On 13th october, around 5 - 5.30 am i tried to withdraw amount from atm machine but amount did not dispense from machine but deducted from account. I informed the same to bank people through customer care number and i have also provided letter to the manager (Iob bank ammapalayam branch tirupur) regarding this. It has been almost 10days since the complaint was raised but money did not credit back.

    Why no body is bothering about this atm.
    The branch officials are not at all interested in solving this problem.. if the atm cant be repaired . Then why not close the atm . [censored]... ...

      Its been 10 days now that i made my sbi credit card payment thru iob visa debit card details but the transaction got declined and the amount of rs. 58459 was deducted on 12th of october 2018 and is still not reverted. I've called the bank's helpline number 36 times and i also tried calling to the iob head office no. [protected] / 70 but the line is always busy. I'm really worried about the money because i need that money urgently.

      Please do the needful asap.

        I tried to change my mobile number linked with my account. They gave me a form and i filled it and i got all sms alerts to that number. But when i try to register for internet banking it shows mobile number is not registered with cns. I have gone to bank many times regarding this query but they are not providing any value information. So i need to know what i should do to get registered for internet banking. And also i am not able to link my bank account in any upi supporting applications. So kindly look into that too.

          This is my experience regarding the refund of the amount of rs 50 to my mother's iob bank account [protected]. As per mail from paytm, the following are the details of the transaction,

          I will avoid using iob netbanking and paytm also. Paytm was not supposed to refund the amount instead refund it to my paytm account.
          I had dropped an email and send couple of remainders to iob and paytm, it has been 14 days till now. I still did not get the amount refunded. Please kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

            I'm the normal citizen of india. I want to know that employee of iob bank which is located in trichy why not using the lot of techinal. Updates in real world. For example for simple. Passbook print we have to. Wait for 4 pm and passbook kiosk also not working. Employes of the branch are not sitting in thier respective seats so people's are hanging around the bank. Last but not least the bank is for people or for what else.

            Employees of iob bank please update to current technology and save the people's time. It's very valuable one.

            All my phone number and card number is correct but also I m recieving error in my transactions only in google pay and Uber eats so kindly look into it as soon as possible.

              I have try to withdraw 10000 rs cash on 19.10.2018 at 11:09 pm in bahour iob atm with my corporation bank debit card but cash not recevied, mechine showing unable to process and then i try to withdraw but unable to press. But amount 10000 rs debited in my account and it was not automatically in to my account. Please look into this case seriously and help me. Please return back my money 10000 rs.

              Ticket booked on 3 October 2018 but the Transaction failed and refund not yet credited to the bank account, Customer care said it to be stuck in the gateway. The bank should look after the matter.
              NO one is responding to Banks Customer care number.

                I opened iob savings account on 27th August 2018. I applied for debit card on 31st August. I received the debit card on 19th September 2018. I went to bank for card activation. But the ATM said that the card was authorized. The branch said that you have given a different mobile number. So I gave my new mobile number. After giving my new number, I didn't receive the one time password. When I contact the helpline, they're not answering.

                      Our savings bank account with your bank is [protected]. We could not operate our account from 29.05.2017 to 30.09.2018 as the entire money that we kept in our account was debited for minimum balance charges. Again our fate started on 01.10.2018. We approached the bank and paid rs. 120/- as fine to get our account activated. And so far we deposited rs. 4500/- till 8.10.2018. However an amount of rs. 1765.06/ - has been debited from my account by the bank as minimum balance charges. We really fear that how come we keep money in your bank in a safe manner if you go on debiting the deposited amount and bring the balance to minimum balance status and exorbitantly charge for it.
                      We would like to have clarification regarding the following.
                      1. How much amount should we pay for to bring our account to normal position?
                      2. What is the minimum balance and the minimum balance charges?
                      3. Shall we keep our account alive or to close it to stop debiting amount for exorbitant minimum charges which is debited continuously from our account without our knowledge?
                      Kindly let us get the problem solved or close our account and let us be peaceful.

                        Had made a Google play recharge of Rs 5000 via PayTM. The recharge was not successful, however, the money was debited from my IOB account. Upon further inquiry with paytm, they assured me that the money would he refunded by 7-10 days tops. I did not receive any refund.

                        After subsequent communication with PayTM, they generated a refund reference number as proof and showed that they had transferred the money to IOB and it was...

                        Iob, kamalgazi branch code no is 2297 where service is becoming poor day by day dor 3 to 4 months. You have deployed new manager but service is poor, for last 6 months atm with the bank was out of order, no action being taken. I have received new debit card, not being able to activate. Other atm is not avl near by.
                        I hv invested lot of money in fd in this branch being satisfied with this branch
                        3 to 4 years ago. Now it is in bad shape.

                          i have used an atm in akola and made a withdrawal of Rs 300, but then i recieved a message from iob bank that amount of Rs 423 have been deducted from account of which i have sent screenshot,

                              I am having an account in iob bank, bhavnagar branch, the atm of the bank is always closed so we have to withdraw money from different bank atms.

                              On[protected] at atm - sbi-dadasa at 22:57:07, i tried to withdraw an amount of 10, 000 but the transaction was not completed and my account was debited by 10, 000 so again i tried to withdraw the same amount in same atm at 22:58:20 and this time transaction was completed and my account was again debited by 10, 000 but my first transaction amount which was incomplete the debited amount was not credited back.

                              So on[protected], i gave a written complaint to iob bank, bhavnagar branch then after so many days gone i always call them but they are not giving me any correct answer they are only saying that atm is not of our branch that is sbi atm we have sent the complaint to them they are not answering.

                              10, 000 is a very big amount for me and, it is 3 months gone and i have not got my money back.

                              So sir please do needful on the above-said matter, for reference i have attached screenshot of the message came during the transaction on mobile.

                                      Dear sir / madam,

                                      This is to bring to your notice that my gas subsidies are getting credited to airtel payment bank which we haven't availed for. Despite repeated complaints in both iob and airtel representatives. Airtel categorically said they have re-directed the same to the bank, but again its going to my airtel bank account. I maintain sb account in mmda nagar branch since 1990 and the employees have been very co-operative in this particular activity. We have a strong feeling that iob system has problem in this particular system. Despite, repeated cancellation and re-activation of my aadhar card, am still having problem. This is really annoying, am planning to sue both iob and airtel for such an irresponsible system that they have. They both totally wasting our time, material and energy.
