Address: Kumaran kundram Branch

I have account in IOB, Kumaran kundram branch, and i have a home loan with the bank. the bank was not send any information about the loan interest rate reducing After RBI has reduced their repo rate .

I only asked the bank, and they asked me to send the application form, same was sent to the bank on October 2020, but still the interest rate not revised . Nobody is telling the reason still why it is not revised.

If interest rate increased by RBI, the bank will automatically increase our home loan interest without information .
this is applicable to all the banks, where is the ethics?

        As usual practise, We have deposited cash a sum of Rs.5000.00 at ATM ID:IOBC1606 on 27.01.2021 at IFSC:IOBA0000213 but the cash remittance was not yet credited to our CA #[protected] and response code 77 is reported and now we are in dire situation for this hurdle.

          Today my husband went to withdraw rs.3000. Transaction has been failed but i received message at 12:55am from the bank such that the cash has been debited, but we didnt recieve the cash. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I badly need in this lock down.

            Dear All,
            this is to inform you that I have been cheated /harassed by many staff at queens road service station( indian oil) at outer ring road, vasant vihar.
            i have visited at same filling station on 21st jan at 2230 for cng filling in my wagon r car.
            i had noticed that while filling there was no sound coming at all from dispensing machine, I thought that this is might be because of low pressure. However I had paid Rs 301 to staff named SHANU there only.
            later on when ignition was switched on, cng meter was not showing any green lights( it was still on red).
            i informed same to shanu that cng was not filled in cylinder as cng meter is not reflecting any green light, he said that there is some issues with your car only . After my repeated request for same issue they handed over me a slip which shows payemnt of rs 301 and kms reading (7599)as same time and told me that if you face any issues plz come back to us and we will RESOLVE YOUR issue.
            After 16 kms only cng was completely over and i informed same to shanu at same time only.
            while coming back from office in morning . i again visited same station to inform them regarding issues i had faced, but around 7-8 staff humiliated and insulted me and said that do whatever you want but we will not return or refill your car.
            i am sending same mail to petrolium ministry, pmo, delhi govt, delhi police and indian oil authorities now as i have been cheted, insulted and duped.
            names which i want to highlight- shanu(indian oil staff), rajiv ( igl staff), m s negi ( manager -indian oil), they all harassed me with all other staff in morning.
            IGL Staff rajiv did not shown his i d and kept smiling like an ###,
            Mr M S NEGI clearly told me that do whatever you want and tried to threaten me.
            also I am attaching documents for your refrence.
            lets see what action can igl will going to take now

            FYI I had refilled cng from shankar vihar metro station next day and my car is having no tech issues.

                  Greetings of the day...!!!

                  Referring to the above subject, I have been an IOB customer for the past 3 and half years. I have been facing an issue now.

                  They 2 times debited the amount from my account for ATM card maintenance. Why are they doing this?. I'm very much dissatisfied due to the amount debited for 2 times.
                  Now I want the second debited amount to be refunded to my account.

                  The first debit transaction done by IOB bank at 02.12.2020
                  And the Second debit transaction done by IOB bank at 12.01.2021.
                  Kindly resolve the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                  I had already raised the complaint to "[protected]@iobnet.co.in" customer care. But they not respond to my complaint. Very worst customer service in IOB & IOB palladam branch.
