I have made a bill payment by using my debit card bearing no 6521*7017 on 26th july at 11.23 am amount 567 for bsnl landline bill. Its showing a failed transaction yet the amount got debited from my saving a/c. Thereafter i made another transaction on 29th july at 02.06pm (With the same purpose bsnl bill of rs 567). I am s. Ramamoorthi retaired iob. Senior manager from g. Asalai branch kumbakonam. I closed all my loan accounts except one education loan during my retairment from service ie.31.5.16. But surprised to note that my cibil report shows 11 accounts are alive.
