I am a client of your bank for the past thirty years and hold a savings account in your chennampatti branch.in 1999 december i got a tractor loan by submitting my land documents through chennampatti branch and submitted my documents in erode regional office. Again i got a crop loan (No :[protected] with the same document submitted to you, after four years i completed the tractor loan but i didn’t got the documents due to crop loan, in the last year (08.03.2017) i completed the crop loan through “lok adalat” but they didn’t return my land documents.
We requested the chennampatti bank branch manager to return my documents for many times, but he didn’t give my documents to me, he just ask me to come afterwards for many times.
Then i am send a register post to chennampatti branch manager regarding my documents to return, but i got no response from him abount my request. (I have attached the soft copy of the letter and the acknowledgement of receiving letter, form the branch manager)

Last 13.11.2018 I did one you transferred through Google pay app reference no[protected] debited my account but not credited opposite and also not refunded my account
