I went to indian bank atm in bhimavaram shri Vishnu engineering college for women.i kept my card in the atm machine, i entered my pincode and the amount of 7500, while processing suddenly power cut. later on I have waited till the power is turned on, then I receieved a message that I have debited 7500, but I didn't receive any money from the atm machine..then I went to ask nearby bank manager he said me to give a complaint to your respective bank..

desirable resolution : I want my money 7500 which has be debited to be refund to my bank account

    I was supposed to receive a refund for a cancelation of a flight from easemytrip.com.
    It was promised to be given on[protected].

    I cannot see the refund processed to my account.
    Please resolve this issue
    I have not received multiple refunds before this. Is it possible that my account is unable to receive refunds?

    Today (01/01/2020) I am wake up and see my mobile when it received 1 message from IOB
    It indicates 177 Rs was deducted. I am shocked I didn't do anything but the amount was deducted plz refund my money.I feel not safe to IOB. If you don't refund I will close my account and create new account to another bank
    After multiple complaints through bank and customer service still my mobile banking app is not working. It fails to recognize my registered mobile number.
    I bus cancelled on September 03 I book my ticket throw redbus and using my ATM card they give me refund reference number[protected] but still my amount not received. Please give some solution for this sir still I m not receiving my amount RS.800 sir . please consider my comment and give some solution sir.

      My account has gone dormant i'm coming to bank from four months for atm card but they did not check any documents and simply asking us to come after 10 days 20 simply i'm roaming from four months to get a atm card really disappointed with the service... And the staffs are not friendly to the customers and not guiding us instead of getting a atm card i feel like closing all my family members accounts from this bank..

        forgot login id

        I started mobile banking in iob few years ago. I did not use it so i forgot the login id. So please send the login id to my registered mobile number. My account number [protected]. So that i can change my forgot password also. Then i want to change my mobile number. It is required because the mobile number connected to my account is my father's mobile number...

        I was having an unpaid education loan, for that i was called for the compromise settlement under the lok adalat under section 20 (2) of the legal services authority act 1987 on 07-feb-2017

        Lok adalat case no :11164/2017

        I have gone under the compromise settlement meeting on the above said date, and both the parties, first party the iob bank, and the second party i sathiyaraman vr for the amount rs.81000 which should be settle on or before oct'2017 by two installment

        I have paid the agreed amount 81000 in two installments (I have attached the receipts in this email)
        09-sep-2017 : 50000
        04-oct-2017 : 31000

        After then i was following the local branch manager to get the settlement letter and the noc certificate, but still i didn't get those documents.

        Also, my loan has not closed yet, every month i'm getting call from iob requesting me to settle my loan account which i already settled, then i contact the bank manager of iob purasaiwalkam, he was saying it has been taken care, your account going to be close now. But again every month i'm getting call from the iob loan settlement department.

        And also, every month i'm receiving the monthly due sms message from iob, i have attached the sms screenshot also in this email.
        One time i was advised to send the settlement receipt to the iob headoffice watsapp number "[protected]". I have sent the receipts, still there were no updates regarding to my loan account closure.

        If i approach the bank manager, he says "iob head office should be the responsible for your account clousure".
        If i asking the clarification at the one who call from head office they advise me to approach the bank manager.

          I'm facing login issue on iob mobile banking app. I triggered so many mails, i found there is no responsible person working at iob to solve customer issues, but simply blaming that network operator is the reason for login issues. Their app copy rights are showing as 2018, but we are at the end of 2019. Mobile service providers please shoot a damage claim with iob bank. They are spoiling your company reputation/name. Thanks!

          I had lodged a complaint in the IOB branch Sector-8 Faridabad, Haryana to wards non receipt of refund on[protected] but till today the amount has not been credited to my account no[protected].             So, sir/mam i purchased a pair of shoes from myntra on 8 december. And i made the payment through cod. But then as i found some defect in the shoe i returned it and asked for a refund on my bank account but as the system was not accepting my sbi's account so i gave my roommate's bank account details of indian overseas bank. But when after five days he didn't received any refund i tried to contact myntra and as per myntra, they had refunded the money from their side, but the amount is still not reflecting in his account and when i complained this to myntra, they gave an reference number and asked to contact the bank support team and when my friend tried to contact the costumer service, they asked him to contact the branch officers, but when today he tried to contact the branch and tried to show them the mail they refused to locate it by saying that there is no mention of our bank name and told me to tell myntra to mention their branch name and send a mail again.                 Denying to provide service by branch ioba0000418, thiruvanmiyur branch of iov on ground there is no sufficient staff and asking to come next day. My application for reissue of internet password is still pending since saturday 7.1.2019 and replacement of non function debit card is reluctantly accepted after asking me to come some other day. Many actions the man on passbook update counter has denied to print the passbook. Most dysfunctioning branch not lifting the landline and mobile phones for asking the status of my applications.

                On 25-10-19 I used my IOB debit card to pay money 1794 to Sree Kumaran silks, Salem.The amount was debited from my account but the amount was not credited to the shop.Regarding this I was complained at customer service on 1-11-19.Though one month is completed my amount was not refunded.
                I didn't get the refund amount of the mi earphones. The date which will refund the amount was passed away yet the money is not refunded to my bank account

                  While other banks like sbi honour payments for online purchases on websites like aliexpress indian overseas bank take refuge under fallacious reasons like security to decline payments which is nothing but deficiency in service. Rbi does not prohibit banks for online payments in inr for global/international debit cards.

                  Iob should come clean on reasons for declining payments for bona fide transactions which is nothing but deficiency in service before we consider taking actions in forums as considered appropriate

                        Customer of your balajipet, rajamundry branch since 20 years and having deposits in the name of self, wife, daughter etc.,

                        My sb passbook was exausted for entries and requested for continutation of new pass book earlier. Your branch counter staff informed to come later. Again to. Day i went to the branch and requested for the same. They have prepared and informed to submit the photograph again, which was already submitted with previous pass book and requested the same to be affixed on the new passbook. As an old aged and heart patient it is difficult to attend the branch again and again. Even then i have visited again and requested for the passbook.
                        Your counter officer was shouted on me without photo will not be provided continuation of passbook and gave a tension for me and strongly instructed me to aware for the rules of the bank infront of all the customers. If it is really required they may instruct to bring in the next visit or could have informed earlier. Photo was not insisted while requested for passbook earlier
                        Though it is available with old passbook and requested to affix on the new one. The branch manager was not available at that movement to inform the situation.

                        I request you to please provide the guidelines while issuance for contunuation of new passbook, services for senior citizen and timelines for the same. Services of counter officer to the customer and she was not wearing identity card to know her name.

                          I am a borrower of education loan from the iob cox town branch. I had requested the bank to extend my education loan from 5 years to 10 years so that the burden of paying a huge amount as emi could be reduced, but unfortunately the branch manager has not been appointed for almost 2months and i have been following up every week for the same. As informed by the branch personals, the branch manager is the only person who has the authority to decide on this.

                          As i have other financial liabilities to pay off and i am a fresher passed out of the college the bank expects me to pay a sum of 8500 rupees as interest every month, and i have already submitted a request letter and it is on hold because the manager has not been appointed.
                          This is really disappointing that a nationalized bank branch has been functioning without the bank manager for almost 2months.
                          I know that i'm not the only person who's been facing the same problem. There could be other account holders going through same problem or different issues.
                          Please do look into it and please do let us know what could be done.

                            Today, at about 11:30 hours my wife mrs. Mitra roy of 101/a/3, g. T. Road, sheoraphuli went to iob, sheoraphuli branch to update her aadhaar card (To link with mobile no.in aadhar). While she approached with request for updation her aadhar card to the staff of the said bank, they were grossing, as there was no other customers, still they simply informed that updation of aadhar is not done here. Then she met with manager of the said branch and requested for updation of aadhar. But it is astonished that without work the counter staff (4 persons) are sitting idle and playing with mobile and the worthless manager was spectator only, he had nothing to do. This is the state of affairs of iob, sheoraphuli branch. This should not be continued. Please take proper inquiry and step towards service of the said branch for the interest of public as well as bank.

                                  I ordered medicines in practo. Due to out of stock qty reduced after payment. They agreed to give refund for reduced qty and refund will be processed after delivery. I received my order on 16th october 2019. As per information provided from practo, refund processed on 16th october 2019 at 17:32 pm, amount rs.264.6 refund reference number (Arn) is[protected]. Still i have not received my refund. Regarding this issue i sent mail to my home branch, there is no response from bank side. Created grievance, but grievance closed without any solution.

                                    I added 1000 rupees to my paytm wallet..the amount transaction has been failed but the amount was deducted from the bank account and is not credited till date...need solution
                                    Paytm send a message saying that we have reported to the bank about your issue and it's totally bank server issue
                                    Paytm executive clearly said it has nothing to do with paytm ...deal with bank
                                    Whom should I consult??
                                    How can I resolve this issue
                                    Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I am receiving messages for debit and credit in bank accounts those don't pertain to me.
                                    Multiple messages are being received from BP-IOBCHN, detailing debit and credit in different accounts. However, none of those accounts pertain to me.
