Our C/A No is [protected]. with INDIAN OVERSAES BANK Hiranandani Branch Powai Mumbai .
Today we made 2 IMPS transfers, one of Rs.20000/ to Mr.Ganesh Nayan Gadade having S/B a/c No.[protected] with Bank of India Jaigad Br.IMPS NO.BKID0001469 wide our ref TRTR/[protected] IMPS/[protected].05 & other of Rs.8000/ to Mr.Bhanjan Mondal having S/B a/c No.[protected] with Bank of India Jaigad Br.IMPS NO.BKID0001469 wide OUR ref TRTR/[protected]/IMPS/[protected].09.
Both IMPS transfer money have not been credited to beneficiaries' account but the same is debited in our bank statement.
We kindly request you to either credit to beneficiaries' bank account or credit back to our acconut to initiate the transactions again.
Please do the needful at the earliest.

    I had done an IMPS transaction of 2 lakhs to my current account from my IOB Current account.

    The IMPS Failed due to technical issues but neither did it get credited to beneficiary nor did it get credited back to source account.

    Pls help as it's been more than a day, still the amount is not back

    Team, there has been no update on this even after 3 days. The customer support is clueless about the situation and is of no support/help. What is the use of IMPS when it cant be instant. At least have the basic Banking Infra set up to return the amount debited due to a failed transaction back, immediately.

      Complaint: Transferred an amount of Rs. 20000/- to another Indian bank account via IMPS service. While transferring, the transaction was timed out. But the money of Rs. 20000/- was debited from the account ([protected]). and it was not credited to the beneficiary also.

      I am in urgent financial need. Kindly refund the money to the IOB account as soon as possible. Also attached is the debited status of the transaction.

Next year your Manger assure me for good service and told me that after 70 years of edge premium will be same for life time.         I have applied for a ATM card before 6 Months.Till now I didn't receive the ATMcard.i have approached the bank more than 10 times.They told that they mailed about that issue but they didn't get any reply.Please kindly solve my issue as soon as possible so that it is easy for me to get the amount from my account.

If the amount not received yet, you need to contact the bank people. So I don't know what to do to get my money back. So I'm posting my complaint here. Please do the needful

                        Today after eating, I had no cash .
                        So, I went to pay in gpay or phonepay but it responded as bank server down and then, I took my debit card to pay but it too responded as bank server down. I even have 1k in my IOB Bank account balance. I even asked my friends to pay as they too have iob bank account, it resulted in bank server down. I'm very tensed in it that often - the bank server of IOB bank is down many times in this month. Even yesterday, I had this same problem and a week before also and many times - the bank server is down.

                            i.e. ECOM-Fastag online sbi SBIePay Mumbai MHIN-N115005O/RefNo.S67771884.

                            It failed and the money was not credited back in my IOB bank SB account. Please kindly resolve this issue.

                              Yesterday I ordered 2items from Flipkart. My money 599 is debited from my account but order is not placed . I contacted flipkart team and they are saying payment is not confirmed from bank now I am wondering howcome my amount is deducted.

                                I transferred rupees thousand five hundred (Rs 1500/-) via UPI on[protected]. The payment is failed but the amount is debited from my account, i contact your customer support, they told me to wait for seven working days. The seven days is over but i did'n t receive the money. Help me to solve this issue as much as possible.
