refund of failed transaction

Hello, i am a customer of iob bank. Recently two of my transactions have failed but the amount got credited from my account. I inquired with the payment partner and they said that they have not received the amount from the bank. So kindly look into this and refund the debited amount at the earliest.

interest rate not corrected

The interest rate which was fixed @ 7.75% is still not corrected, the emi scheduled was for 120 months and have already paid 174 installment about 54 emi excess as per emi scheduled because the bank is charging wrong rate of interest.
This case is followed with bank last 3 years upto their regional manager but till date this has been not resolved only assuring that it will be done. I have made numbers of complaint to the bank in this...

money deducted, payment failure

I am sankarsan achari having a/c - [protected]. I faced a problem on 25/11/18 while doing transaction through net banking. The amount have been deducted from my account but the reciver did not recive the amount and payment failure

service in a particular iob bank.

Regarding iob bank - kurunthencode branch., kanyakumari district.
The service for the customers is very worst, they have different reasons for their worst service. Network problem, less man power, system problem, etc...
For printing a passbook they have no time and no manpower., and they have a problematic printing machine too.

For a signature of confirmation of my account in that bank they ask to pay some amount.,...

employee are not responsive

Your employees are not responsive and they are behaving badly, a customer can be irritated by telling them to wait for 1 hour only to receive the debit card and after watching them it seems that they are doing the work of those who are coming late, what about early comers?
Also they have no manners.
My account no is 158 and very soon i am going to close my account....

atm withdrawal amount not received, but detected in my account

term deposit

I deposited rs 40000 to sangita mukherjee, cleck of lake town-dumdum park branch of indian over seas for term deposit. But she did not give me the certificate of the term deposit and also harassing me to give the certificate saying that certificate is not ready and come another day. Whenever i go to the branch she told me to come to another day or staff is not present or bank manager did not come.

It is s n jha my account no..1287 is holding at iob shivalik nagar i had a fd of rs 5000/- at 2015 for six month which applied by net option and further talked to iob excecutives many time to recurring deposit and i was confirmed for that. But when i checked my fd of rs 5000/- yesterday and asked for my money transfer to my original account it was the same amount only of rs. 5000/.
