    I have hold my account with iob bank more than 5 month, but today i got one debited sms of rs.290 from my account but that transaction i didn't made from any merchant. September month i have swiped my iob card in hi lite fresh juice shop at pallikaranai chennai, and that time itself i got debited sms and also debited that amount from my account., but today i didn't swiped my card but suddenly i received debited sms and also my account was debited. Please rectify my query and raise a complaint on that merchant and re credit of my amount to my account.

        I have done 2 imps transaction on 29/06/2019 amount of rs.6396 at the time of 10:52:16 and the same amount rs.6396 and the time of 20:44:10 for the beneficiary payme india. These two transactions are failure noticed at the same time and still not refunded to my account. Kindly resolve this issues immediately..

        Already 3months passed no reply from branch.

            iob rewardz points

            Iob rewards app is not opened when tap the app now. Also the points are not updated because of that the recharge of mobile could not be done or redeem for other merchandise. Already i have made complaint through e-mail but no response from customer care department. Let me know how many points added tomy account accordingly i can utilize the points otherwise the points are getting lapsed as default. Pl do needful....

            The dharavi mumbai branch manager is not behaving well to customers. Actually am in mumbai i want to link my bpl gas scheme to my mumbai account but connected to my native account which is in tamilnadu. By connnecting it to native what is the use of it. If we ask any queries he will not ready to clear it he just says that it's will cleared soon but they not clearing it even the attitude and behavior of the staff is totally disappointed. A bank staff want to be ready to help their customers but the dharavi branch staffs are so lazy. Please transfer them or make action.

But, in application it seems as the purchase is failed. Then i tried another transaction and it was successful. So please refund me the amount of rs.79.00 which was failed to transact successfully.                 Dear sir,
                I am automobile engineer & doing a small automobile business in khamgaon & left my job for doing the business.
                I have current ac in iob from last 3 years, i have meet iob branch manager for mudra loan for business developement. He give some documents list for the loan requirement.
                Now i fulfill the all document requirements but he is denying & told me that he don't have time for that. He not even see documents, i wasted my 3 months to fulfill the banks requirements.
                That's very unprofessional & irresponsible behavior from your branch manager.

                    My name is dev rishi and i am a customer at your bank and my a/c no. Is [protected] and on 8-sep-2019 at evening timei went to state bank of india atm located at circular road rohtak.
                    I used my atm card and try to withdraw 1000 for two times but amount was not withdrawn by me and transaction timed out written on atm screen after that account got debited for rs 2000

                    I received neither my money and i was also not given a receipt of any kind. The machine is clearly malfunctioning.

                    When i went home and checked my account, i found that the 2000 rs of requested funds had been debited from my account.

                    Please refund the full amount of 2000 to my account thank you.

                      Recently I changed my mobile number of IOB...after that I'm I took my ATM card...but when use the card to set ATM pin...it shows invalid card ... please solve it has soon as possible.

                          My father mr. K. Chellappan was passed and on behalf of that i requested the iob branch in marungoor, kanyakumari district near mylody village. I have my application with all requirement by the bank was submitted on 5th aug 2019.

                          I was on continuously followed up with the bank and the manager is telling legal not responded yet and completely this is bank internal mater that the br manager to follow continuously.

                          This is really unfair to iob customer and the branch manager told there will not be no interest calculated from the date of my father death, how could be this procedure is like that. My money is with the same branch and when i approach the bank after 7 months (Due to my work nature) then how come the interest will not be calculated for the whole period when the money is with the bank.

                          The delay occur is highly affecting the customer personnel, very bad reputation to the bank and its branch. This is the reason iob is the world most bad services and pls google it to know about the bank services. I don't have any personal intension other than availing good services from my country bank, my village bank.

                          These all bad services are due to the people laziness, careless and no feel of their responsibility and they don't want to feel its customer services.

                            amazon refund
                            I had been to IOB bank dombivli east branch for bank statement. As i neeeded it for visa purpose.
                            On which I was told that you will have to pay charges for it just to have a sign and stamp on statement.and every time we visit the branch they have some or the other reasons to charge. And their server is also down everytime i go to update passbook.
                            It been too long since the amount is initiated..but I haven't received my amount yet..

                            Order ID[protected] the expected credit date was 1 st june 2022. I have tried calling the bank several times but the customer service is really disappointing . They have been totally ignoring my query and havebeen of no help. Please look into the matter and initiate the refund from your side at the earliest.

                                  I have received a loan amount of 1, 60, 000 for my undergraduation during[protected]. With all hard earned money, i have paid the principal for 1, 60, 000 in 2015, but i didn't get any interest subsidy due to some error from their side in uploading income certificate.in this regard, i have reiterated the branch manager many times but no response. Moreover, i have written emails to regional manager but no response there as well. They have also marked the status in cibil as substandard due to which i am not qualifying for further loans. I request to take appropriate action to get clearance or get subsidy if possible. Any of your help would be gratefully received.

                                    I am a pension holder, having a savings account in tower branch in Anna nagar. For past 3-4Days unable to do transaction in online and also not able to withdraw the amount in atm, It is showing the Invalid transaction, Due to this i faced a lot problem in financial and one of the worst customer care of your bank., they nothing have access to check the account, Due to Govt holidays unable to go branch also.
