Hello,

I've a current account in iob, mig 648, kphb colony, kukatpally, hyderabad bracnch. Every time when we receive an inward remittance the bank is taking more than a week to transfer to to our account after submitting all the documents. Sometimes you don't even tell us whether we received any inward remittance or not. We are loosing time and money every time. Last friday u submitted a document but still nothing came. Its frustrating

So i requested to iob bank to linked my bank account in my mobile no.. Bcoz i am not properly using to mobile banking so please i request to iob bank my mobile number is linked to my bank account.       I mr. Puttaswamy g. R. (Ex. Staff) roll. No.18503 had a locker no.29 jointly with my wife mrs. Vijayalaxmi @ indian overseas bank k. R. Mohalla, mysuru under staff rate but since 2015 onwards it is being charged @ public rate this was brought to the concerned staff & branch manager for rectification by personal request & emails till now it was not corrected. Today also branch is telling it is not possible to rectify as such i raise this complaint

        Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        2days earlier I withdrew 1500/- from ATM of bank of Baroda, but the transaction was timed out and my transaction was declined. But the amount get debited from my account, I called IOB but they told me to wait for 48 hours which I had waited but still my amount is not credited back.
        Please solve my problem and credit back my amount.

            I have credited rs 1000 on 22: 01: 19 for the purpose of gas subsidy only after a confirmation with the bank staffs that the money won't be debited. Nearly 700 rs has been debited in a single day (28: 01: 19). They are saying it has been debited because of minimum charge. We didn't receive any debited notification messages from the bank until all the money has been debited

              On dated 25/03/2019 at 9:17 am, i tried to withdraw rs 10, 000 (Ten thousands) with my iob atm card at a nearby sbi atm as the iob atm was out of order, at panbazar, guwahati, assam. But, the sbi atm could not dispatch the said money (Failed transection), but the said amount was debited from my iob account (Savings account no -[protected], panbazar branch, guwahati, assam)

              I have also informed the matter to my branch as well to the iob help line no.

                I cancelled my RD account on 8/3/19 till know I doesn’t received my amount
                I went to bank three times but know responsible from them and I called my times but no responsible from bank
                I called the bank around 50 and more times[protected]
                I went to bank on 8/3/19 around 3:30 and I request them cancel it they said I will done it with in 30 minutes and you will receive the amount around 4 to 4:30 but nil credit to my account
                I do no what to do that y I registering this complaints
                I feel one of the worst bank in this world is IOB Bank
                I called many times the customer services it’s to worst(not in use)

                    I went to the atm of indian overseas bank located at pecharthal pin 799263, on 11/03/2019 to withdraw Rs 10000 and transaction was failed & ac was debited. said amount is unknown yet. That is not credited to me.
                    After 15 days, I meet SBI manager of kanchanpur branch and he suggests me to complain online " [protected]@mobikwik.com or [protected]@mobikwik.com".
                    I am in confusion that payment hang between indian overseas bank's atm and sbi's customer and solvation mobikwik?
                    clear me if one is welknown about it?
                    help me mobikwik? If it under you.

                      This case is concerned to iob new amritsar branch, amritsar punjab.
                      I have received a new debit card after the expiration of previous one and my previous debit card has been disabled.

                      Despite of many requests and more than 10 visits the staff (Branch head / executive / cashier) has shamefully failed and suggested me to log, a complaint against them for their failed attempts to activate my debit card and link my mobile number.

                          Sir, i recharged my airtel mobile online through paytm with rs.169 using my atm card. (Details given below). I dint get the recharge done but amount debited from my account. I tried to repeat it, again the same thing happened. So totally, rs.338 has been debited without recharging. I called paytm service center but they said the transaction failed. Acc no: [[protected]] date : 3rd march 2019 at 2:27 am.

                              Yesterday in mornning around 11 am i go for withdraw money... First time i enter 2500 but it says you exceded your daily withdraw limit so i tried again with 500 but it takes several moments and at the end screen says server timed out after that i tried again with 500 and i got money but the amount is debited 1000 and i got only 500 so please check the issuse and refund my 500 rupees... Please...

                                Madurai kk nagar first floor branch, worst customer service to senior lady citizen of the nagarathar community, no staffs working during working hours sitting together and chatting and not guiding the customer for procedures. When i came after my mother called for assistance, same response to me also, even at cash counters they are treating as illiterate and as if we are slaves of the bank. Bad experience closing two accounts due to this reason.

                                  I was holding account in IOB panchkula sector 9 branch and same was closed by me in last July. My account number was last figure 8787. Recently I observed that my LPG subsidy is not coming to my SBI account because it linked with IOB. When I never apply.

                                  It therefore requested that my aadhar no[protected] to be de link from your branch. My Gas customer ID is[protected] and REG Mob is [protected]

                                    I went to our salem main branch yesterday morning 11am with some soiled rupees rs-1100. The cash counter staff telling today not taking soiled notes and come after one month. Please consider this matter. The counter staff rough handling in customer. Please do my favor.
