Respected sir/madam,
Yesterday and today 5.28pm I received yesterday 3 consequent messages with in 5 minutes of interval stating RS.177 is debited from my bank account.and today one time at same time RS.177 is debited from my bank account.and my debit card blocked today.i don't know what's going on.i want the reason and also my money back otherwise I will cancel my account from yesterday and today I was called IOB customer service...

It is not reachable and busy state.
From that i was very disappointed and it was hurting so much.

Just one hour before I received 3 consequent messages with 5 minutes of interval stating Rs. 177 is debited from my bank account. And I'm damn sure the card is with me and no one other than ne know tha secret code. And with no other go, I took all the money I had in the nearby ATM with few minutes of time.. And now I request you to help me finding solution for this issue. Is this an hacking of account or some technical issue. Let me know...

I was doing payment through internet mobile app (Vortex netsol). While making payment amount got deducted but transaction failed. The amount was 5990rs. Mode of payment - net banking. I have attached screen shot of transaction.

Hello sir/ma'am,
My recent transaction at fbb-injambakkam, chennai branch and after purchasing i tried paying through my old visa debit card, tried for two times and so the amount has debited both times from my account as rs.1049 each transaction, to the total amount of rs 2098 and the transaction failed. But amount got debited in my account and have posted the image below.
Henceforth i look forward to the amount to be credited...

On 29/12/2018 evening 4.42pm i use my debit card for the purchase of ₹3400 diesel at pos k srinivasa iyengar & madurai. Even the transaction is failed but ₹3400 is deducted from my account and which is not refund to my account.
I request you to recover the faulty deducted amount to my account as soon as possible

I am getting my central civil pension under ppo no:[protected] in iob s. B a/c no [protected] at tuticorin iob branch. The a/c has been transferred to madurai bye pass road branch iob, having ifsc code no: 1580. Now the life certificate is being marked by tuticorin iob as my pension a/c is being maintained in the computer system of tuticorin branch only. Madurai branch computer did not show my name in the pensioners' list and as such...

I did not got my refund on my bank account as i had ordered two products from two different websites which are shein and amazon. Amazon initiated the refund on 23/10/2018 with referral id 157219 and amount 1795 and shein initiated the refund on 5/10/2018 with referral id[protected] and amount 884. Please do somthing with this. Its been more than 2 months....

This is mohammad sayeed akhter and i visited on 18/12/2018 to gopal ganj (Bihar) iob branch where is my nri account, i got my debit card but i didn't get atm pin, manager told me that it will come later by post but 17 days have gone still i didn't get my atm pin.
Please check it and take necessary action.

My account has been charged 118 rs. Four times in last 3 days. It had never happened in the past, and all of a sudden without informing how it could be deducted???

And what are these charges actually??? I want it to be reversed.

The branch manager confirmed that the 3 entries belong to debut card maintainence charged till fy18-19 and the next day again the charges had been deducted. Is this a joke?...

I have got education loan of rs 48, 000 per year for 3years, totally as rs 1, 44, 000. I have repaid more than 1lac as of now. But i didn't receive any amount as subsidy except rs 2, 243.37 on 21/02/2018. I have submitted all the necessary documents along with an income certificate also.
