected] . I am unable to withdrawal more than Rs. 5000/- per day from any ATM machine like HDFC, ICICI, Punjab National etc.

So please increase maximum limit of money to withdrawal from any ATM machine I am facing a lot of problem due to not withdrawal my money more than Rs. 5000/- from ATM.

Please also confirm how much money will deduct from using any other ATM machine.

If thorough probe is made We are sure major penalties will be given to these corrupt officials.

My Brother got Education loan from the IOB Serndamaram during the period[protected].He also paid the interest for that period.In budget 2009-10 our finance minister said about a interest waiver scheme for the moratorium period of the education loan (i.e 12 month after completion the course or 6 month after getting the job which ever is earlier). Under this scheme he said that the the student from weaker section (i.e whose family income is below 4 lakh per annum) can avail this facility. Sir we fall in this weaker section our family income is very low. We have approched the bank to get the detail of weiver policy but they said that they have not received any circular from Govt of India regarding this.

Pls help me.
