          I have made an imps transfer from my iob account to an sbi account on[protected]. The money is deducted from my account but it is not yet credited in the sbi account. I think the internet got timed out. There was some some failure message on the screen. I couldn't copy it and i don't remember it now. I would like to receive the refund of the amount, back into my account.

          The branch is never found in the branch and it does not come before 12 o'clock, but at the time of 10 o'clock, the staff speaks that the visit has gone.The ATM of the outside branch of the branch has turned out to be 2 years old.

              Sir i p rajeev kumar have sb account in your bank (Indian overseas bank, ashoka road, mysore 570001, karnataka ifsc ioba0000061) and my account number is [protected], (Sb account) i have visited your bank on 28.11.18 for account opening of my son, i asked the staff member to give savings account application. He told me to come tomorrow again i visited on 29.11.18 and ask for application he said come after 10 days i have been shock and requested him to give application today suddenly he started shouting thereafter one more staff member came and said get out from the bank you will not get the application.
              Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Please provide me the paper rolls for above pos terminal tid no. 4112619M attached to current a/c -[protected] at earliest. Despite requesting through sms service from registered mobile no. [protected] i have not been issued paper rolls .

                Regarding my txn no -1. Ecom-bharti airtel limited mumbai in-v[protected],

                3. Ctrus-[protected][protected]@869849 for recharge rs.1000 for three times my airtel sim through iob internet banking by use airtel app.

                But problem txn failed due technical issue from airtel side for above first two txn (V[protected], v[protected] and i received message from airtel your txn failed. But third txn was successful ([protected][protected]@869849) for your reference i attached airtel message, pls see the attchment.

                I already spoke to airtel customer care, they told your amount sent to bank. If not credit your amount still in merchant side. So they told conduct your bank with below acquirer reference number, (Arn[protected]v[protected], 20181109v[protected].

                So pls check above issue as soon as possible.

                Regarding my shipment still not received from indian post.Somany time I sent mail to chennai head post office.No responsible as per attachment.

I inquired with the payment partner and they said that they have not received the amount from the bank. So kindly look into this and refund the debited amount at the earliest.

                    The interest rate which was fixed @ 7.75% is still not corrected, the emi scheduled was for 120 months and have already paid 174 installment about 54 emi excess as per emi scheduled because the bank is charging wrong rate of interest.
                    This case is followed with bank last 3 years upto their regional manager but till date this has been not resolved only assuring that it will be done. I have made numbers of complaint to the bank in this regards and even banking ombudsman also has been given written complaint at least one month back, and bank also has debited rs. 28317/- on 31.03.2014 this amount also still not reverse by bank, however they said it is some mistake and will be reversed.
                    Bank only lingering the facts and do not take action against the complaints which is being regularly submitting to them.
                    It is a great laps on bank side that even the interest rate agreement is with them and have been again submitted by me also for rectification at the earliest.
                    Your are requested to kindly take the necessary action and to resolve the issue immediately is pending since long. I shall be highly thankful for your help.

I have balance in my account around. 7, 300 rs but my card is not getting cash. Pls help me. I will try to withdraw in atm there is balance enquire option is working but withdrew is not working.

                          My ATM card is not working properly. It was working when i select balance enquire.. But it is not working withdrew option. Please help me sir. Iam working in chennai. My account is in andra pradesh so i can't visit to my home branch as this moment.

                              Regarding iob bank - kurunthencode branch., kanyakumari district.
                              The service for the customers is very worst, they have different reasons for their worst service. Network problem, less man power, system problem, etc...
                              For printing a passbook they have no time and no manpower., and they have a problematic printing machine too.

                              For a signature of confirmation of my account in that bank they ask to pay some amount., when i raise a question why., they tell we put signature and seal, so u need to pay.

                              First time am hearing such a worst reply from a managar of a nationalized bank.

                              This is not happening now, from the day i opened the account., it's the same...
                              But we got no options., this is the only bank we have in our village.

                              Please do the needful.

                              I book my ticket money was deducted but ticket not booked kindly refund my money I also check from jet airways. I book my ticket on 06oct. Refund amt is 6395/-

                                Your employees are not responsive and they are behaving badly, a customer can be irritated by telling them to wait for 1 hour only to receive the debit card and after watching them it seems that they are doing the work of those who are coming late, what about early comers?
                                Also they have no manners.
                                My account no is 158 and very soon i am going to close my account.

                                  I am not receiving OTP while trying to do my transaction. What can I do? I tried calling to branch and they said there are no issues. Hope there will be a solution given
