I have done an imps transaction on 28/6/2019 from iob to sbi.
Transaction was failed but amount was debited from the account. It is not credited in the other side also.
Transaction id:[protected].
Please kindly refund the amount.
Called customer care and response is that iob server has issues and this happens frequently and asked me to wait for 72 hours which is very long

Amount of 4900 will be debited on receiver side but not credited to my IOB Account .. I dont know what is the exact problem.. still i didnt received the amount .. already it will be taken two days ..

    We brought product through nayka on24th June by net banking first transaction failed so we did second payment but money was debited two times already one complain was given but no reaction.

      I had a transaction for bus ticket booking using redbus and phonepe.. The transaction was failed but my amount of rs.868 was debited on may 22 2019 but it was not refunded till date.. It has been more than a month.. But it tells refund can occur in 3 to 5 working days.. It is quite a long time duration and i need my amount for some other emergency needs.. I claim for my amount to be credited as soon as possible

The money was deducted along with the imps charges of rs. 5.90, but the money was not received at the receiver's bank account. Please provide a suitable resolution asap.           On[protected], i have made online transaction for recharging the vodafone sim card no.[protected] for rs.458/- through transaction id q1o[protected]. You have debited rs.458/- in my sb a/c no.[protected]. But vodafone told that the bank supend the transaction and they have not received the amount.

          So check the transaction and giving reverse credit to my account for rs.458/-.

            I wish to bring to your kind notice that sum of RS.7270 was debited from the cc account on 24/1/2017 as processing charges. further a sum of RS.109023 was wrongly debited from the account on 21/03/2017 towards processing charges.
            After a prolonged discussion and correspondance, the entry was reversed on 20/04/2019 for RS.101818 as against the wrong debit of RS.109023. it was informed by the branch the difference of RS.7205 was processing charge. in this connection i wish to inform that a sum of RS.7270 was already taken as processing charge on 24/01/2017. the same should be clarified.
            Further our cc account is subject to interest and the reversal amount was made without interest for the period from 21/03/2017 to 20/04/2019.
            I request you to kindly look into the matter and credit the due amount in the cc account and render justice.

              Non payment of Pension arrear of my father late . G Srivastava who died on 28.06.16 and retired from N Railways on 30.03.1989 Lucknow. He was drawing his pension from IOb Indira nagar Lucknow branch. S/b a/c no is [protected] and PPO no is [protected].
              I had requested bank officials of branch and chennai official dealing pension grievances but no result.

                I have dropped a cheque bearing number 101380 dated 15.3.2015 for Rs. 1750 /- drawn on SMVCB on 10.6.2019, by mistake I have dropped in complaint box instead of cheque box, I requested the Branch Officer to remove the same and return the cheque, but she refused to do the same and and very rough said that she does not have key and authorised person is on leave.

                I request you kindly advise the Branch Office to remove the cheque the return to me, immediately.

                Hope You take the immediate action.

                I did two fund transfers today morning and both the transactions failed due to some technical error. But I see that money is debited both the times and it is neither credited to my transferred account nor reversed to IOB account. Take actions immediately. Please reverse the amount to my own IOB account as soon as possible

                    I have done a transaction on 7th of this month through netbanking for the sum of Rs 168000.My amount has been deducted and the transaction is a failed one.I immediately done an another transaction for the same.But till now my amount is not reverted to my account.Pls i request you to revert the amount to the same account at the earliest since it is already exceed the timelimit for resolving the issue. Do me the favour.

                    I have taken a loan to purchase two commercial vehicle in 2011 from IOB sipcot, Hosur Branch. vide A/c. no:[protected] but due to some unavaidable reasons I could not repay the loan in full. Now I have been requesting to branch to accept my request of one time settlement and close this matter once for all.

                      I applied for transfer of My mom's Indian over seas bank Saving account From Lingasugur Branch, Dist-Raichur, State -karnataka to Indian over seas bank Saptapur Branch, Dharwad, karnataka, on 26/april/2019 but till today it was not transfered, last 15days back i went to enquire Indian over seas bank Saptapur Branch, Dharwad, karnataka, they said still its not transfered to this branch,
                      Today Morning i sended my Cousin to enquire in Indian over seas bank Lingasugur Branch, Dist-Raichur, State -karnataka but employees said go and send account holder, as already ac holder visited branch, today i called Lingasugur branch by telephone but there's no responce from employee.

                        I'm Manoj Kumar, savings account holder in Indian overseas bank, on Sunday ie[protected] my account has been hacked in the night time and I have noticed that 20, 000 rupees deducted from my account. I've filed the complaint in the police station and informed in the bank also.so could you please help me here to refund the amount.

                        I'm GOPINATH fm Coimbatore Tamilnadu, on 7.6.2019 there was a theft happen to my brother when he was taken money and jewels from ur IOB PERIYANAICKENPALAYAM branch.
                        The thief was watching and following him Fm the Bank. when police was checking the footages Fm the branch no use of the recording.
                        Very very worst quality camers and no cameras in the important places. And 100% the branch has not secured.
                        V public trust that the bank is only more secured place than the other plz make it true .

                          Check my passbook, why take inoperative charges ?, when i have nothing wrong. I had completed all the formalities. Ur staff also lost all my important documents.& wasting my time.

                              Nearly I lost the 180 rupees from my account
                              I don't know whether the minimum balance should be there in account or not
                              Few days nearly 90 rupees was gone from my account any unfortunately the message was deleted in my mobile
                              So now I attached a today's message which was a 80 rupees..
                              I think the management can refund the amount with the positive opinion ..
                              soo plss send the refund money to my account..

                                Dear Sir,

                                A payment o[censored]SD 5627.70 was remitted to my account no.[protected] from Japan on 29th May 2019. The remittence advise slip is attached herewith for your reference.Today it is almost 6 days (5 working days) are past and the amount is yet to reflect in my account. There seems to be willful fault on your side and the interest amount is lost because of this delay and the bank needs to compensate the loss to the customer.

                                In case of any officer who has not attended to the work in time needs to be pulled up and the credit may be issued without further delay.

                                I hope the bank takes immediate attention do the needs urgently.

                                    More than 1 year the pass book printing machine is not working at this bank, bamanpukur bazar branch code 1133. The consumers are suffering everyday. Secondly the atm machine is into the bank. After closing the bank the customers are not withdraw money. There are many space infornt of bank to setup the atm machine. Why we avail iob atm card if we not get services properly. Plz solve this two problem to serve consumer.
