Your employees are not responsive and they are behaving badly, a customer can be irritated by telling them to wait for 1 hour only to receive the debit card and after watching them it seems that they are doing the work of those who are coming late, what about early comers?
Also they have no manners.
My account no is 158 and very soon i am going to close my account.

    I am not receiving OTP while trying to do my transaction. What can I do? I tried calling to branch and they said there are no issues. Hope there will be a solution given

      I had booked my cylinder in bharat gas online booking on 05.07.2018 and I made payment through my IOB DEBIT CARD. AMOUNT Rs.794 debited from my account.But when cylinder was delivered the distributor bring the cash voucher and collected from me.Distributor told we have not received any cash details from our head for online booking.kindly enquire this issue to get my amount.thank you.my account no is [protected].iob thiruppugazh.sivagangai district

        I have a savings account in indian overseas bank, thiruppuvanam, branch code 0528, sivagangai district, tamilnadu. I used my rupay card to withdraw rs.500 in sbi atm, thiruppuvanam bazaar and bus stand on 18.11.18 nearly 6.15 p. M. But i can't receive the amount due to technical problems. But amount deducted from my account. Kindly take the necessary steps to recover my amount. Thank you.

          I deposited rs 40000 to sangita mukherjee, cleck of lake town-dumdum park branch of indian over seas for term deposit. But she did not give me the certificate of the term deposit and also harassing me to give the certificate saying that certificate is not ready and come another day. Whenever i go to the branch she told me to come to another day or staff is not present or bank manager did not come.
          I want my certificate as early as possible.

            My name is sudip roy. My acc no-[protected]' i did a money transfer of amount 7198 to sbi bank with neft in 19/11/18. I get receipt. But the money is still now not credited in my sbi acc. Please take necessary action. That the money credited to sbi acc immediately. I have urgently needed this. Why are this problem. I did not face this type of problems with any bank. Please process my money immediately to my sbi acc. Thank you

                Dear sir
                It is s n jha my account no..1287 is holding at iob shivalik nagar i had a fd of rs 5000/- at 2015 for six month which applied by net option and further talked to iob excecutives many time to recurring deposit and i was confirmed for that. But when i checked my fd of rs 5000/- yesterday and asked for my money transfer to my original account it was the same amount only of rs. 5000/.
                When i asked it from bank manager he simply replied that your fd has not given in recurring process and i cant do anything for it.. And flatly denied to further proceed.

                Hope you will take seriously this matter to give my balance amount with penalty in 7 seven day. After that it will assume that no one in your bank is serious for banking and i will free to take further action to viral this mail on social media, rbi and other suitable plate form.

                    refund of money debited through online banking

                    Yesterday[protected], around 8.30p. M. I have booked the tickets costs 505/- to a cinema through ticketnew online app, the amount for that has been debited from my account but i didn't get any kind of confirmation messages from the respective team, and i got the message of debit from iob. Till now, i didn't get back my money credited to my account. Kindly, do the helpful and refund my money....

                      I have closed my education loan last year, but post closure my cbil score is not updated. So its affecting my credit score and other loan processing as well.

                      Its very unfortunate that, credit score is not reflected after closing my loan account 11 months back. Hope its banks responsibility to update cibil frequently.

                      Five months back i have visited the branch but not seeing any updates/action from them.

                      Moreover, i had only one education loan, but in cibil its updated as 2 separate loans.

                        My name is chandramohan b, i have an indian overseas bank account in town branch pondicherry. Recently i have been getting an sms from my bank stating money being debited. But, who's debiting it. Yesterday 2.30pm its coming 15 sms and debited more than 500 rs. All without my knowledge. Since i am working daily basic and though they are just minimal amounts. I am still concerned about it. I even tried calling iob customer service, but there's no response from their end. Please help

                          I am a client of your bank for the past thirty years and hold a savings account in your chennampatti branch.in 1999 december i got a tractor loan by submitting my land documents through chennampatti branch and submitted my documents in erode regional office. As usually I have downloaded my monthly statement and found that some one hacked my account on[protected] and transferred of Rs. 20, 217.00 to hdfclife with out my knowledge & authenticate. I think Bank Officials are responsible for fraud, because for this transaction i've not received any message on my mobile or email nor asked for OTP. So pl. Help me and do the needful to refund my amount.

                                    Hi, i did imps transaction on 05/nov/2018 from indian overseas bank savings account a/c no: [protected] to sbi account, amount rs 39000/-, amount debited immediately, but not credited to sbi account. I tried to reach customer care no [protected] many times, but no response.

                                    Please check and credit the amount to iob account.
