My name is john praneeth and i hold an account in iob bank, saifabad branch, hyderabad.
A month ago, i wrote a letter requesting for a cheque book and i submitted to an employee named umesh.

15 days later, i took a leave from my office and i went to collect the cheque book, the person named umesh says that no letter has been submitted for the request of chequebook issue and replied harshly. That resulted one wastage of my leave.

i took a step ahead and met bank manager and told the thing that has happened. With the intervene of bank manager, umesh checked for my request letter and he found it, which was very irresponsible for his position. I wrote a complaint letter in written format to the head office and no action had been taken till date.

This was the second incident in our family.
I don’t think umesh has to respond so harsh with each and everyone.
We are 3 members in the family, and we hold three accounts in this bank with pretty huge amount, and we wanted to shift all the amount to different bank, but manager convinced us not to transfer our account.

Please consider this request and take necessary action on the person named umesh.

    I have not been receiving any otp when i am trying to use their net banking and calling them has never worked and it has been a frustrating experience trying to get in touch with the customer care or helpline it used to work fine and i don't know what happened these days maybe the bank is so in need of money it doesn't let its users to spend their own money at their time of need this and the worst part is the net banking says use resend otp if you did not receive one but the resend otp option is not even hi lighting, proud of being an iob customer

    what is the name of the branch ... it used to be vadapalani branch but it has been closed now and it does not take vadapalani for branch name and i have tryied typing IOB in caps as the page suggests but now the drop down icon in the second colum does not seem to work im really happy to be a customer of this bank do i need to say more are you serious
    What do you mean by resolved? The OTP resend link is nowhere seen even today? Hell...

      @IOBIndia As a indian army col, class 1 gazetted officer I requested for a small amount loan of 2 lakh but they want guarnter worst bank . Get merged . Atleast it will save some taxpayers money. Bank loan of 2 lakh denied whose sarary u r taking for past 10 yrs. Shame.

        Dear sir,
        On april 21st 2018, i tried to do a recharge of amount 225rs and the recharge got cancelled but the amount got debited from my bank account. Then i got a mail from paytm that the debited amount of failed recharge will be refunded. Till now i didn't get the refunded amount in my bank account. I made a complaint to paytm and they told me they refunded it successfully to my bank. They gave a ref. No. 74766518111815538298206 as a proof. Please help.

          Or i am unable to receive fund transfer within india - from other bank to my account in iob teynampet. Previously i use to transfer out and receive inward transfer to my savings account number :[protected]. The last transaction amount that came in to my account was on 9th jan 2018 for 31700 rupees
          I would like to know why all of sudden money cant be transferred to my nri account. Plse reply asap. My only source to deposit fund is via fund transfer

              Morining of 11th april i tried to withdraw a sum of 10000 rupee from lakshmi vilas bank, first time i withdrawn the money and second time i didn't receive the amount but the amount got debited from account and revived code as 65. I have undergone same issue earlier, the amount was sent to me back through reverse atm. This time i wanted to bring it to your notice about the same, am attaching you the cash withdrawal slip for your reference. I have registered the complaint earlier with bank, there is no proper response from the bank every day my grandfather is visiting the bank, without crediting the amount they have given a slip as complaint closed. They do not respond to mail too, its really frustrating about your service

                Dear sir,

                Sub: ngo - fcra account amount not credited & unable to unfreeze - so far– regarding

                We have a sb account in your iob, thiruthuraipundi (Branch code: 0894, thiruvarur district) branch on our organization name. The account number is [protected]. It is fcra account since 2000. Now and then, we receive grant from abroad.
                Meanwhile, we have received a grant of rs.50, 4, 050 (Rupees five lakh four thousand and fifty only) from aims india foundation, usa for a renovation of a tank for farmers. The amount not credited in the above said account and returned. No reason said by the banks so far.

                We have completed all as per fcra rule. No any documents pending so far with fcra ministry.
                We have given email to you two months back. You also did not solve this problem. When i call your people say that it is to be solved by the ranch. Branch manager saaid, it is to be ddone by central office.
                No remady wasgiven for the past four months.
                I wish to clear the problem immediately or i need noc from the bank to close the account immediately.
                I hope you will understand our pain and you will solve it immediately.
                Please call and ask the problem with manager of thiruthuraipundi and solve it. Or otherwise, please give a reply in a line of your position on our request.

                  Net banking transaction for rs.708 was made on 20/04/2018 in favour tikona internet service provider and transaction was failed. The matter was communicated by letter dt 24.04.2018 after waiting 4 days in anticipation of reversal from bank end. It is most unfortunate and disgusted service from your side that your concerned branch had no initiative to reolve the issue in spite of reminders personally.

                  So finally, i was compelled to intimate you, westing my valuable professional time, to take immediate steps to resolve the issue within 48 hrs, failing to which i will take up the matter before rbi, kolkata to look into the matter.

                    I'm from oomatchikulam in madurai district place. I had lost my money in oomatchikulam iyyer bangalo area atm center. The day before yesterday i went to debit note the money 300 but at last minute the power off in that atm so my money was stucked on the machine but i had message from bank you are debited 300 rupees. I don't get any statement slip on the atm center, still i didn't get the money. Please refund my money 300rupees back to my account.

                      I have withdrawal the money in hdfc [protected]@ saturday but i am iob customer. I have withdrawal 20k twice 10k.in the atm i have received the money 8k+8k total 16k due to the lack ok money 4k. Already i have give a complaint. They told me the money will be refundable within 48 hours till now i have not received the money. So kindly refund the money as soon as possible

                              Very irresponsible response to our pmay which our prim minister announced.

                              My name is nirmala k and have availed housing loan in the following
                              A/c no:[protected] and requested for pmay interest subsidy. But till date nothing has come out no response from mrs meenakshi madam, nor the manager. Even if she picks up the phone she is not abruptly leaving the phone without answering me. It seems meenakshi madam is retiring in may. Mamager shrithi vinayagar promised my father that he will take action within 2 days. But 10 days has passed. When inquired about ed mail id no one is giving it. Can you please send it to mail id [protected]@gmail.com. So that i can raise my complaint directly to him. Expecting your early reply. I may have to take to rbi where my uncle is a manager.

                              VERY IRRESPONSIBLE RESPONSE TO OUR PMAY which our Prim minister announced.

                              My name is Nirmala K and have availed housing loan in the following
                              A/c No:[protected] and requested for PMAY interest subsidy. But till date nothing has come out NO RESPONSE FROM Mrs MEENAKSHI MADAM, nor the Manager.Even if she picks up the phone she is not abruptly leaving the phone without answering me. It seems Meenakshi madam is retiring in May. Mamager Shrithi Vinayagar promised my father that he will take action within 2 days. But 10 days has passed. When inquired about ED mail id no one is giving it. can you please send it to mail id [protected]@gmail.com. so that I can raise my complaint directly to him. EXPECTING YOUR EARLY REPLY. I may have to take to RBI where my uncle is a Manager.

                              On 13 April around 12:00am I tried to transfer ₹ 623 money from my account to Paytm the amount has been deducted from account and money hasn’t transferred to Paytm...three times I had complained to Coustmer service they told the money will be refund in 72hours but till told I didn’t get my money back

                                I orderd a shoe on amazon on date 09/04/18 but i canceled it later due to the next better as i paid paymnt for it amazon gave me the refund of it buti got refund initiated from amazon authorization no.[protected] but it still doesn't reflect in my bank statement... So i request u to e please work on it very quickly i need refund initiated quickly its urgent...,...
                                Indian Overseas Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I made ATM transaction in SBI ATM on 1-4-2018 money 1500 at 1:27 PM. The transaction was failed some unexpected. The money not refunded yet.

                                  My transaction which i have made through paytm was not successful but may account was debited about rs.20, 000 today morning. I dont know why it has been deducted and i don't know even the transaction i'd were it has debited. I be tried calling customer care executive but no one is attending customer care call. Please help me with the debited information

                                  My account has been deducted an amount of about rs.15000 today for the 2 transactions which were not succesfull each of at an amount of rs.7500 at indigo airlines app. I tried calling customer care service but couldn't get any help so requesting u to please review the transactions and help me with the refund.                                       I could see that the amount of 12k and 7k unathorised debit from my savings account during february and march. I haven't received any sms relating to this balance out transaction. When i checkd by entering passbook it shows as "self".

                                      Kindly assist me how can i get the refund if it is incorrect debit.
