    My mother account holder in iob a/c, tower branch, anna nagar, she has claimed insurance of pmsby, of my father had paid by a nominal premium of rs. 12-/- in iob, and he died on road accident, jan4 2019, we already submitted application with death certificate and fir on jan 2019, still we didn't get claimed amount, kindly confirm whether this claim amount we will receive or not, mob numb: [protected]

        I have pledged a gold chain in your branch locating at kotai erode.
        I have paid the total due amount in order to release my chain in the morning 11.30am on 5.3.19. The incharge person mrs. Nalini and the appraiser mr. Parthasarathy is very lethargic in their activity and after several times of my pressure they delivered the chain by 4.40pm.

            My name is v. Padma. I am your customer at stella maris college branch. My account no is [protected]. I swiped my card on 28.02.19 at a nattu marunthu shop at besant nagar at 19.03 pm. Since it was rejected the first time, i swiped again at 19.04 pm.
            I have been charged rs 1578 twice. I waited hoping to get the amount credited again. But it has not been re-credited. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

              Actually january 24 th 9200 amount is credited to my account at that time server issue may be that amount is reversed still now not get in my account so please take that complaint solve that issue

                I used my iob debit card in an atm in calicut. I tried to withdraw 1000 rs for two times and each time amount got debited from my account but cash did not dispense. After a few hours one 1000 got refunded, the other did not. Called customer care they told it would get refunded within 48 hours and it did not. Called them again and they asked to issue a complaint in the nearest iob branch. When i went to an iob branch after a lot of waiting, they told me i should issue the complaint in the branch in which my account was created. I am very far from the account created branch. I don't understand why, when everything is centralized everywhere. I am really frustrated here to get my hard earned money i should spend this much of my time for something which is apparently the bank's mistake.

                  My account [protected] kcc account was renewed on 21.11.2016.in my limit interest is charged extra. One of my friends having same amount limit renewed his limit in 2016 same date has charged interest rs. 420000 and my account interest charged is around 6 lakh due to system error. Please do needful to avoid turn into npa due to wrong interest....

                    money transaction issue

                    Last Saturday(13.02.2018) I have done money transaction in city union bank ATM during this transaction I am not received money (1000 rupees)but 1000 rs debited from my account and till now money is not credited to my account.
                    Today morning on wards I'm continuously trying to reach customer care service but they are not responding.please try to understand customer real situation and validate this problem and give ma the correct solution....

                      I can't withdraw amount using my atm card... But my pin number is correct, im able to check balance and get a mini statement but only i can't withdraw amount... Pls help to resolve my problem... Even i have used iob atm for this purpose but i couldn't withdraw cash... Only i got a slip which contained unauthorized usage and contact your branch. Pls resolve my issue or help to do further steps to clear dis issue

                        I recently conducted a transaction from my iob account number [protected] to a canara bank account[protected] via imps, but the transaction showed “technical error” and said that my transaction had failed. I transferred rs. 45840 via imps to the said account. Please take care of my request as soon as possible as it is highly urgent to get the money to the other account, and the internet connection etc were ensured to be proper from my side.

                              Why till now my account is not credited my refund amazon customer has already transferred the money to my account no [protected] and they said that to contact with IOB costomer care please credit my account soon with the amount 599 and i have so attach a screenshot which Amazon company have emailed me so please solve my problem as soon as possilbe

                                I’m a medical student studying in russia,
                                Today 12/02/2019 my mother went to the iob bank for changing an atm cards ownership which has been formerly on my fathers name to my mothers because my father is working abroad both have a joint account there, so the bank authorities told her that they could change the ownership of the atm to my mother by mailing them which should be done by my father. Like what they said my father send an email regarding the changing of atm card’s ownership. After some days they called my mother today to come and collect the atm card which is been renewed to my mothers name, and she went to the bank for collecting the atm card and the she got harassed by the bank manager there. They harassed about the request that have been sended to them saying that the english used for email was poor and ordered her to send an another email and only after that they could handover the atm card to her. Both my parents are using their account at this bank for more than 10 years nobody have been like this to them since they started their account there. I hope you understand about this situation here and take necessary action towards this manager there. And surely we will deactivate our account there and kindly make sure that no more customer should be harassed like this because of their literacy or anything and don’t make them run like this.
