They are not link my aadhaar number and mobile number in my bank account. I have already given the document of aadhaar card and fill the form but they don't link my bank account. I used my iob debit card in an atm in calicut. I tried to withdraw 1000 rs for two times and each time amount got debited from my account but cash did not dispense. After a few hours one 1000 got refunded, the other did not. Called customer care they told it would get refunded within 48 hours and it did not. My account [protected] kcc account was renewed on 21.11.2016.in my limit interest is charged extra. One of my friends having same amount limit renewed his limit in 2016 same date has charged interest rs. 420000 and my account interest charged is around 6 lakh due to system error. Please do needful to avoid turn into npa due to wrong interest....

Last Saturday(13.02.2018) I have done money transaction in city union bank ATM during this transaction I am not received money (1000 rupees)but 1000 rs debited from my account and till now money is not credited to my account.
Today morning on wards I'm continuously trying to reach customer care service but they are not responding.please try to understand customer real situation and validate this problem and give ma the correct solution....

I can't withdraw amount using my atm card... But my pin number is correct, im able to check balance and get a mini statement but only i can't withdraw amount... Pls help to resolve my problem... Today 12/02/2019 my mother went to the iob bank for changing an atm cards ownership which has been formerly on my fathers name to my mothers because my father is working abroad both have a joint account there, so the bank authorities told her that they could change the ownership of the atm to my mother by mailing them which should be done by my father. Like what they said my father send...

Sir, as i am booking train tickets through paytm using my iob debit card. I tried it 2 times. So both of times transaction got failed and money got deducted from my account. I talked to paytm customer care they told that they refund the money to iob, now iob is responsible to credit money. So i need money urgently so plz as soon as possible credit it to my account....

I try to log in my net banking id.. But that is not open.. Error came like (Your account either deactivated or locked) please solve this issue and recover my id.. Suppose my account has been deactivated because of no using.. Please recover my account... I dont know my id could not open.. Some error came like (Account deactivated or not activated).. My mother is pensioner and customer of iob bank... They are didn't sending any alerts regarding old atm cards are blocked and customers must come to bank to get new one... Without any intimation they stopped it... Once we reach the bank and ask about this issue they said if you want to get money go to some other bank that's far from our area nearly 25 kms... How is this possible then why you...
