I try to withdraw 5000rs via atm at rmz millennia campus 2, mgr road, taramani, chennai, but i didn't get any amount out of the atm.
This happened at 12:10 am, (10/10/2019). I tried to withdraw in city bank atm at my campus. I have my account in my hometown an i'm working in chennai. Hope this will be sorted out soon.
I need to know that when the amount will be refunded....

I have a savings account in iob, 175, avtar enclave, paschim vihar, new delhi. I have been cheated with withdrawal of rs. 1, 70, 000 in connivance with bank staff.
My account was credited with fd amount on maturity on 30.9.2019. This incident happened on 3rd oct. The cheater debited rs. 1, 70, 000 from account which had 1.81 lakh.
I request intervention and help.

My credir card no [protected] was expired on 30.06.2019. Card was renewed one 12 days before and sent to 0014 fort branch. But the same was not received by fort mumbai branch. I requested the same at our 2147 kandivali east branch. Twice it was confirmed the same was sent to 2147 kandivali branch. But today also i got reply from csd it was sent to 0014 fort mumbai branch.
Net no branch received according to them my renewed...

I made an order on amazon india. And since i gave the wrong address the first time i cancelled it. But unfortunately i made payment for that order. So i filed a refund for that order. The payment was made through upi. A refund was initiated by amazon india to my bank account linked with that upi. The reference id is[protected]. But the amount is still not credited to my account. Please help me resolve this issue....

Today (4 oct 19) i got massage in my mobile regarding debited money 1000/- on 04/10/19, 18:09:45 then again debited 1000/- on 04/10/19, 18:10:30 then again debited on 04/10/19, 18:12:40, total three transaction of 3000/- within 2 minutes happened.

My refund has been initiated from myntra but it is not reflecting in my bank account and i have the reference no. Of that

I requested a cheque book through online and same was registered by bank01.08.2019. But sofar any cheque book is not received. When i went to bank on today ie 03.10.2019 to enquire about the cheque book and showed the message of my request registered. But there they told that there is no such of message registered and asked me to apply fresh. See how ur bank is performing. After waiting for 2months still i am not able to get cheque book....

Money (177rs) is being deducted from my account unnecessarily, infact I haven't taken money from the atm nor swiped it anywhere nor did an online shopping or payment, why do they deduct it without any proper message for what it is being taken, what explanation does the IOB have for this? Pathetic ! If there is any genuine reason to why it is taken, they should be a proper message given to the card holder....

I have hold my account with iob bank more than 5 month, but today i got one debited sms of rs.290 from my account but that transaction i didn't made from any merchant. September month i have swiped my iob card in hi lite fresh juice shop at pallikaranai chennai, and that time itself i got debited sms and also debited that amount from my account., but today i didn't swiped my card but suddenly i received debited sms...

I am having housing in iob branch madavakkam my a/c no:[protected] on 2012 onwards now my outstanding is rs.4.3lac. Now i am applying housing loan in sbi mrc nagar branch.

Iob rewards app is not opened when tap the app now. Also the points are not updated because of that the recharge of mobile could not be done or redeem for other merchandise. Already i have made complaint through e-mail but no response from customer care department. Let me know how many points added tomy account accordingly i can utilize the points otherwise the points are getting lapsed as default. Pl do needful....
