I transferred rupees thousand five hundred (Rs 1500/-) via UPI on[protected]. The payment is failed but the amount is debited from my account, i contact your customer support, they told me to wait for seven working days. The seven days is over but i did'n t receive the money. Help me to solve this issue as much as possible.

On 1/9/2021 amount of 11500 was debited in the transaction it failed and the money was not credited back in IOB mobile banking.

Amount transfer by net banking. but amount not credit by my account holder.Amount rs 2000

Actually, the scenerio is, I have paid my exam fees rs. 3800 via IOB payment Gateway received from Loyola College, Nungambakkam on 17th Aug 2021 @ 4.50 pm. Used Upi for payment( [protected]@icici), amount has debited from my account and not reflected to College account.

So if possible kindly make chargeback against this transaction.

The amount was debited from my account No :[protected] but the transaction failed.Hence I request the officer do needful earlier.

I taken a home loan from Indian overseas bank ( Haldwani, Uttrakhand)in 2017 under PMAY But till date i not getting any subsidy for the same.
Many time i visited at branch and many mails i sent for the folloups but no reply and solution a m getting.

I had ordered an INDIALAND Back Cover for Samsung Galaxy J7 Nxt
Multicolor of worth Rs 170(delivery charge included) on 13th August 2021. But I requested for the return of the product on 18th August 2021. Flipkart has intiated the refund of the product but I have not received the refund yet.The bank reference no. is[protected].

This is to bring to your kind notice that this has been happening very often with IOB ATMs in Arumbakkam area. For example, yesterday i went to Kamaraj Nagar 4th Street ATM and tried withdraw 4k, ATM was working perfect initially after entering the pin it went on silent for sometime and the money vending machine screen says unable to dispense but on the other side 4k was debited in my account. Immediately I approached the bank manager and intimated the same, she said no need to worry it will get credited automatically so there is NO need to raise a formal complaint. As you are aware, most o[censored]s struggling with the sudden outbreak covid-19 and most o[censored]s facing challenging situation when it comes to money. In this crucial stage, this ATM machines and card transaction always going wrong and we had to wait for a while without money. Request you to look into this matter and resolve the same. I am sending a detailed mail to RBI as well as IOB customer service sucks, now ATM and card transactions also giving us tough time.

Dear sir, this is to inform that today i went to withdraw a money of amount 500 rupees from overseas bank atm Mirik(krishnanagar), Darjeeling around 12:20 PM due to technical issue i could not withdraw money but my money has been deducted from my account and has not been refunded... so i would kindly request to refund the money into my account as early as possible

The intent of writing this letter is to inform you about the incident that recently happened to me during the withdrawal of Money through Punjab National Bank ATM.
On dated 16.08.2021 at the time when I had inserted my ATM card into the ATM machine at Rasoolabad, Allahabad, ATM ID- L7001200 and entered PIN to withdraw 5000/-, Machine confirmed the same through receipt that My Account has been debited with 5000/- but Money was not come out from the Machin due to which I have been facing a lot of financial problems for a week.

I have purchased a product from amazon Rs. 1099 worth. They refunded the money on 19th july. Still not the amount is not reflect in my account.RRN number is[protected]
