We had went to iob gingee branch manager discussed on 31/10/2019 at 12.50 pm regarding new current account in our company rrd enterprises gingee. We already submitted application given to assistant manager on 29/10/2019. He (Manager) simply refused without knowing my application desert not in proper manner to advice giving the current account he him self to says another 15 days may be or may not be consider my application for entering the new account. We have already account with same saving bank my account number [protected]. Past 9 years.
The branch manager not at all eligible knowing the experience to corral with me to using the not following customer development principal so kindly take this mater serious action for our business for commencing the sales

    I made payment to the e-filing india website and the payment made twice instead of one time payment. I need refund the amount to me. First payment made was deliberately and the second was unknowingly. So, kindly resolve the issue and refund the amount to me. Thank you.

    I ordered from zomato.. But didn't get my delivery. So they said my money will be refunded soon. But till now I didn't get my refund. They are saying to check with ur bank.. So here is my complaint.. When will I get my refund?

      Hi my refund is initiated on[protected] for rs.1587 and reference code is #037824 i ordered a product in amazon and it got returned then they refunded the amount on my bank they are telling that we have added the amount to your bank and they are telling to contact the bank. So kindly please check it sir. They iniiated refund on[protected]still didnt get it.

          I am the one of the customers of indian overseas bank chingleput branch (0362).
          I had written a letter on 01/10/2019 about to transfer my account from chingleput branch (0362)
          Ifsc code : ioba0000362 to new perungalattur branch (0412)
          Ifsc code:ioba0000412. They took my passbook also.
          From till date (15/10/2019) i didn't get any sms or mail about transfer of my account.
          I gave 3 more complaints in customer service, regional office and chengalpattu branch. No one respond to my complaint, it is going for 3days, every day i called to customer care and they will give customer service of different numbers and regional office numbers but, here action not performed by the chengalpattu branch.
          It is very serious matter for me and i am suffering to do credit and debit transactions of this issue.

              Not solve and not credit my money account
              I don't use my card for any transaction and no other purchase today. I have credited 22000 rupees by using CDM.but unfortunately rs177 have debited in my account at the time of 10:50p.m on 10th October 2019. I don't know the reason..so please into this matter and Help me to refund the amount.

                I try to withdraw 5000rs via atm at rmz millennia campus 2, mgr road, taramani, chennai, but i didn't get any amount out of the atm.
                This happened at 12:10 am, (10/10/2019). I tried to withdraw in city bank atm at my campus. I have my account in my hometown an i'm working in chennai. Hope this will be sorted out soon.
                I need to know that when the amount will be refunded.

                While registering for mobile banking service, I encountered the following problem.

                  I am dr. Kiran shinde, south korea. Basically i am from phaltan, dist-satara, maharashtra.

                  I have bad experience about iob baramati branch office staff.
                  I have nre account from year 2012 and it is working.

                  Whenver i try to contact branch, call dint get connect.
                  If i send email about any problem, they didn't respond.

                  Because of one representative mistake, i loose intreset on my fd about rs.30, 000/- two year before.

                  I really have bad experience with all representatives over there.
                  I am thinking to close my bank account there and open in another bank.

                  If you can take action this would be better.
                  If they didnt want to communicate by email, they have to remove email address from website, and say only personal communication/phone call.

                  I think you will take action.

                    It is inform you that my account number 25976 in your indian overseas bank chandigarh sec 7 c branch i will open account date 24/4/2009 my last transaction date 31/10/2009 total amount is 4958.60. After marriage i will shifted chandigarh to ambala. Then i will not operate my account. I visit bank jun2019. I meet to concern person mr yogesh i give all details to mr yogesh. He checked all bank details. After checked my account details then he said your account will be freezed. The amount will shift head office. He spoke i will all your account details mail to our head office. Then he said this process taken 10 to 15 days. Then i spoke to mr yogesh i will not live in chandigarh. After marriage i shift in ambala cantt. Then he given to me bank phone no [protected]. Then i will call after his given time. This matter are still pending till date. Kindly this matter solved as soon as possible.

                          My credir card no [protected] was expired on 30.06.2019. Card was renewed one 12 days before and sent to 0014 fort branch. But the same was not received by fort mumbai branch. I requested the same at our 2147 kandivali east branch. Twice it was confirmed the same was sent to 2147 kandivali branch. But today also i got reply from csd it was sent to 0014 fort mumbai branch.
                          Net no branch received according to them my renewed credit card. I want to know when and where renewed card sent? At this age of 70 i need help and as retired iobian at least i can expect some reply not simply redressed. Please look into the same.

                            I made an order on amazon india. And since i gave the wrong address the first time i cancelled it. But unfortunately i made payment for that order. So i filed a refund for that order. The payment was made through upi. A refund was initiated by amazon india to my bank account linked with that upi. The reference id is[protected].                                     I requested a cheque book through online and same was registered by bank01.08.2019. But sofar any cheque book is not received. When i went to bank on today ie 03.10.2019 to enquire about the cheque book and showed the message of my request registered. But there they told that there is no such of message registered and asked me to apply fresh. See how ur bank is performing. After waiting for 2months still i am not able to get cheque book.

                                      Money (177rs) is being deducted from my account unnecessarily, infact I haven't taken money from the atm nor swiped it anywhere nor did an online shopping or payment, why do they deduct it without any proper message for what it is being taken, what explanation does the IOB have for this? Pathetic ! If there is any genuine reason to why it is taken, they should be a proper message given to the card holder.
