Dear Sir,
I have an SB A/c with Bank of India, Gnadhidham kutch branch, I have been issued ATM Card by the Bank.I have tried to withdraw Rs.1000 from theATM of Indaian Overseas Bank at Pipariya branch Tal.Waghodiya, Vadodaraa.but cash was not dispensed from the ATM Why it happend? when the Indian
Overseas Bank is also group of cash tree with Bank of India.

my ATM cum debit card of Indian Overseas Bank expired on January 11th 2011, after giving an application for renewal i have received a new ATM but the problem is that the new ATM is not working with the old pin, when i asked about this the ATM incharge in the bank said that the ATM will work with the old pin. After trying for 2 times the card got blocked. Till date no redressal of my problem has been done by the concerned official. That is why i am filing this complaint through mail.     India's largest worst consumes service bank is Indian overseas bank aranthangi branch
    I went to that bank today to deposit 2000 rupees in my friend account just 5 members are waiting to deposit the money
    that bank have only one cashier
    what a speed of work
    i m the 2 2nd person in the row
    after 1.30 hours i m not deposit then go do my work
    all customes are complaint about that bank
    but the staffs are not responced i suggess dont use the IOB
    in IOM atm also fault any time

      Respected Sir,
      I am Praveen Upadhyay having the saving account in IOB but I am having the sufficient amount in account, but after that also bank has bounce my Cheque number-030981 on 09/01/2009, which I have given to ICICI Pru Life against my policy on 5/12/2008, but bank given the region that I didn’t having the much balance in my account and also said that Cheque never present in bank by the ICICI. The ICICI Pru Life also shown the return memo random of insufficient balance. After in the matter to the local branch they have given the reason that Cheque does not having the bank stamp (Branch) on the Cheque.
      Due to this mistake done by bank my policy has been lapsed and the ICICI charging the charge also. Due to such case i never suggest any other to do transaction with the IOB in future because they not providing good customer service and they talk very inpropertone to the customer

        Staff in IOB is irresponsible fellows. They did not renew our policy on time. Because of that we lost the continuity of the policy. Due to that, we could not able to reimburse the medical expense spent for my mother.
        Hi Every one.

        First time i have opted for Healtcare plus.It was one month before i have given my cheque for premium.On the next day they have deducted the amount from my account towards the premium.But till date i have not recieved any documents related to the policy from Bank/Insurence company. Got a careless answer from bank when i started doing followup regarding the documents. As this is a PSU, no one is interested to take the responsibility.They are just saying to wait for one more week.Now, my doubt is, in the inetial stage only if their response is like this, @ the time of claim how they are goint to response. Im in a total confusion now.
        I am Brunda Ravi, We actually took a IOB Healthcare Plus policy this is the third year. As per GST issues please send me a message of the premium amount. My policy no. 2817/55343315/01/800 due date 19/08/2017. Kindly send it at the earliest.

          Sir, I was receiving the family pension through this said branch,
          but since last two years they have not paid the same, and each day I am visiting the branch they are telling that i will be paid but still not getting the pension.

          For your kind information, the staff at this branch of IOB are worthless. The only thing that they know is how to harass the customers. Unfortunately the managers of this bank have changed very frequently during the last few years and the staff are taking full advantage of this situation. I think you should change the bank for your pension. Rather I would advise all customers of Berhampur Giri Road Branch of IOB to transfer all their money to other banks and teach IOB Bank a lesson.
          Manorama Mausi... I am sorry to hear about your problem. You may not be knowing this but the new south indian manager at IOB Giri Road Branch is having no control over the staff. The staff are troubling every customer. Earlier it used to be a very good bank but now it is not good any more. I think all senior citizens should get together and agitate over this issue in Berhampur. We youth will join you and provide our active support.
          The top management of IOB should take punitive disciplinary action against the staff and manager of IOB, Giri Road, Berhampur.
          i do agree this is worst one if i would have noticed earlier i would not open an account in iob.since four months i am also facing the same problem in iob golanthara branch.golanthara br. manager directing main br. main br. directing golanthara as u r a/c holder of that br.

              i had applied for the recruitment of clercial staffs as per bank instruction on 30.12.08.but i have n't got call letter by the exam date and no information was provided by the bank website.i have the print out of online registration and reciept of amount paid but i was unable to appear due to non availability of roll no. and centre which was to be provided with call letter.Also, i recieved no information about my centre and roll no. on my email id (mayoor.[protected]@indiatimes.com)till exam date.

                sir, i had applied for the loan of rs.25000 in indian overseas bank on 20/8/2008 but i haven't received any response about it. officers are not telling any thing.

                I had submitted my Personal loan (clean loan) application with all relevant documents for rs 150000/- in my Pammal branch chennai -75, on 09/09/2009 and subsequently i had approached my branch to know about my loan status.They had replied very polietly that they had forwarded the same to their head office kancheepuram for approval .But regret to inform you that till date it is not processed.Kindly let me know how many days/months/years will take for processing the same and getting approval from their head office.

Recently I rec'd an email from IOB stating that I should register my mobile number at my iob branch after which they will send me the funds transfer one time PW. Right now I can transfer funds using a pin #. Does that it mean that funds transfer using my pin# will become obsolete. If I am temporaily out of the country can I use the international phone#.                   With regards it is to inform you that I have made one FDR of Rs. 20000 for one year on 15.10.2014. Unfortunately the bank employee of Jhansi has been issued new FDR for the same but there was one blunder mistake done by branch manager & it's non educated staff. The date of issue have been written 15.10.2015 and Maturity date has been written 15.10.2016 and period covered 12 months written. How the maturity date is possible for one year of FDR.
                  It seems that the training should be provide to all the bank staff as well as to Branch Manager also too. I am enclosing herewith the photo graphs for your ready reference.

                    It took the branch to issue a DD in favor of Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai more than 45 minutes after remitting the cash in teller. I was watching the Challan going through tables around the office and in an average it took 15 minutes to get cleared on each one. The employees were talking about Former finance ministers move on providing new cars for Judges, but not cared about the citizens paying them. These employees next generation have to suffer a lot of discrimination and let this people feel the hell before death.

                      IOB Bank Manager Mr S. Siddharthan wrote me on official Indian Overseas Bank letter head advised me to transfer money from my IOB account to his investment company called ‘Laks Investment’ run on the name of his wife Nikhila to gain more interest than the normal IOB rates. He cleared my doubts again handwritten on the official IOB letterhead dully signed that all these transactions are legal and I need not have to worry. My worries started once I wanted my investments with interested to be returned. Now Mr S. Siddharthan meanwhile promoted to the post of Lead Manager of IOB at the Head Office said that all his investments are lost because of his trading with a local investment company. My complaints to his employer the IOB were not honored because suddenly it is a private dealing. I raised a FIR that was honored by the Nagercoil Police department and he was charge sheeted. The court case is going on. Even though I had produced all relevant documents on the fraudulent activities of the Manager IOB is ignorant about this and did not take any action against the Manager !

                      My name is Deepanshu kumar. as a profassion, i am a student of B.Sc IT in Ludhiana. i am doing that study corresponding from Karnatka university at NIIT ludhiana.now i want to go abroad to do study there.now i have cleard me IELTS exam. and i have too arranged my all acadamice certificates.and i need some mony to get that golden oppertunity.for that perpose, i need education loan on a property, which is on my mother's named.reqarding that education loan, i met to manager of Indian overease bank(CMC branch) in Ludhiana.my mother's account is here in that branch, which is three years old account.there is arround 5 Lacks 50 thousend in my mother's account.we have been trusting on that bank since three years.couse of that reason i selected that branch for my education load. but manager told me, he can't able to give me loan.on my asking he told me, i am a student and bank gives loan only to a working person or an employe, not to a student.after some time then i told him i need that load for a study perpose.and my mother is sponsering me.on his asking i told him, i am going abroad for a diploma couse.
                      so on that his answer was, bank dose't provide loan for diploma study.after that he again changed and told me to show my university registration latter from abroad.and said to me that he will check my university registration latter and then he will decide what to do.
                      so sir, i think that manager is not confermed to give me loan.and my batches will start in feb 2009.in between that time if i will not arrenge to go australia, so university will remove my name from registration.and i willl lost that chance.next batch will start after september.

                      so sir i have not more time now. and you are only single way, who can help me. sir this is my future matter.so please help me.i can arrenge all documents which needs for edjucation loan. this is not just an query. that is matter of my carrer.so on my request please connect to that manager (Indian oversease bank, CMC branch ludhiana) and just ask from him about my matter.

This is not the place to show religious feeling of his own. He is not working in the mutton stall. This is the public sector. If he wants to wear lungi ask him to go to gulf country. This is INDIA this has certain regulation in culture

                        I have an account in Indian Overseas Bank, Intl. Business Centre, wood street, Kolkata branch for the last 3 years, but till now I have been deprived of My Debit Card. On official tour I am always round about out of Kolkata and it is getting very difficult my me for my daily needs. I have already made request for the same but nothing happened till now.

                        Banking — regarding atm card

                        Recently during my visit to Indore, I had to withdraw money using my Syndicate bank ATM card, so i used a nearby IndusInd Bank atm situated at Vijaynagar in Indore.However my card was taken inside by the machine giving reason as "unauthorized access".The guard told me to contact the corresponding branch. When i contacted the corresponding branch the other day, I was told that my card has been crushed by the machine and that it was a RBI rule.I asked them if they dont want to give me the card even if i show them my passbook then kindly send it to the corresponding bank from where it was issued .My bank charges for issuing duplicate Atm card, which i dont feel i should pay .So kindly suggest me further steps and place a complaint against IndusInd Bank Branch, Industry house, Indore.

                        I had received my International Debit Card on Sunday the 11th July 2010. My Card No. is [protected]. The Manual on International Debit Card received along with the Card says about the validity as 'valid for use at any of our InstaCash ATM outlets from the day you receive it till the last day of the month / year (MM/YY) indicated in the card (presently 5 years)'

                        I tried the card in the T.Nagar Branch by 2.49 p.m. and received a message from the ATM as "CARD NOT ON RECORD". The ATM ID: IOBD9610, REF.NO.:[protected].

                        Bottom of the print out states as 'PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BRANCH'

                        I contacted the Branch of Issue (Puducherry - JN Street Branch) and they confirmed that the card was issued on Saturday the 10th July 2010 and the same should be working.

                        I beg to inform you that I did not received Rs. 5000/- from the above ATM through credit card as on dated[protected].At that time immediately I have informed you. In this period the amount has been increased with Rs. 1571/-. But you have been claimed for the total amount which is not been received by me. But there was no response from your bank. I think the Central Office is not maintaining the balance at all .Now I have received another statement on dated[protected].That is showing me minimum amount due is Rs. 6571/-.Why this statements are coming without solving the problem? According to my record there is no dues in my credit card.
                        So, take it seriously and look into the matter as well as reimburse the amount with interest
                        as early as possible.

                        On the same day when i checked my balance amount of my account...
                        but the amount was debited by my account...

                        we have submitted the complaint at both the Banks i.e.Indian Overseas bank and Union Bank of India...

                        UBI replied that there is no such amount in his account...
                        now. IOB is not responding me properly...

                          This refers mentioned subject problem while using Indian Overseas Bank atm located in Madhav Complex, Near Rly Station Kalyan (W), it happened on 20.10.08, as I gone for withdrawl of of Rs 1000, transaction was unsuccessful so I did not get the money for that transaction but a sum of Rs. 1000/- found transaction effected on the same day when I visited IOB branch .

                          The corresponding complaint has already been logged to Indian Overseas Bank Khadakpada Branch Kalyan (w), but after so many frequent reminders through personal approach and written requests there is no satisfactory reply received therefore you are requested to resolve the issue &arrange to return the sum of 1000/- to my IOB I bank saving account no.- 15931 .

                          Amount of 6000 debited from IOB account while there is no money I get throgh unsuccessive transaction throgh SBI atm at MANGALDAI, ASSAM
                          Dear Sir/ Madam,

                          This refers mentioned subject problem while using STATE BANK OF INDIA atm located in MANGALDAI, STATE ASSAM, it happened on 4.4.09, as I gone for withdrawl of of Rs 6000, transaction was unsuccessful so I did not get the money for that transaction but a sum of Rs. 6000/- found transaction effected on the same day when I visited IOB branch .

                          The corresponding complaint has already been logged to Indian Overseas Bank NHB GURGAON Branch but after so many frequent reminders through personal approach and written requests there is no satisfactory reply received therefore you are requested to resolve the issue &arrange to return the sum of 6000/- to my IOB I bank saving account no.- 4109 .

                            In Indian overseas bank ambakarathur branch a bank employee his name is Hajanajumudeen always wearing lungi to the bank. Is he a bank employee or a cow boy? This is not the place to show religious feeling of his own. He is not working in the mutton stall. This is the public sector. If he wants to wear lungi ask him to go to gulf country. This is INDIA this has certain regulation in culture
                            Take necessary action on him. And ask him to wear official dress. Otherwise I will send this matter to media immediately with photograph. I am also one of the customers in IOB ambakarathur. Pls forward this letter to the concern branch manager.

I have a saving cum salary bank account in Indian Overseas Bank (A/C No 26206) in Ahmednagar Branch.On 05 May 09 evening, I went to your Axis bank ATM, at Ahmednagar near to my regiment for withdrawl a sum of rupees 15, 000/-. After all the initial process, the money does not come out from the ATM. But the same amount has been debited from my account No 26206.

                              2. On 07 May 09, I also approach IOB bank branch at Ahmednagar they have lodged my complaint ( T[protected]) but after 12 days ago the solution of the same is nothing. I am also approaced Axis Bank and IOB Bank customer care cente but they dont't gave satisfied answer to me.

                              3. Sir, I am a serving soldier, this small money is too big for me any my small children and family. Kindly help me at the earliest the same money is most urgent for my family.

                              I booked one parcel weighing 4.6 kg marked Perishable Cargo since it contained fresh Lichis . The consignees were Sumita Animesh Topno, Plot 16 A, CLOUD NINE, NIBM Road, Konwa, Pune City.with their mobile numbers.The Consignment No was 456118.
                              I was informed today i.e. 7th June by the consignees that the parcel has not been delivered on enquiry the courier office at Pune could not trace the parcel. The tracking through internet also could not trace the whereabouts of the parcel.

I have applied for ATM card on 02-02-09 but did not ceceived till May 09. after enquiring from post man of my area it was found that no card had come on my name at my address.Only one card had come with the name Hari Shukla, which the post man has returned to the sender on 23 -02-09 as there is no Hari Shukla in that locality. On dated 07 May 09 I met Brench Manager sbi Gorakhpur and confirmed for card.
                              Since the card was not returned to the branch .Manager adviced me to fillup application for another ATM card and it will be Issued after charging Rs 200/=.                               Sir,

                              When ever i went to take some cash for urgent. It shows " Temporarily out of service" only (nearly 10 times) and also there is a rules in Bank side "only 5 transactions allowed per month after that some charges is debited". Then how can I use the IOB bank ATM card.

                                With due respect I want to inform you that I am holding a savings account in your bank in the name of Ms Archita Rai and my account no is 26455. Last year also I had given an application to your bank on 05.10.07 that I don’t want the services of “Jeevan Premium”and please close the facility from my account so that no further charges are deducted from my account, but recently after updating my account I found that again 213/- Rs has been deducted from my account. I am attaching the photocopy of my earlier given application which has been duly received from your end.

                                I hereby request you to kindly reimburse the unauthorized deducted amount of Rs 213/- to my savings account as soon as possible and remove this facility of “ Jeevan Premium” from my account so that no further charges are deducted from my account and notify me that this facility has been removed from my account by e-mail or in writing.

                                Yes I totally agree with Archita Rai that if she has given application for discontinuing the Jeevan Premium scheme it should have been discontinued, so after taking the photocopy of the application duly signed by the bank given by her before on 05.10.07 as told by her, the amount should be credited to her account which have been wrongly deducted.
                                Sub - fund transfer in wrong account number.

                                I want a help regarding a wrong fund transfer from my IOB account to my OBC bank account due to my mistake.                                   This refers mentioned subject problem while using Indian Overseas Bank atm located in sector -28 faridabad though no cash withdrawal allowed, it happened on 05.07.08, Time 20 :30 P.M. but a sum of Rs. 12020/- found transaction effected on the same day when I visited
                                  ICICI Bank atm at sector -29 Faridabad.

                                  The corresponding complaint has already been logged to Indian Overseas Bank as well as with ICICI bank, but after so many frequent reminders through e-mails no satisfactory reply received therefore you are requested to resolve the issue &arrange to return the sum of 12020 along with interest charges and liquidated damages due to mental agony and undue pressure, to my ICICI bank saving account no.[protected] maintained at Sector -18 Noida.

                                    Once I had meet to branch manager after one month of application. He replied to wait for PIN number which will come at your mailing address which is not come yet.
                                    Now, I asked today after two months of applicatin for the PIN then he said than what can to do for thah?
                                    On repetely asking he ask to give an application for same.
                                    I asked about the time to be taken by you to issue a ATM card to me.
                                    Answer of manager is not satisfactory and reliable.

                                    i totally agree that IOB doesn't even consider the customer complaints. Its not just in Delhi...its happening all over India.

                                    Worst thing, if we go n talk to them, they just postpone the things without solving the actual problem.

                                    i have applied for ATM card in Feb 2007, i was making compalints after complaitns regarding the ATM card. i didnt receive at all. They said, its been mailed to you.

                                    At last i got it in Aprl 2008. worst thing i have yet to receive my PIN ...donno when will i get. i send emails, i called then, met them in person...donno what other communication mode is in the world to wake them up to do the service to the cusotmer. i am pretty pissed off by their service.

                                    Even the Bank managers doesnt behave properly. they dont have any idea that they are in the service sector. Thats why Indian Banks are backward.

                                      I have been IOB a/c no.1944 customer since 2001at Gunfoundry abids branch, recently my office shifted to Adarsh nagar beside MLA Qtrs and I was requested to transfer my a/c at himyathnagar when i contact to the bank official for tranfering the a/c they told me no need of tranfer the a/c you can make deposit any of the branch in cities But when I deposited the amount at Adarsh ngar branch they always make the call me and ask my a/c branch, for that i requested to transfer my a/c at adarshnagar they transfer my a/c at himayathnagar i contact them and requested to transfer the account at adarshnagar branch and I dont know how many branch are there at himyathngar anourmouly I requested to transfer the a/c at himayathnagar when i personally contact to gunfoundry branch the all branch officials starts argument with me specially one hairless person is their and one lady they were shouting on me.

                                      I unable to understand why they angry on me what is the reason for shouting on me the branch manager simply looking inside her cabin, is this ur bank behaviours with customers they transfer my account after one month at himyathnagar first of all they are very lazy in work and they are not having any manner how to speak with the customer.

                                      I have other bank accounts also like ICICI BANK ets but they have not misbehaved like this with their customers.

                                      Hence it is requested to take action against the lazy and bad manners officials of your Gunfoundry Abids branch.

                                      My name is Deepanshu kumar. as a profassion, i am a student of B.Sc IT in Ludhiana. i am doing that study corresponding from Karnatka university at NIIT ludhiana.now i want to go abroad to do study there.now i have cleard me IELTS exam. and i have too arranged my all acadamice certificates.and i need some mony to get that golden oppertunity.for that perpose, i need education loan on a property, which is on my mother's named.reqarding that education loan, i met to manager of Indian overease bank(CMC branch) in Ludhiana.my mother's account is here in that branch, which is three years old account.there is arround 5 Lacks 50 thousend in my mother's account.we have been trusting on that bank since three years.couse of that reason i selected that branch for my education load. but manager told me, he can't able to give me loan.on my asking he told me, i am a student and bank gives loan only to a working person or an employe, not to a student.after some time then i told him i need that load for a study perpose.and my mother is sponsering me.on his asking i told him, i am going abroad for a diploma couse.
                                      so on that his answer was, bank dose't provide loan for diploma study.after that he again changed and told me to show my university registration latter from abroad.and said to me that he will check my university registration latter and then he will decide what to do.
                                      so sir, i think that manager is not confermed to give me loan.and my batches will start in feb 2009.in between that time if i will not arrenge to go australia, so university will remove my name from registration.and i willl lost that chance.next batch will start after september.

                                      so sir i have not more time now. and you are only single way, who can help me. sir this is my future matter.so please help me.i can arrenge all documents which needs for edjucation loan. this is not just an query. that is matter of my carrer.so on my request please connect to that manager (Indian oversease bank, CMC branch ludhiana) and just ask from him about my matter.

                                      I was taken one Demand Draft Rs-1000 from IOB - Oddapatty[protected] Dharmapuri - DD No 553557) on 17/09/2007 for Passport.Due to delaying of passport process the DD Date have expired and returned it by passport process dept on 15/12/2008. I want to cancel my DD. I had approached your IOB - Oddapatty bank peoples 2 times for cancellation, but they were not cancelled / refunded my amount. The reason is i have missed my counter file of that DD. Even I showed my Passport Cancellation with proof, your people always says we need that counter file receipt without that we cannot cancel it. I want to know what type of action I have to do?

Due to the late dispatch of courier service it was sent back to my address...can i cancel the D.D...otherwise i will have a loss of 400/- I hope that i may recover even the amount 300...please advice me better approach
                                      I am a student of Ca final course studying at delhi. I dont have any Bank account in Delhi. I went to IOB B-1 Janakpuri Branch to issue a draft favouring ICAI for the purpose of depositing examination fee on 16 march 2009. It was clealy mentioned at the entry gate that bank issues draft to bothe customers as well as non customers. But to my surprise the lady sitting at the counter refused to issue demand draft saying that I dont have account with the branch. She also said that non customers means those persons who have account with the bank and want to get the draft issued by paying cash.
                                      took a demand draft in Indian overseas bank worth Rs 552/- . The DD it seems lost some where as it was posted in ordinary post...can i cancel the D.D...otherwise i will have a loss of 552/...please advice me better approach

                                      Am an NRI and iam holding my account in Nehru park branch chennai, i wish to inform you that my wife got a bad experience in George town branch.on 31/03/09, my wife made a withdrawl through the ATM in George town branch. after the withdrawl the ATM card didnt come outside the slot, so she went in to the senior manager to make a complaint, the response was very bad from the Senior Manager, he used abuse words against my wife and saying that, you people dont knw how to use the ATM,
                                      Note : my wife is a Bsc graduate.and she is using the card for the past 2 years for withdrawl in ATM. The senior manager used foul languages and behaved arrogantly to my wife and my wife called me through phone from the bank and she was weeping like anything bcoz of the abuse words and bad manners officials of your gun factory branch(George Town). so i have decided to cancell my Nre Account.i will arrange through my Nehru park branch to transfer all my entire amount balance from my Nre account to my SB account.so far i was a good customer for Nehru park branch and the manager and the staffs from Nehru park treat us like a Family member and the service is appreciatable.

                                      so i request the management to take action on the staffs who use abuse words against the valuable customers. Due to some culprits on your management you are loosing some valuable customers.

                                      My card had been hold by the senior manager of George town branch. i Dont like to go to him to collect my card, hence forth i will request Nehru park branch to close my Nre Savings account.

                                      I am a IOB NRE Account holder from past 3 years so far my experience is Good with the Bank may be coz of I never opted any services from them I remit the money here in Dubai my family take it from ATM if some thing goes wrong with ATM I already signed Cheque's n kept with my family they can withdraw via that so I believe being a Account Holder we shud not be 100% depend on Indian Banking Firm's Specially Govt Bank they are like turtle's so definitely they will be slow the consumer shud use his/her brain as well as if ATM got problem you shud have Cheque ready with you for Big transaction...But any way not every 1 is perfect so expecting 100% with banking Firm in India is a Big Ask!

                                      I already have accounts at other private banks for last 6.5 years.I though of opening an account in a nationalised bank and hence approached your bank since my parents were already holding an account there.
                                      Couple of things which frustrated me in the process of opening an account at your branch.
                                      I approached the branch on 17th Aug to obtain the application form.Upon verification of original Driving license and Pan card, i was given an application form.
                                      The employee at the counter instructed to bring the filled in application form before 10:30 AM on 22nd Aug, post which they would not accept it.She did not bother to inform on the necessary documents that needs to be submitted along with the filled application.I proactively asked her and she later informed that i would need to bring a photo copy of License/PAN card and three passport size photographs.

                                      I approached her on Aug 22nd at 10:20 AM along with the necessary details.She instructed me to wait for 10 mins.She called me to the counter at 10:50, which was almost 30 minutes after i reached.
                                      In a very lethargic manner, she asked my Ration Card for address proff.I wonder what took her to take 30 minutes to say that a Ration card is required.I told her, that i was asked to bring only Original and photo copy of Driving license and Pan card.She insisted on Ration Card.I told her that my mother already holds an account with the Bank and was not informed about Ration card on the day of obtaining the form and it was me who pro actively ask about the documents .(i.e Aug 17th).She did not bother to respond and said that in order to open an account it is required to walk to and fro.It was quite annoying to hear such a statement.On hearing, a heated conversation, another employee happen to barge in talking in favour of the lady.
                                      Later, another employee who was sitting next to this lady helped me out.
                                      I wonder how come the employee who helped me was able to process without the Ration card (Driving license and Pan card) using only while the lady rejected to do so.Post completing the formalities, i was asked to come on 30th to get the pass book.
                                      Does rules and regulations differ from employee to employee?
                                      Does it take so many days to get an account opened?
                                      The Branch Manager was not availble in his cabin, or else i would have directly approached him.
                                      I strongly feel that customer service skill is more important considering the type of industry she is working for.
