This is upasna bhusal on 30.6.18 i tried to withdraw rs 8000 from atm but the cash was not dispensed but amount debited from my account. Same amount got recredited on 2.7.18. But again on 10.7.18 rs. 8000 got debited from my account unnecessarily from indian overseas bank. I have complained twice to the bank but to no avail and the complaint has been rejected. I don't know what to do. Please do the needful at the earliest so that i will get my money back. My account no. Is 19139 in indian overseas bank

    Dear sir.
    M account holder of iob cmri branch kolkata my account number[protected] i m complaind 2 months before that my card was regenereted its not working they told applied for new card now they told my account in ballygaunj branch. And applied to transfer in cmri, already applied for transfer but two week gone but they didnt work on my complaiend m totaly stagnent because my all work pending.

    I have recharge my mobile by internet banking but in my account amount is debited but recharges is not successful and my amount is not credit till now.

    And I have called IOB Customer care for last two day but no is pick up the call

      I hv sb ac having ac no [protected]. I hv made online transaction for online payment by debit card to make payment to myntra. But due to some reason i returned the product.

      They have initiated returned in march 2018 detail of which is given below but i m yet to receive payment

        maintenance charges

        I have been charged an amount of almost 700 rs for not maintaining minimum balance, perambur branch people don't inform customers about minimum balance as well as charges applied, when i asked them about so much charges they said it's computerized, i was not informed about so many charges as well as minimum balance, around 118 rs was deducted from my account for every month and over all at a shot 669 rs was deducted....

        My name is G. Phani madhavi with saving account no. [protected] .

        On 23rd july 2018 i have seen some unfamiliar translations like ECOM-APPL Itunes bill and ECOM-DB INTERNET BERLIN and the amount is debited from my account it will be around Rs 7552.84 . I don't have any apple products with me and neither do i have done any purchase or any kind of activity on 23rd july 2018.

        I request please look into this issue and do me favor to return my money into my account
        .

        There is no way to get my status update even i called to my branch and they said we wil receive update as SMS .

        tried calling to tool free no. [protected] and they said they don't have any access to check my complaint, asked me to contact branch .

          Sir, while withdrawing money from indian overseas bank atm power got off due to which money got stuck in it, but the amount was deducted from my account.
          So please consider this complaint as soon as possible and solve th problem.

            My account have been used by some fraud people today on 1/08/18 and they have debited 13030₹ from my account (5000, 4000, 4000 & 30).
            They called me & asked for my debit card details& i gave them bymistake.

              I have made a bill payment by using my debit card bearing no 6521*7017 on 26th july at 11.23 am amount 567 for bsnl landline bill. Its showing a failed transaction yet the amount got debited from my saving a/c. Thereafter i made another transaction on 29th july at 02.06pm (With the same purpose bsnl bill of rs 567). On both the occasion the amount is debited from the account but the bsnl payment portal showing failed transaction. So please do the needful at the earliest.

                This is stanley from thanjavur having account in iob bank south main street branch for a long period there is no proper response in our branch all the time even for my mother who is senior citizen today just few min before i went and asked for internet banking application form which is comman in all department he was on the phone while i am asking he replied k have to apply that through online i asked him for the website which i have to apply for it. He was so careless and replied in a worst manner to enquire somewhere else.

                  My name is n. Asokan account no:[protected], i deposited matured li c sum of 1lakhs plus the sirkali branch, my passbook up-date shows a sum
                  206575.10 when updated on 05/08/2016. When i went to claim my money my account is closed. My money is missing, the manager claimed the money has been to reserve bank of india, why must they send my money to reserve bank of india, without notifying me. I suspect the money stolen. Every i ask them they claim the reserve bank of india has not returned the money.

                    I have using IOB bank SB account AC No: [protected]. Yesterday (29/7/18) morning was debited for ₹1000 amount in my account. Hence I visited to branch office to check for that. But not providing correct reasons for same. Kindly help and resolve the same.

                    Sir my iob saving bank account [protected] in my account deduction of sms charges 4 times in a one month first on 15 july rs 17.70 deduct for sms charges
                    Second on 29 july 2018 rs 17.69 deduct
                    And same date
                    Rs 17.70 deduct
                    Same date rs 21.48 rs deduct
                    I want to know what is this you are fraud with customers refund my hard earned money you are making fool custmers i take legal action against it very soon

                      I am s. Ramamoorthi retaired iob. Senior manager from g. Asalai branch kumbakonam. I closed all my loan accounts except one education loan during my retairment from service ie.31.5.16. But surprised to note that my cibil report shows 11 accounts are alive.
                      Because of this my rating is coming down. I don't know why these loans showing active status even after closure of the loans. Whether the accounts are not yet closed even after shows 0 balance or iob not reported even after 2years? Kindly verify and rectify. My staff roll no was12883.

                        I am chetan gupta
                        I have an issue from last 1 year.
                        I opened a account in your bank
                        I lost my debit card and i complained and blocked my debit and sumbit a application for reissue a debit card then i received a new debit card but atm card not work show an error with response code 077 invalid transaction.
                        Then i complained in bank but never get debit card
                        I try to reissue atm card but i still not get my atm card.
                        I complained 5-10 time in costumer care services and also mailed many time.
                        But never get response.

                        I also sumbit application for close my bank account but my account is still open.

                        Your service is bad, i request you close my account or provide me a debit card.

                        Hope i got response from you.

                          (06/07/2018) i was trying to withdraw cash from atm at mudangiar road, rajapalayam (Sbi atm) atm, during the process i received no cash. Rs.2000 amount is debited from my account. Kindly rectify the problem at the earliest. (A/c no [protected]) account holder name : t. Selva sundar. I already submit complaint letter to my (Rajapalayam branch) bank on 09.07.2018 but till now amount not credited to my account.

                                My friend transfered me an amount of ₹500 via phonepe app.! Amount had debited from his acc bt it hadnt credited in my acc.! Bt the app had shown that the transaction is successful.! Please fix asap.! Am having the proof for the money that had not been credited yet.! The transaction shows that the money had been credited to my acc on 20 july 2018.!

                                  Im jibi thomas, holding iob account in kerala - my account detail has been protected .Complaint has been raised to iob manager, kallooppara
                                  There was a fraud act - account hackering happened in my local sb account on july 5 th 2018.An amount of 13000/- has been deducted without my knowledge.
                                  Im residing in dubai and my net banking was inactive for a long time and just 2 weeks back i activated. And when i opened my net banking account i was shocked to see this amount was withdrawn from canara bank, kohima, nagaland.

                                  I have asked for six months statement for my SB Ac 1911. Indira Nagar Adyar branch. I was surprised to note that my Ac is debited with ₹256/- just for two pages stamens. Is it fair?
