I had purchased some provisions on 25/04/2020 for rs.154/- the shop owner used my i o b debit card two times. But the result showed as failure. But the amount was debited from my account. My a/c no.[protected] kovaipudur coimbatore, and my debit card no is [protected]
I was waited till date (08/05/2020) that the amount will credit. But it is not done.
I request you credit a sum of rs.308/- immediately

    Sir/mam in my account the amount of money debited unwantedly 177rs debited 3 times and my money is now less then 1000 if any detection it must be 17rs but here 177rs now in lockdown i am losing money in such this way i kindly request iob bank to take my complaint and refund my money my account number:[protected]
    Waited for good response and i have only that money if that is also detected then what should i do please help thank you

      Hello sir/madam,

      I did imps transfer on
      2nd may 2020 and transfer status went into suspect. Now amount got debited from account and still didn't reached to beneficiary ones also.

      As being notified i should get amount back in 2 days.

      Please help me on this.

          I namrta srivastava (Ac no:[protected]) is having account in indian overseas bank lucknow aminabad branch. From that account i hade made a transaction of rs 681 (Six hundred eighty one only) to amazon on 17th march 2020 through card. That transaction somehow got cancelled but account was debited.

          We complained to amazon and amazon reverted that they have refunded the amount on 1st april 2020 (Transaction no:[protected] but my account was not credited. On asking them again they told that money is stuck up in your bank, we have tried to reach your bank through helpline numbers and toll free numbers as well as through branch landline numbers but no one is responding. Amazon is saying that they just need this in writing that account hasn’t been credited and amount isn’t stuck up in bank. I have been continuously following up for last 1 month but to no effect. Kindly look into the matter and revert to me as early as possible. Otherwise i will have to take this matter to banking ombudsman.

            I have transferred money from my iob account ([protected]/ifsc:ioba000324/name:rajeswari. K) to icici bank account for 3 times.

            1. (Date:13.03.2020/upi id:[protected]/amount:11000

            2. Date:14.03.2020/upi id:[protected]/amount:8000 &

            3. Date:14.03.2020/upi id:[protected]/amount: 2000).

            Amount debited my account but not reach to the icici account. Then i told to the bank that i had sent it to the wrong account number[protected]. Then i went to icici bank and told that the amount not credit to this account number. Kindly do the needful to avoid my problem.

                                    Good morning sir / madam,
                                    I am one of the iob bank customer in the branch vivekananda college campus (1827), namakkal road, thiruchengodu, namakkal 637205. Today morning (03.04.2020) at 10.30 i went to bank for the withdrawal of the money, but they made to stand outside the bank in the hot sunlight for more than half an hour. So i am able to stand in the hot sunlight and i asked the bank employee to make a temporary shed to protect the old aged peoples from sunlight, but they haven't respond. So please consider my request to protect the customers from hot sunlight by providing temporary shed. Thanking you.
