This is to inform you that i have sent a cliam in the name of divya porwal for reimbursement. The claim papers were received by you on 11.12.2018. My claim settlement is taking too much time to get settled, i have called medsave's tollfree no. And got to know that my file is under investigation by doctors. It's been one month time and still the doctor's investigation is going on. Kindly update me why there is so much delay in my claim settlement and for how long this investigation will go on?
This is my humble request to you to kindly settle my claim at the earliest as it's been more than a month time period.

    I have raised the complaint id[protected] but no response either over bank or online. Bank otp is being sent to other than the registered numbers even bank employees unable to figure out how this happens.

    :" when i do any online atm debit card transaction, the otp is not being sent to my registered mob no. The otp is being sent to x9xxxx4xx2, which is not my number. Please clarify why is this happening and fix the issue?:

      my net banking account temporarily locked

      I have submitted form for net banking and my account was activated but, still i'm not able to access the net banking services (It replies your account has been temporarily locked) but it was my first time but the system replies "your maximum entry been completed pls try tomorrow", my password was correct pls kindly do the needful.       Hi, I was in an atm in Delhi trying to withdraw cash. But the cash of Rs. 2000 came out n went back in immediately. I complained to my branch bank in Guwahati. They said IOB was having some technical glitch due to which this happened. This incident happened in the month of December 2017. And till date I haven't received my refund. Nor the customer care neither my branch people respond to my issue.

        On 15.12.2018 my SA No.[protected] with Tower bank IFSC IOBA0000475 was debited with Rs.997 with narration "PayTM PB5060304".As this debit is not belonging to me I visited the bank and gave written complaint on 7.1.19.
        As the the amount is yet to be credited to my Ac.I request you to look into the matter immediately and inform me your action.

            My a/c statement is not showing any credited amount by amazon but amazon status says that it has been credited to your bank a/c. Kindly solve the same.
            Amazon has initiated the amount on 11 january and they said if the credit is not transferred to u after 16 jan then contact to the credit /debit card provider. So please kindly solve with the problem.

            i made a visit to the branch and also contacted amazon customer service meanwhile i reached their they asked me a/c no. to check the status nd their they said u have been transferred the money just few hours ago.then i too checked my balance was credited.thank u so mch..

            Indian overseas bank fairlands branch. ATM AMC charges 177 rupees. Three times amount has been debited. Why amount debited multiple times. Please take necessary steps to repay the amount debited.

              Dear sir,
              Recently i had closed my current account (A/c no.-[protected]) in your bank iob, branch - sector-9, rohini, delhi. A sum of rs.590 had been deducted for bank closure charges, i was a account holder in ur bank since 2013, so, i dont think that i need to paid any kind of account closure charges. If i hold the account for lesser period like 3-6 month then this kind of charges can be understoodable but in reality its being 6 years till now so this kind of charges is irrelevant charges, forcely inducing me to pay.
              I want refund of this charges to my saving a/c no-[protected]
              Kindly do something in this regards.

                  deduction of money rs.177 four times

                  Respected sir/madam,
                  Yesterday and today 5.28pm I received yesterday 3 consequent messages with in 5 minutes of interval stating RS.177 is debited from my bank account.and today one time at same time RS.177 is debited from my bank account.and my debit card blocked today.i don't know what's going on.i want the reason and also my money back otherwise I will cancel my account from yesterday and today I was called IOB customer service...

                  My problem is, rupees 177 deducted from my account 3 times with same reason "DEBIT CARD" when i contact your customer care they told me its annual maintenance charge but its deducted 3 times so contact your home brance. No support provided by customer care number.

                      rs. 177 debited three times in 5 minutes gap by anonymous person.

                      Just one hour before I received 3 consequent messages with 5 minutes of interval stating Rs. 177 is debited from my bank account. And I'm damn sure the card is with me and no one other than ne know tha secret code. And with no other go, I took all the money I had in the nearby ATM with few minutes of time.. And now I request you to help me finding solution for this issue. Is this an hacking of account or some technical issue. Let me know...

                      I was doing payment through internet mobile app (Vortex netsol). While making payment amount got deducted but transaction failed. The amount was 5990rs. Mode of payment - net banking. I have attached screen shot of transaction.

                      Today 177rs 3 times debited from my iob account..I don't know what is going on..I want clear information about this..I need my money to be refunded..Why it is happening without any instructions?The bank should take action and provide information about this reduction of money from my account..Reply me as soon as possible..
                      On 24.12.18 two unauthorized debit of Rs.3500/- & Rs.3000/-in my SB.[protected].These two transactions were made on 18.12.18 for which Debits & credits are made in my A/C.What you have made on 24.12.18 was wrong. So please refund & credit the amount in my A/C.at the earliest.I have two ECs on 28th inst.

                        My recent transaction at fbb-injambakkam, chennai branch and after purchasing i tried paying through my old visa debit card, tried for two times and so the amount has debited both times from my account as rs.1049 each transaction, to the total amount of rs 2098 and the transaction failed. But amount got debited in my account and have posted the image below.
                        Henceforth i look forward to the amount to be credited back to my account, the least sooner possible.

                              On 29/12/2018 evening 4.42pm i use my debit card for the purchase of ₹3400 diesel at pos k srinivasa iyengar & madurai. Even the transaction is failed but ₹3400 is deducted from my account and which is not refund to my account.

                                I booked a ticket today[protected] in kamayani express through irctc app. But it the end of the transaction on the irctc it portal showed pending from bank end, but in actual the amount was debited from my bank account.
