I paid amount599 to amazon for the thing i purchased bt next day i cancel and they refund my money bt till now my accnt has not credited the amount 599 so plzz creadit my account soon with 599 or alteast inform me that how many days i have to wait foelr my money or for getting my refund back what i have to do sir please inform me i think you will soon solve my problem...

Why till now my account is not credited my refund amazon customer has already transferred the money to my account no [protected] and they said that to contact with IOB costomer care please credit my account soon with the amount 599 and i have so attach a screenshot which Amazon company have emailed me so please solve my problem as soon as possilbe

    I’m a medical student studying in russia,
    Today 12/02/2019 my mother went to the iob bank for changing an atm cards ownership which has been formerly on my fathers name to my mothers because my father is working abroad both have a joint account there, so the bank authorities told her that they could change the ownership of the atm to my mother by mailing them which should be done by my father. Like what they said my father send an email regarding the changing of atm card’s ownership. After some days they called my mother today to come and collect the atm card which is been renewed to my mothers name, and she went to the bank for collecting the atm card and the she got harassed by the bank manager there. They harassed about the request that have been sended to them saying that the english used for email was poor and ordered her to send an another email and only after that they could handover the atm card to her. Both my parents are using their account at this bank for more than 10 years nobody have been like this to them since they started their account there. I hope you understand about this situation here and take necessary action towards this manager there. And surely we will deactivate our account there and kindly make sure that no more customer should be harassed like this because of their literacy or anything and don’t make them run like this.

      Sir, as i am booking train tickets through paytm using my iob debit card. I tried it 2 times. So both of times transaction got failed and money got deducted from my account. I talked to paytm customer care they told that they refund the money to iob, now iob is responsible to credit money. So i need money urgently so plz as soon as possible credit it to my account.

        I'm sharmila from perambur i'm holding account in city union bank periyasekkadu, manali a branch i tried to withdraw amount of 1000 from indian overseas bank atm near perambur, m. H. Road, chennai on 8/2/2019 at 6.59 pm due to some problem cash didn't came from the atm but amount of 1000 has been deducted from my account. Take action immediately please refund my cash as soon as possible kindly do the need full.

            I try to log in my net banking id.. But that is not open.. Error came like (Your account either deactivated or locked) please solve this issue and recover my id.. Suppose my account has been deactivated because of no using.. Please recover my account... I dont know my id could not open.. Some error came like (Account deactivated or not activated).. I add a photo for your reference.. So please solve this issue

              getting sms for someone else's bank account

              I don't have any bank account with indian overseas bank but still i am getting sms from ad-iobchn for someone else's account activity.

              Please check the following message sent wrongly to my mobile no. [protected] and stop sending any messages to my phone no.-

                I'm from thirupathur sivaganga district
                My mother is pensioner and customer of iob bank... They are didn't sending any alerts regarding old atm cards are blocked and customers must come to bank to get new one... Without any intimation they stopped it... Once we reach the bank and ask about this issue they said if you want to get money go to some other bank that's far from our area nearly 25 kms... How is this possible then why you are provided a atm in our area... When they will resolve that atm problem.. How can we activate our new atm.... It's highly irritating by the lethargic answerin of iob bank staff members... Please do the needful for the consumers welfare

                  My sb a/c no: [protected], which was opened at chidambaram nagar branch, tuticorin.. My pension was also credited in the sb a/c. Due to deficiency of service ie., non marking of life certificate in time which caused non payment of pension in time. Hence i transferred the a/c to madurai branch which has ifsc code no ioba0001580 during 01/2018. The a/c was transferred, but my pension a/c has not been transferred to madurai branch even after a lapse of 12 months. I request that my pension a/c may please be transferred to above said madurai branch

                  I am sending letters to the branch for the past one year . the bank staff did not heed my request. I also phoned to the section staff and she says that she will transfer the pension A/C. But no action is being taken and my pension A/c is still kept at Chidambaram Nagar Branch, Tuticorin and I have to approach them for Life Certificate marking and for other functions though my SB A/C is transferred to Madurai Branch in 01/2018 itself

                    Money debited in my accout from indian overseas bank moneydebited and not credited in other account state bank account. What happen to my money.                       I have try to withdraw 6000 rs cash on 30.01.2019 at 11:38 am with my iob debit card but cash not recevied, mechine showing unable to process and then i try to withdraw but unable to press. Again i try to withdraw money sbi atm center mechine shows "sorry unable to process" but amount 6000 rs debited in my account and it was not automatically in to my account. Please look into this case seriously and help me. Please return back my money 6000 rs.

                            Please note that as per rbi guide lines, we have been issued a new atm visa card with sim on 28th. Dec, 18 by indian overseas bank, silchar branch, cachar, assam (Branch code 1460), against our salary account with the bank. But since there is not a single atm machine available in the entire town, how can we activate the new card or how to get the new atm pin. The branch manager of the bank is not at all helpful or giving any solution.
                            Request you to intervene. Similar problem is being faced by another 200 staff of our organisation. Its a serious matter.

                                Sub: reg refund not received.
                                On the 31st of december 2018 i tried to make a transaction of ₹.2297 using phonepe on ticket booking but the transaction was failed. It is going to be a month still i have not received any refund. I have already complained in my account holding bank still i haven't received my money back. I request you to help me to get refund.

                                  From my account today morning around 3:45am they just debited around 1800rs in the name of charges mi.. And today is sunday and bank will be closed.. I don't know what to do if anyone knows why the incident took place or if anyone have any solution for this problem kindly help me because i am student and this money means a lot to me. Please help me..

                                      Dear sir i went to indian overseas bank sector 15 branch to credit tax saving fixed deposit number [protected] maturity date 13/01/2019 and maturity amount rs 31211, & fixed deposit number [protected] maturity date 18/01/2019 and maturity amount rs 46816. These fd's are in joint names anisha tuteja and promila tuteja, kapil tuteja and promila tuteja respectively. These are either or survivor. First fd signed by anisha tuteja and second fd by kapil tuteja for crediting to sb account number[protected]. Concern staff refused to accept and asked to get the signed from both the fd holders, is it true. It is important to mention that i went on 25th of jan 2019 i. E after 12 and 7 days.
